We called many nearby appliance repair companies with no luck (either closed or only available after the holidays), until we gave Sammy a call. He answered the phone quickly, gathered basic information of our issue, and told us he'd be able to be at our place in the next couple hours. Not even an hour later, Sammy arrived. He quickly assessed the situation, disassembled the necessary parts, fixed the problem (loose igniter cable), reassembled the parts he disassembled, quickly wrote up our receipt paperwork, and was out the door! He was friendly, professional, and efficient. He truly saved our holiday season! My husband and I are very grateful and will be recommending his services to friends and family. COVID Precautions: He arrived with a mask and was very respectful of our requirements to wear shoe covers we offered.

A technician came out the same day, diagnosed the issue, charged us the diagnostic fee, and we even tipped him. He told us he'd be back the next day after picking up the replacement part. And then... absolutely nothing. No update. No call. No text. No follow-through. Two days later, we called *them* -- only to be casually told that he "had to order the part" and that it would be Monday or Tuesday before they could return. Monday came and went. Tuesday came and went. Still nothing. After multiple calls from us, the company finally admitted **they never even ordered the part at all.** Not the first time we'd asked -- only after pressing them for answers a week later. No apology. No sense of urgency. No ownership. Just a vague "maybe later this week." This has been one of the most unprofessional, disorganized service experiences I've dealt with in a long time. We're now a week into this mess, completely without a functioning washing machine, because they simply didn't do what they said they would do. **Save yourself the frustration -- look elsewhere.**
