They asked me to send an email or to come in with an inspiration picture to see what they could do and they exceeded my expectations! They told me it's no worries and that they were able do the design of the cake with the exact color in no time! They asked a few questions and showed me similar cakes they have done in the past and they looked great. They said they'll keep me updated if anything happens during the process. Coming back 2 days later was a breeze. They called me the day before to tell me I can pick it the time I requested. Again with a warm welcome, they showed me what the cake looked like and I was more than happy, it looked just like the one my sister wanted.
