This place needs a tdlr inspection .. they don't clean properly! the towels used for facials and massages are dirty ripped and stained ! My sister in law used to work at this location (brickell) and they still haven't paid her for the days she's worked! It's like they punish you for leaving the company! Nancy by far is the best massage therapist. I highly recommend her. Every time I go she is always consistent and leaves me feeling super relaxed. I usually try to find one good therapist and stick with them each time to guarantee a good massage. I've never had any issues with the front desk staff, they are always super friendly to me. Masseur David was excellent however the owners of this establishment then have the staff corner you while you're leaving trying to sell you on future goods and service plans. Incredibly inappropriate and a bad ending to a relaxing experience. Also, before the massage starts the front desk staff go over everything you've already testified to online yet again which is incredibly irritating, let alone a waste of time. If they changed these business practices I would certainly return with frequency. read more

the worst costumer service. came in for a massage on a Sunday after a long week and they wouldnt let my mom in because she didn't have her id on her and I'm paying for both me and her to get a massage. they don't want to give me my credits back either for not taking my appointment and we're absolutely rude without giving any type of solutions. No manager was available, Tatiana is the one saying she couldn't help and had authorit. this is because I tried coming again, after being disappointed for another time that I came and asked for water and they said they don't give clients water. this is a massage place! unreal. just terrible. don't go there. read more

The "supervisor" had a horrible tone and attitude towards me. Every statement I made she challenged if I had no idea what I was talking about. She condescendingly repeated the terms and conditions and I clearly stated to her that I'm well aware that the cancellation is not valid if there is no email and it takes 10 days or however long to be processed. I explained to her that I sent an email and granted it may have been a blank form sent by mistake however, whoever I sent it to, they could have simply told me that they did not receive the completed form. If you do not see the form, I have no problem sending the correct form however do not talk to me as if I'm stupid. She challenged everything I said as if I were lying or my being upset as a customer was invalid. She was very rude, condescending and inconsiderate. I asked to speak to a manager and she was reluctant to give me a telephone number or any way to get in contact with her Superior. When I stated I've been working on this for months, she replied "well I only see this one email and Ained hasn't been with us for months so..." I have no reason to lie. I didn't appreciate the confrontational tone from her. The back and forth wasn't necessary and she made an already stressful situation worse. read more

The service is wonderful! The relaxing music, the environment at the perfect temperature, the super attentive beautician... However, in addition to charging the tip over $ 115 (what does simple skin cleaning in Miami cost?), They pressure the professional to push unnecessary products and treatments to you, getting to be embarrassing. You always need to explain why not buying or doing what she "recommends" you so much. Also, the cancellation policy does not allow you to do so before one year of membership! That's right ... I've been a member at massage envy for years now, probably 6 years, between browsed locations and Brickell, and I am always so happy of the people that have given me a facial or a massage at this location. Particularly the last massage with Victoria was fantastic. A Colombian lady who was very passionate about giving me the best experience throughout my 90 min massage ( she saw my face which reflected the worst back pain ever). But I finally cancelled my membership after almost 7 years. I tried to use my final credit today, and they just called to cancel tonight's massage. Only giving it one start because the front desk lady's where very friendly and professional. The massage it self was soo disappointing , I went in for my lower back and deep tissue , but my masseuse Iris disregarded my concerns and didn't even touch my lower back and the experience can barely be described as a massage , really just felt like I went in and had some one just slap oil on my skin. I've been trying to cancel my membership since the beginning of February. I sent my cancellation papers as the staff indicated, and it was supposed to be effective on February 14th, However, I got charged at the end of February and again now at the end of March. I have tried many times contacting the manager at the Brickell location but he/she never seems to be in the building and the customer service manager number always goes to voice mail. I never get a call back or a response. This is disrespectful and illegal. read more

Don't even bother joining this location, they never have time for you to get a massage, they keep trying to push facial. This used to great but like anything in Miami success ruins the management. They call you to make a payment, and to get you to commit a long in advance to a Massage but them don't call you to remind you so you loose it. Real great work ethic!!!! I made a colossal mistake signing a contract with Massage Envy Brickell. Last year I was living in Brickell and had in my plans to use their service regularly then I moved to an area away from Brickell and tried to cancel my contract. No posible, they said. The manager at the Coral Gables location is rude and very unprofessional.s I have been calling them since mid February and always told I will get a call back and never did. Finally today after calling the manager Yaritza decided to take my call and just flat out told me that she could not help. The lady who was doing my facial wasn't using the mask I was so worry and I couldn't really enjoy my treatment.

Convenient, clean, and great service! I'm glad the location has implemented the safety standard for COVID-19 so we can still enjoy massage nowadays. You get measure for body temperature and provided hand sanitizer before entry. Masks and gloves all the time to provide high quality but safe service. Absolutely disgusted and appalled at the customer service I received at this location. I have been a member for 5 years, always paid on time, brought people in for massages and now I am being told that I need to pay an extra fee to bring people in other than myself. I am bringing them business. I would get two services a month and buy product from them, no more. I will be cancelling my membership in the next week because I'm disgusted at this money grab. Legit will place you on hold for 30 minutes every single time you call. Tried to charge me for an enhancement I never even agreed to or was informed about. When I asked the massage therapist about it she said "well you can't see it or smell it but it was in the lotion" wtf. What are you charging me for? I really don't understand the bad reviews on this location. I always receive wonderful customer service. The front desk ladies always have a smile on their faces and have never been pushy about sales. I've had numerous massages from different masseuses and they have all been wonderful. A membership with then is the way to go. One massage a month is truly necessary for self care. At the price of membership it is totally worth it. read more

The location in Brickell has been my go to ME for the past 3 1/2 years, and I have had some excellent massage therapists at this location. I made the mistake of signing up for a membership, worst decision and deal ever! I requested cancellation for MEDICAL reasons in October, and three months later they continue charging me. They only care about signing you up and keeping you in. There's no way out (it seems). Don't fall for that!! read more

I was scheduled to have a massage Saturday morning, scheduled it Friday for my birthday. Was told they had a 10:45 appointment, took it. I get there, and they have a problem with a double booking with another woman with the same first name. Then I'm told my whole Appointment is basically null and void because there's nobody to give me my massage. They proceed to take the lady who they double booked me with, as priority, and I basically have to leave. Easy walking distance from my hotel at Brickell Center. Friendly and professional staff at check in and a fabulous massage therapist. Highly recommend. What a scam of a place with horrible management and customer service!! My husband had a membership there -worst idea ever dont do it!! They claim to allow you to transfer unused credit. They charged us to transfer the credit and once I arrived they said they could service me unless I went back home and brought an ID. Then the "manager" on duty Luci Jean-Baptist told me I can't stand at the counter I have to "take a seat" while I wait for my husband. Some great massage specialists work here BUT! Beware of UNATHORIZED CHARGES. As reviewer Jessica B. mentioned before it's impossible to cancel your membership (even if you move out of state or country). They also KEEP RECORD all CREDIT CARDS you're used there, even ones you asked them to remove. Horrible experience! Would never recommend. Avoid at all cost! read more
