During the facial one of the products they used was very oily and it got into my eyes. Additionally, the mask product was still stuck to the sides of my face and nose. When I arrived home, I had to get a warm towel to try to extract the oil from my eyes and scrub the mask from my face. Whatever they use, it's tenacious as it took some scrubbing to remove. While the massage is a standard non-personalized routine, I would return for the massage as the prices are attractive.
