I'm almost hesitant to post this because I don't want her schedule to get completely booked up but Queen seriously has magic hands! She does an incredible job releasing tension. The deep tissue is definitely not your "relax and fall asleep" kind of massage -- it's more of a true deep tissue massage where she really gets in there and works out the knots. I walked in carrying a ton of tension and walked out feeling like my shoulders had finally unclenched for the first time in forever! What's crazy is she's tiny, but so strong and relentless when it comes to getting those knots out. Don't let the size fool you -- she will find every tight muscle you didn't even know you had... and probably a few you were hoping she wouldn't find. The place itself is clean and has a nice atmosphere. It's not a luxury spa-type place, but it's comfortable and welcoming. If you carry a lot of stress or muscle tension and want someone who actually works things out, Queen is amazing and I highly recommend her. read more

Found this place through social media after seeing how highly rated and recommended it was. Queen was incredibly accommodating and even fit me in a day earlier than scheduled. Now...her style is not for the weak. She will get every knot out of your back and release tension throughout your entire body, and sometimes that requires full-on pressure that not everyone can handle. That said, you can absolutely ask her to go lighter, she's very attentive and will tailor the pressure to your comfort. In my opinion, she's perfect for blue-collar workers who are on their feet all day, caregivers, nurses, athletes, and regular gym-goers who truly need relief. She knows exactly what she's doing and is deeply in tune with her work. I felt immediate relief after my Swedish hot stone massage. The pressure was intense at times, but I breathed through it and didn't ask her to go easier because I knew my body needed it. I did notice a previous review mentioning bruising..this can be normal with deep tissue work, but again, communication is key and she will adjust to your preference. I guess the reviews are helping because I went back again and a few more masseuses were there. Queen made absolutely the right choice in hiring Cindy. Apparently they are getting quite a few clients and Queen herself may have trouble getting someone in for an appointment all the time. However, If you come in for a massage ask for either of them and you will get an absolutely wonderful experience. It's best if you use their online system to reserve a time. Both did some strong, excellent work on my sore tense muscles (most especially my hands which really needed it), and included an oil and heat treatment on the rest of my body. I left feeling much happier and more relaxed than when I went in. The hot tea served afterward was a nice touch. Looking forward to going back again. read more

I've gone to Queen's a couple of times for some self-care. I've settled on a 90-minute deep tissue massage and it's worth every minute. There were so many unbelievably tense spots that I wasn't even aware of. Queen was able to skillfully find and massage these areas. The masseuse finished 20 minutes early!!!! When I said that she had 20 minutes left she became combative and said that it had passed the full hour. Came here for a prenatal massage. Paid $60 and tipped $10. They have a $3 service fee for card that I wasn't told about before running my card. I was expecting a little more from my massage. This place is not good. My masseuse was not gentle at all. I don't remember her name because it's not important and I don't plan on going back ever! She walked on my back like she was trying to kill something. Yes I did tell her she is hurting me but yet she kept telling me she was trying to get my knots out. I guess I could have ended it but I was hoping it would get better but unfortunately it did not. I will never go back there.
