I'm glad we went here. If only for the view. One of the best. The food, however, left something to be desired. This was mostly glorified bar food. We started with the touted seafood bisque, which was tasty but lukewarm. Next was the Iceberg Wedge. It was okay, but the wedge was way past it's prime. The kids split the Fish and Chips and the Tuna Melt. Both of these were quite good. Especially the Tuna and the Fish. The chips were actually kettle chips. I had the Filet Mignon, which was not so special. It was slightly overcooked but was still tender. It was served with some pretty good mashes potatoes and some rather dingy baby carrots and haricot verts. I would suggest this place for it's view, but not much else. It is overpriced for what it is, but still worth it of you want cocktails and appetizers. It's also a bit hard to find, as the Yelp address and the physical don't match.

We loved this hotel! They did have a fire a week before we stayed there so they upgraded us to a condo. The condo was amazing with two bathrooms (one with a jetted tub). The porch had an awesome view and we even had a deer visitor. The chairs on the porch were extremely uncomfortable though. It was wrought iron and no cushions. We would have liked to sit out on the porch longer to enjoy the view but our butts hurts so bad. The staff was very friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Second bedroom. We loved the moose head!

We stayed in a 2 bedroom condo with hot tub. It was gorgeously decorated, and felt like we were in someone's home, it was clean and a generous size. Nice bedding, and since we arrived late, we were wowed with gorgeous mountain views in the morning. The hot tub was very clean and obviously well maintained. There was a huge jet tub in the master suite. The huge deck had a grill, table and chairs and had doors from both the dining area and living room. Each room had a tv, and basic cable package. We will definitely be back. Includes a washer / dryer combo and dishwasher, full sized fridge and kitchen.

Came here for a wedding. Booked a suite for 2 nights but was doubled booked the second night so was living out of the car the second night. Asked to use a room/late check out accommodations to get dress for the Wedding on Sunday. The blood suckers charged us $60 for three hour to use their room. Not a very accommodating place.

We stayed in one of the economy unit in Mary's Lake Lodge during Memorial Day weekend in 2017. I would definitely recommend this to everyone visiting to Estes Park. Unit was beautiful with all required amenities and best view one can get. We were 6 adults and we felt unit was spacious with 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths. I loved how they had decorated the place. We had very big patio with wooden swing but it didn't had hot tub. Location was good, 2-3 miles away from Safeway and food joints. I wish shower runs a little faster. We got a great deal from Hotels.com.

The bathroom is tiny. It doesn't have any hooks for the towels or hand towels... The balconies overlooking the river are nice (but there are many, many places to stay along the creek that are updated and clean looking). The pool is a nice touch but it's old and looks like someone DIY-ed years ago. The vending machine didn't work with any of my bills when my very pregnant body needed a bottle of water. I popped in to check out the continental breakfast and walked out with only a tea. Just a bunch of cheap, sugary products (donettes, nutrigrain bars, hostess danishes). And I thought we were getting a great rate so it was worth staying at this older place but the very nice 3 star hotel yards away is the same price!! Like it's *fine*. It's certainly not worthy of 5 stars.

The front desk staff shortly called after booking the room to verify information and see if we needed anything special upon arrival. Room is simple but offered ample amenities for the price. Breakfast was simple and attended by staff and included fruit, yogurt, coffee, tea, bagels, pastries, etc small grab and go. We didn't visit the pool/tub atrium that overlooks the breakfast area but it looks nice! Will return whenever in Estes and looking for a quick night getaway for a cheap price. Room and property are dated but the friendly staff, proximity to downtown, and price meets our expectations.

Close to downtown, beautiful nature sounds, easy to find, lovely room with a view to the river. We didn't really get any customer service experience since they give you a code for your door instead of a key card. Can't comment too much on that. The room was great, it had cups for water and coffee, plates, cutlery, a cutting board, and toaster, a fridge and well equipped for a short stay where you can bring your own snacks/food. Had a lovely time there.

It's a beautiful setting, but several issues impacted my experience. First, I felt the advertising was a bit misleading. I saw a pool listed on Orbitz, but I discovered there isn't a pool anywhere on the property. Instead, there are two above-ground hot tubs. I went to the one on the second level, but I found climbing the narrow metal stairs with wet feet to be a bit dangerous. I also noticed that the rooms are slightly dated and showing their age. In my room, the curtain rod was actually falling out of the wall, which told me they need to keep up with better maintenance. You should also know there is no lobby or front desk here; I just received a code via text message and entered it to get into my room. While efficient, it felt a bit impersonal. My biggest complaint, however, was the construction noise. I didn't realize they are currently expanding the inn and building two new buildings on the same lot. Unfortunately, my room was right next to the construction site, and I had to deal with loud noise all morning. I think this place has a lot of potential once the upgrades are done, but between the maintenance issues and the noise, I didn't find it to be the relaxing getaway I was hoping for.

So leading up to our stay I stayed in contact with the front desk Katie, letting her know it's our anniversary weekend and she was the sweetest. When I say this lady went above and beyond and didn't have to, she did! When we arrived, first off there is only 12 rooms, and each room has an actual key!! This place is literally nestled on a side of a mountain w other little resort around. The check in process was so cute. Katie checked us in gave us some yummy cookies and I even bought a cute 4seasons inn sticker to put on my car. The room we booked was a private suite w a private spa grill and seating area. There is seating area by the grill and by the spa. And it's also on the 2nd floor just an fyi if you're wheel chair bound or whatever limitations you may have. So we go into our room and she literally decorated the whole room for us for our anniversary and had a bottle of wine w two wine glasses and fire wood already in our room for us to start a fire. The room was VERY spacious. Has a kitchen that worked a full coffee maker. A good size fridge and the freezer worked amazing. The toiletries that come w the room smell just fantasists. The best morning I woke up to wild turkeys on the ground just gobbling away and elk and deer. There is a community grills and a spa and a few other amenities. The thing I love about this place is it's literally less than 5 mins from the National park and far enough away to be secluded but 8 mins from EVERYTHING in town. And in Estes park there is so much cramed in that town! I LOVED everything. Not a thing was bad about my whole stay.

It had a dvd player! Yay or Nay?" Bed was pretty broken in On a side note: there was a significant amount of deer poop on the way to my room; it would have been nice if it was cleaned up.
