I had an issue with my Thermador freezer that won't produce ice, didn't keep food frozen, and won't dispense water. Erik came out and provided pricing for the fixes (replacing most components - the freezer is 10 years old). He came to inspect my dryer booster fan and ended up breaking my access panel. Instead of telling me what happened, he tried to push it back into place as if nothing had occurred. That was disappointing and unprofessional. His pricing also wasn't transparent. A complete replacement booster fan costs around $400, yet he quoted me $350 just for the motor, without clearly explaining the pricing or why it was so high. Overall, the experience was very unprofessional. Communication was poor, the estimate lacked transparency, and I was left with damaged property that wasn't acknowledged. I would not recommend this service. If you're looking for fair pricing, honest communication, and professional workmanship, I suggest looking elsewhere. read more

Unresponsive and untrustworthy -- avoid at all costs. I had an extremely frustrating experience with Atlant LLC. I contacted them to repair a refrigerator at my home on Spencer Road. After agreeing to the job and taking payment, they completely disappeared. No work was done, and every attempt to reach them--calls, texts, follow-ups--was ignored. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. Not only did they fail to deliver any service, they made no effort to communicate or make things right. Don't waste your time or money. Our dishwasher started having regular indications that the tub was overfilled. I did everything the manufacturer recommended to no avail. I requested a quote through Yelp and got several responses. Atlant had the most reasonable quote. Erik showed up the next day at the agreed upon time and thoroughly check the dishwasher. He found that the water level sensor was bad but suggested that it was more economical to buy a new washer. He charged only for the service call. I wanted my washer and dryers cleaned and tuned up. He was great with the dryers and I needed to replace some belts he did not have them on his truck and said he would get back with a price, never did. He turned on the washers but did not do anything with them he said they worked I was like yes I know. NO cleaning or tune up on them. Charged $465. Which I thought was a lot. He said he gave me a discount. He did reach out quickly and came when he said he would. I have not tired to reach back out as I found him hard to understand probably on me as I sometimes have trouble hearing. update: Erik texted me and said I have older dryers and he is trying to track down the parts to give me a quote.
