Discovering this place was a stroke of luck. I've been coming as regularly as possible when I'm in town. I do gymnastics so it's hard to find a place that's affordable but does quality massages that make a therapeutic impact on my body. Massage days is clean, quiet, extremely affordable and professional. I've never had a cross experience in my many visits, they always answer the phone and I feel very comfortable and safe in the massage area. Sean is my absolute favorite! He does excellent deep tissue and I highly recommend him for my fellow athletes out there (or my fellow peeps with back problems!) They also have running specials and memberships. This place was clean, convenient, and the massage was great. I was gifted a groupon and had no issues when booking the appointment and providing my groupon information over the phone and during check-in. My masseuse was Selina and I highly recommend her. There was a language barrier when I first arrived but it wasn't a major issue. Selina was the only employee present so she did have to step out of the massage a couple of times to tend to the front door which she kept on apologizing for. The last time I was there I saw bugs, not good. This place deserves between 3 and 4 stars. The massage was good and the price wasn't bad, but the place feels a little weird. I think the staff was nice enough but weren't winning any congeniality contests. I didn't feel "pampered", I think they could be more welcoming and a few smiles wouldn't hurt anyone. After reading the reviews here I was really excited to come try them out. I have rather severe knots in my shoulders so I told them when I booked my appointment that I had those problem areas and again when I checked in. The girl I got was nice, but I got the feeling that she wasn't a massage therapist. She didn't seem to know what to do with the knots in my shoulders. She kept doing these long fast sweeping movements down my back that just made me feel jostled and seemed like time filler. I was hoping for a more precise, technical massage. read more

They guy that I spoke with [barely understands english] said he would have to charge me 45% of the Groupon amount because it's a rescheduling fee!! This place does not have all of the bells and whistles of massage evny and the massage areas are separated by curtains and not individually rooms but they do a fantastic job. They are open late, charge well below massage envy and they perform massages as well as or even better than other I've had. I typically get a 60 or 90 minutes twice a month and have for the last 3 years. They won my service over! read more

Be aware if you have a Groupon for this place they won't care about your business. They were rude just because I showed up 8 minutes late. They wanted me to get a 50 minute massage instead of a 60 minute massage (I'm sure if I wasn't a Groupon customer they wouldn't have shortened my massage time). They then said I can reschedule too so I said okay I'll reschedule but then he adds that it's a 25% off my Groupon to reschedule which they cannot do! I spoke to a Groupon rep and they can't take 25% off the voucher, what you purchase is for what is advertised. I came in for a massage using a Groupon and the groupon included an hr massage with a foot scrub for like $45. When I got there I decided to add the hot stones too. It was an extra 15$ okay no problem. However my massage therapist only gave me the hot stones and skipped what paid for in the groupon. I get that maybe there wasn't enough time but I wasn't told this and come to find out they had a deal on the hot stones anyway. So I paid $60 for something that was 45$ anyway. I felt like a sucker and my massage was just OK. I wrote down that my neck was where I was really sore and my neck barely got any attention. Found this place through Groupon and I'm glad I did. Very professional and it's very assuring to know that Sean is a certified physical therapist. They just don't give you a massage right away. They take time to have you fill out a form to know what exactly are your concerns and tailor the massage accordingly. The 60 min. Massage includes aromatherapy and a foot scrub which i think is an awesome combo. The place is very neat and quite so you would really feel relaxed and rejuvenated after the massage session. I go to a lot of massage parlors and I got very familiar with the routine strokes and massages they usually do. I hate the part that other massage parlors hit your back hard at the end of the session. This is the only place I've found that does not do that. So it eases you out gently from that getting massage state. Highly recommended! read more

Let me preface this review by saying that I am an avid fan of massages - I have tried several spots and I know a crappy massage from a good one. This is probably my first ever review for massages and I will continue to post more in the future. Getting to the destination was easy, parking was a lot so you don't have to worry about it. According to the girl I spoke to at the desk, they just opened a couple of months ago so they must be pretty new. At the time of my massage, they had a special where you can get a 90-minute massage for just $55. Great. I went for that. Before I went to this place, I made sure to check their website for the services they offer. I was excited to see the "Sports Massage" that they offer as I am sore from my heavy lifting at the gym. What's funny is that when they led me to the space where I am about to have my massage done, they didn't even ask what type of massage I wanted - I saw this as an immediate red flag. The masseuse came in, she had a difficult time speaking in English when I explicitly mentioned that I wanted a "Sports Massage". She left for a bit, grabbed the one at the desk who was capable of speaking English perfectly, and asked me if there was any problems. I told her I wanted a "Sports Massage" and from there on, I thought it'll be fine. Massage starts, masseuse asked me if I liked it with a "medium" pressure. I said I wanted it to be "hard". No. It wasn't hard at all. At first, I thought she was just warming up, but it never was hard. Maybe to her it was, but not for me. I was so disappointed. During the massage, I kept on nagging her to make it harder, in a nice way to no avail. I could see that she was trying her hardest though and eventually I just tried to enjoy the massage. She was a very very nice and sweet person and I really didn't want to give her a hard time anymore - she just seems to weak for the type of massage that I wanted. All I know is that the massage I received wasn't a "Sports Massage" at all. I hate false advertisement. If it was a "Sports Massage", then that was a bad one because it just felt like a typical "Swedish/Shiatsu" massage with "low" pressure. One thing I liked about my massage was the fact that I told her to massage a spot on my back that was bothering me for days and she perfectly hit it well with the pressure that I was dying for. That 5 minutes was the best time she worked on my back. I still tipped her a good amount as I can't imagine rubbing people's bodies for a living. At the end of it all, it was relaxing indeed. If you're looking for a place to just unwind and relax with a great ambiance, this place might suit you. However, if you're looking for someone to take those nasty knots off your back and massage you with the hardest pressure possible, look for another place because this will just disappoint you. read more

I have tried Thai massage, Swedish massage, and Korean massage before...most of the time, it just felt painful and my body couldn't help but fought it. I prefer in between Swedish and deep tissue and they do just that as I request!
