I mean, you really can't go wrong with a $30 one hour massage. I made an appointment and was seen within the hour. My massage was on point. Good pressure, hit all the stressed out areas around my neck, back, arms, legs, and feet. It's not a fancy joint but it's clean and comfortable. I had a quick conversation with the owner(?) and she shared that there were closed for the last year. Small businesses are hurting so go out and support if you're able. This spot takes cash and plastic. Since the one hour massage is so reasonably priced, please tip generously if your massage was good enough to make you fall asleep (because, I sure dozed off!). It's my first time here in a while, 2023. I used to come before the 2020 pandemic happened. Today, I was the one who had the lady answering the phone while massaging me and attending to customers coming in and out of the store. She did a phenomenal job for what I paid for. My back and neck muscle strain from moving this past weekend hurt severely, but she got the knots out. It wasn't a relaxing massage with tranquil music, but it worked for me. My search for a good massage place in East San Jose continues. FYI, this place makes you sign in and pay for your massage and before it even begins. I came in trying to get a knot worked out of my left shoulder blade. My "masseuse" asked me how I wanted my massage and I asked for a hard massage. Unfortunately, 10 minutes in I had to ask her if she could do it harder and she became upset. She told me that I probably needed a man to massage me and I requested one. She then told me that none were in. As she worked on my back, I pointed out the spot near my shoulder blade that I had the knot in and I asked her to work on it. She then told me that she was not a doctor and I asked her to just put an elbow in the spot to work the knot out. The massage got worse from that point on. I typically tip $20-25 for a $60 massage but she didn't earn it. I'll never go back this place. So far the massage place at Tenant station on Morgan Hill seems to be the best that I've found. read more

My husband and I really needed a massage but it was 9pm on a Monday. So we decided to yelp and found out that this place was open until 10pm. We called just in case and they told us to come right in. My husband got the 60min foot massage with Anna. And I got the 60min full body massage with Angela. I was a bit skeptical at first but thought how bad can it be and if it's really bad at least it's only $40. Well I was pleasantly surprised. Angela's style was a nice mixture of deep tissue, stretching and gentle strokes. One of the best parts was when she brought out hot towels to wipe away the oil but she actually massaged at the same time with the towels. It really helped to relax your muscles even further. One thing was that it was really cold in the massage room at first. However, Angela brought in two portal heaters to warm it up and it did. This place is very close to my house so I thought I'd give it a try. It's $20 for half an hour foot massage then $30 for 1 hour. They make you pay upfront and now I know why. My sister and I went after a long day of work so they put us in one room with two beds and put our feet in a bucket and then left the room for 10 minutes. From my past experience getting foot massages they typically massage your shoulders and neck while your feet are soaking. We just got the half an hour or so maybe that's why they didn't. In any case our appointment was from 6 to 6:30 and they came in at 6:10 I started to massage and I told them that I wanted them to start the time now and they made faces and talk to in their language to each other about us. They started to massage the man that was massaging my legs had long nails and very rough skin and they both had no technique whatsoever. We kept telling them what we wanted and they just looked at each other made faces started talking about us. At the end of the half hour massage they handed us a cup of water and we walked out. The lady at the front desk chased us out the front door and said we need to tip. And I said no tipping is for good service and she said "well you don't come back here no more then" lol I won't! read more

Well... I discovered this cute hidden gem after eating next door following my sons karate class. I live a few blocks down and was not aware this establishment was so close. After dinner, I popped in to check it out and was greeted immediately by the friendly front desk lady and she kindly answered all my questions and showed me prices. I booked my hour full body massage and 1/2 hour foot massage for 8:00pm that evening. Upon my return, I was greeted and taken to my spot. Yang, introduced himself, asked me some questions and got my hot water ready for my feet. Once my foot massage was done, I was taken to a private room and got ready for my full body massage. Yang was very polite and respectful throughout my massage. He took every measure to make sure I was comfortable. I can tell you he had his work cutout because it has been a while since my last and lets say with 3 kids, full time job, partner and sports, I probably needed a team to get my back done. So I went in at 7:00pm with my husband. The woman at the front desk did my husbands massage and an older man did mine. They ask us how we would like our massage and we said medium (no too hard but not too soft) so they proceeded. The man was massaging me like he had no clue what medium was and he was going to town on my back. I asked him to ease up after flinching a few times from pain because he was massaging my bones and not my muscles. The lady doing my husbands massage kept answering the phone and taking appointments and she kept leaving to go assist people entering the front door. My husband said she was just rubbing and not massaging him at all. Plus she took around 15-20 minutes away from his 1 hour massage by leaving the room and answering the phone. He did not enjoy his massage at all. We still tipped because we feel it is rude to not tip at all so he left her $5 she just looked at it and didn't say anything. The only pro is that it is only 6 minutes from my house. The cons are: they need better sound insulation because I could hear the party at the restaurant next door - so hard to relax, and the workers could use better customer service. I don't mind the language barrier but I just didn't feel welcome at all. However, the massage was good and she seemed like she knew what she was doing. The good: CLEAN You can tip on card I tipped well,but still didn't feel like I was going to get chased down if I didn't Great massage The bad: My legs are too short and the beds are too high. A stool under the foot bowl would be great. No sheet to cover up with on the table,just an over sized towel that moved alot. Not really a big deal,but I can see some people freaking out slightly.
