Joseph is extremely professional, courteous, and diligent with his work. He thoroughly cleaned and vacuumed the fabric in my vehicle and made sure the console and compartments were cleaned as well. Not only did he do a fantastic job and the inside but he even helped with the exterior at no additional cost! After they left, I noticed several spots in the interior were missed (sprayed but not wiped so left spots). The buttons on my steering wheel and my radio got so soaked during cleaning that it messed up my radio and Bluetooth and it was broken for several days. I notified Joseph immediately and he owned up and apologized, letting me know he would take care of the issue and have a mechanic come out and take a look. I sent him several videos of the radio and Bluetooth glitching and after telling me he needed to come out to try to vacuum the moisture out, he started ignoring my texts. Luckily, it's not back to normal but even if he wasn't, he clearly decided he no longer wanted to take care of the issue he caused.
