I felt nothing with the numbing shot, not even a pinch. There was some discomfort during the procedure which was caused by the prior dentist getting way too close to the nerve. He put a barrier between the nerve & the filling to try and help with sensitivity. I am giving it a few weeks to see if a root canal will be needed (again since the prior work had been done too close to the nerve). Regardless I am scheduling all future appointments here!! In the waiting room they have a little fridge stocked with all kinds of drinks, a kids room with a video game console and laptops for you to use. In the actual rooms they have leather massaging chairs and tvs that have a pretty decent selection of channels. I love their hygienist assistant, Joey, she's very friendly and funny. All the staff their are great though. Dr. Mulzer is really nice. They used to be very close to my house and even though now they're almost 30 minutes away, I think it's completely worth it.

They claimed they lost power after a storm the night before and only had 3 rooms working. Somehow, they KNEW that and felt confident in failing to mention it literally ANY time before arrival and/or check-in. They actively chose to inconvenience their patients by making them waste time/gas driving to their office, waiting in the lobby and thinking they were going to move forward with their appointments. I was not the only patient this happened to, as they were talking over each other at the desk discussing other patients they needed to cancel on. I drove over 45 minutes to get to this appointment by the way after being awake all night after the previously mentioned massive thunderstorm. All of the traffic lights were out and I drove in danger to arrive to my appointment on time. They knew they didn't have power and still chose to cancel on me 15 minutes after I checked in in person. All they did was "thank me for my patience" like I had any other option. Then they had the audacity to reschedule me for AUGUST. They have completely ruined and warped my perception of them and I will never be a customer here again.
