Despite the signs claiming the showers were "clean," the reality was stomach-turning. * The Drains: Every single shower was clogged with dark, wet dog hair. * The Blowers: The dryers were covered in layers of old dog hair. As soon as I turned them on to dry my dog, hair started blowing everywhere--all over my neck, face, and clothes. * Management Failure: I personally spoke to the store manager about this exact issue several months ago. He thanked me for the feedback, yet clearly, nothing has changed. My Goldendoodle doesn't even shed, so to leave a "professional" dog wash covered in other dogs' hair is unacceptable. I even did some preliminary cleaning myself just to get started, but the lack of basic hygiene in this facility is shocking. If they can't bother to clean the stations overnight for the very first customer of the day, they shouldn't be charging for the service. Save your money and take your business elsewhere.

He had an oversized red truck that he was unable to park and probably shouldn't have if he can't park it. REICO promises me the world as delivered nothing! I ordered kitchen cabinets from REICO, and then…read moreasked them to install my new Miele dishwashers. REICO charged me $600 for the dishwasher installation. BUT- the person who installed the dishwasher had absolutely no clue what he was doing. First, he told me that the wrong parts were sent. I spent four months arguing with Miele over this. Turns out- the right part had been sent originally! Then, the guy installed my dishwasher and in the process of installing the kickplate, knocked out the electrical wire. Miele had to come do a service call even before the dishwasher was installed. All in all, I spent SEVEN MONTHS before I had a working dishwasher.

The design people we met were excellent, and gave us the vision we sought (we had a general idea of what we wanted, and they ran with it to give us a complete vision). What surprised us, is that their price quote for the materials and services to execute on the vision. We got new cabinets, new stainless steel appliances, and new granite counters. They came in under our budget. The crew they sent in was fantastic. A group of brothers, they worked hard, and delivered craftsman level attention to our kitchen. They weren't just "banging it out", but treated us like it was their kitchen. I was really surprised, and really impressed. The huge surprise came just this morning, 2 months later. The new fridge seemed to be leaking water. I called the Reico shop to get a number for the Maytag service line (figuring it was under warranty I should call them), but the Reico guys came out in under 10 minutes, identified the problem as a simple cracked valve, replaced it, apologized, and told us to call if anything else goes wrong. These guys are awesome. Great product, great price, and 5 star customer service. I told Bryon (our Reico rep) that he could take pictures of our kitchen no problem, and if he wanted a reference to just say the word. He appreciated that and said I should just write a good online review if I am that pleased. No problem Bryon, this is my honest and heartfelt review. Anyone getting a kitchen remodeled should visit Reico. You will be happy with the results.

Brought my kitten in because she was due for 3rd round of Distemper Vaccine…read more Dr. P stated that she would need to come back in 3 weeks for a booster. After bringing her back in for booster I was told that she was all set and would not need to come back unless something comes up. 2.5 weeks and I am bombarded with a phone call saying that they recommended her for another booster. I specifically asked the doctor about these boosters and was either fed misinformation, or they just do not know how to communicate. Do not recommend this clinic. They are obviously trying to pull every dollar in they possibly can. I would have appreciated. This all coming after I inquired on pricing for this distemper vaccine- being told it would cost $35-40. Now I already spent over $200. for the same vaccine and its booster(s).
