Always so friendly and quick service. My favorite new spot to get bomb fruit and the best snacks!

They have so many fresh and delicious options for drinks, smoothies, juices, açaí bowls, other types of fruit based bowls, waffles, and crepes. Their sizes are generous and their pricing is very reasonable for the quality, quantity, taste, and overall nutrition. We've tried the pistachio drink, brown sugar milk tea with boba, the dnutty açaí bowl, the cutella açaí bowl, rio green bowl (it was actually blue), and the hulk green bowl. Everything we've tried has been delicious! The brown sugar milk tea has been my least favorite, but was still good and the boba was very soft and nicely chewy. All the bowls we've tried have been 10/10. It takes a bit for the staff to make your order, but of course! All the ingredients are fresh and everything's made to order - it's incredible. No complaints from me. I'd recommend Monky Bowl to anyone looking for quality food in Salinas for breakfast, lunch, or even dinner honestly - it's never too late to get your fruits and veggies in for the day.

My son got the Passionfruit bubble tea, but it was very sour and not that tasty. My other son got the Strawberry boba tea, but they made him the strawberry milk tea instead, which wasn't bad. All in all a 7/10!

We had an egg sandwich, the chia seed granola and a coffee smoothie. The bread on the egg sandwich was so yummy! He told me he makes the bread in-house with no preservatives! Wow! It was so good!! The chia seed granola has coconut flakes and organic maple syrup. Just the right amount of sweetness. The food is made to order with care, so the pace is a little slow, but I love that. Sit down and relax and enjoy a healthy meal and destress. The owner is so pleasant and friendly. If you care what goes into your body, take time out to visit this place. The food is so good with a lot of variety to choose from. Small businesses deserve our support! It's not a chain! Having a small business is a lot of work! They truly care about offering a healthy alternative to this fast-foot, unhealthy world. I hope you decide to check them out!

Absolutely outrageous. My friends and I ordered from 360 Health Cafe via DoorDash to our hotel and…read morewere genuinely shocked by how bad the experience was for the price. We paid $124 for two paninis, two smoothies, and one acai bowl, and not a single item justified the cost. The acai bowl does not come with fruit. You are charged extra for every individual fruit topping, so what arrived was mostly plain acai with granola and coconut. For what they charge, you would reasonably expect a complete bowl, not a bare base that requires add ons to be edible. The panini was concerning the moment we opened it. It looked nothing like the picture advertised, but worse than that, there was paper inside my sandwich. That is not a small oversight. That is a serious lack of care and basic quality control. This food is wildly overpriced for the quality you receive. The preparation feels rushed and careless, and the entire operation seems designed to take advantage of tourists who are unlikely to return. I cannot imagine locals willingly paying these prices for food of this standard. They market themselves as a health focused cafe, but there is nothing thoughtful or high quality about the food. This was my first impression of 360 Health Cafe, and it was genuinely disappointing. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Hard pass.

However, based on the positive reviews in the very kind worker, we gave it a go and are so happy we did. We definitely plan to come back again!

The cheesecake was so good I had to sit in silence for a minute and reevaluate every life choice that led me to lesser cheesecakes. Creamy, rich, perfectly balanced, and somehow emotionally supportive. I'm pretty sure one bite repaired my credit score. The staff were unbelievably kind too. They treated me like I was a long-lost cousin returning from war with important cheesecake-related news. The atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and smelled like happiness and butter. At this point I don't even think this place is a bakery. I think it's a public service. If Cheesecake Dreamations ever starts a loyalty program, I will accidentally achieve platinum status by Thursday.

I was so happy they were open on NYE because it was a good stop along the way back up to SF. They had reduced hours, but they posted it on Yelp and IG - so I didn't have that "will they, won't they" anxiety of whether they'd actually be open on a holiday. The cheesecake selection was pretty good - about 12 different flavors. The cheesecake texture is softer and more of a whipped consistency rather than a dense cheesecake, which I definitely prefer. This is a grab and go counter, though you could technically stay and eat it there since there was some seating. I grabbed a dozen and took them to a NYE potluck that day and folks said they really enjoyed it. Would recommend getting the plain, ube, and pass on the key lime (but thats just IMO).
