Everyone is different, and the more you can communicate what you're looking for, the more likely you are to find the right massage therapist for you. They have a great variety of therapists, plus facialists and even red light therapy. In my opinion, Lee is the best massage therapist, bar none. After a session with Lee, I'm transformed from a person with aches and tightness into a whole new human. I feel lighter and revitalized every single time. I usually schedule my appts online, which is super easy - but love having the option to call or text to schedule / change appts as well. I've tried a few massage therapists (all have been great!), but have seen Thane the most. He is SO knowledgeable, and truly listens to what you need. I've seen Luis did a great deep tissue massage. The Himalayan salt stones are absolutely worth the upgrade! My back / shoulders / and neck feel soooooo great after a massage with these. And don't forget to do a quick session on the LED table before your massage - it really does help, and always relaxes me before my treatment. My first time here and I arrived 15 minutes early. There was plenty of parking. I was immediately greeted by an employee upon entering. She checked me in and assisted me to a calming waiting room to fill out some information. I used the ladies room before my massage and was directed to it by another employee who also pointed out the water station. The bathroom was clean and only had one toilet. I was greeted by Carol shortly thereafter. She lead me to the back room and preceded to ask me a few more questions, i.e pressure. The massage was great. I called to book a massage. She asked "what time".. I said " any evening or weekend I'm flexible" . She said " we have no openings" I said "for how long? " she said months and months .. I find that hard to believe. I'm a nurse and I live in Napa I figured they'd have a opening sometime. The woman was very rude. She then slammed down the phone. Seems to be how most businesses I've called or been to in Napa are. Just rude. Thank God I'm moving in a few months out of this state. I booked an appointment one month out. When I arrived I was told they would not honor my appointment because I was pregnant. When I asked for a new appointment at a different location the receptionist said that she could not book anywhere but Napa. She also said there is no prenatal certified massage therapist in Napa available at the time I requested. I was confused as to why I was booked originally and she had no answer. I drove from out of town wasted my time and money on a babysitter and the receptionist Sarah refused to help me saying I disrespected her. I feel equally disrespected if not more as I am now out the money wasted on gas and child care. I suffered from their mistakes and was offered no compensation for taking my time and money. Later the massage therapist Monique came out after I requested to speak with someone. Monique left a message at the other location to ask them to call me. All I wanted was an a new appointment and they could not provide that and even refused to help multiple times. It's not out of line to ask for a new appointment since they were unable to provide what was promised. Sarah needs to learn better approaches to helping make up for their mistakes. The way that I was treated was completely unacceptable. Especially when she said she was disrespected, I came for relief and left crying cause she couldn't find the decency to help me by booking another appointment. Update, I called the next day to speak with a manager as directed. I was told that she was busy. When I asked how long she was available to call back, as I don't often give out my phone number, I was told by two different employees that they do not know how long the manager is available. Yesterday it seemed they knew her schedule. It is clear that there is no one at this establishment that respects client's best interest. The manager booked an appointment at another location but still gave me no compensation for the way I was treated or the money I wasted on child care. Saying that Sarah would've had to assist me in building a profile to book an appointment online like I had asked. If I had to help a client fill out some questions to serve them the best I could after making a huge mistake I'd go the extra mile to actually help them in the moment. My home massage envy is Vacaville but I was spending the day in Napa with a friend and booked us massages there. I typically prefer female therapists but I immediately felt at ease with Jessie's professional demeanor. Once the massage began, I could feel the years of experience in his touch. He listened to my problem areas and did not use a preplanned massage approach but used techniques that my muscles required. He frequently checked in to make sure pressure was ok. Although this location is out of my way, I will definitely be making an appointment with Jessie in the future! read more

My favorite therapist is no longer working here and I wanted to cancel my membership and the owner began to Slander the therapists name and said I wasnt able to cancel my membership. This is not ok! It's no wonder Massage Envy is involved in a class action lawsuit - their business practices are so shady. Its very sad: I would not recommend this location. I would give NO stars if I could. Was a member for over 2 years and I won't spend time complaining about the mediocre masseuses and there are a LOT of them (it's like Kaiser Permanente: you have to keep asking the right people and trying duds until you find the BEST person for you). Their transfer restrictions are ridiculous as well. If I can't get booked with my favorite person, well I should be able to give my credits to my partner and let them have a massage, shouldn't I? Yes sure, once every 6 months (LOL really?!) but hey let's CHARGE a fee for using my own credits (really??) What I will spend time complaining about is getting the run around when I sent in an official notice of intent to terminate my contract (oh you need an official form to do that and oh we will send it to you [when we get around to it] ... and then - oh you have like 6 massages and your membership terminates in 30 days (which is like 25 days by the time they get the paperwork back)??? Give me a break. Shady: bad business. Stealing from their customers. Other notables: You can barely schedule your favorite masseuse (because, believe me, when you find a good one, everyone else knows about him/her and then you can never get in) and if you settle for a last minute appointment a lot of times you get the masseuse dredges (I've had a better back massages from my untrained teenage daughter). The only good things I will say is that their hours of operation are good and the waiting room has tea and water ... and staff is trained (like good little soldiers to tow the party BS lines) - very cheerful and minion-like, but not very genuine. Kendall especially was extremely rude when I asked her why no one returned my three messages and didn't have the courtesy to say goodbye or I am sorry or apologize that no one called me back. Will wait to go to my home massage envy where people are courteous friendly and have the courtesy to call you back. After scheduling my first chemical peel. I arrived at the appointment early, went into the room at my scheduled time and was told they were out of the after care packages and I would not be able to receive my peel. Annoyed that I was there already for 15 min at least, took off work, and drove all the way. She said I could still get it if I purchased the sunscreen and wash. I said okay. After my peel I ended up spending $200 on product. Not knowing what I needed after the peel and by the clear lack of education and knowledge at the desk I felt I was taken advantage of and tricked into buying product. When I reached out to ME they told me a manager would call me back (never did). 1. Why would you sell out of after care packages if you knew you had an appointment scheduled. 2. Once they ran out they should have called me to reschedule ASAP. 3. If they were out then I should have received a FREE supply that would last in place of the already free after care package. 4.
