Overall, the experience was very unprofessional. Communication was poor, the estimate lacked transparency, and I was left with damaged property that wasn't acknowledged. I wanted my washer and dryers cleaned and tuned up. He was great with the dryers and I needed to replace some belts he did not have them on his truck and said he would get back with a price, never did. He turned on the washers but did not do anything with them he said they worked I was like yes I know. NO cleaning or tune up on them. Charged $465. Which I thought was a lot. He said he gave me a discount. He did reach out quickly and came when he said he would.
