Needed my bumper fixed and my dealership said the whole thing would have to be replaced. I decided to take it to Masters and not only did they say it would not have to be replaced but was actually able to repair it with minor work, at no charge!! I ended up having them work on a few dents and scratches and my car looked new again. What I like the most about the guys at Masters was they actually took the time to explain step by step process and had my car ready when the promised it would be done. My husband and I just happened to have our vehicles here at the same time. My car I just got back after 2 months. Apparently they left a tool inside my car somewhere, I mean inside the shell of the car to where it rolls around and bangs on my car when I stop or make a turn...kind of like a surgeon leaving a sponge inside and sewing the person up, except the sponge is a tool and it bangs around. The second thing, my drivers side door handle was replaced, bit they didnt bother replacing the pads that go between the door and handle so its very loose and the seal is not tight. When I'm on I-95, there's a very loud whistle. It goes well with the banging of the tool. My drivers side window is completely scratched up from the inside. Lastly, my suspension squeaks. Never squeaked before, it even squeaks when I get out....I weigh 150. So..... bang, whistle, squeak. Before I dropped my car off it was running perfect, looked like crap, but nothing wrong internally. Now it looks great, but with all kinds of weird "sound" problems. My husband's truck took over a month to fix. He had custom emblems...now they are stock. They threw out the custom ones. They replaced the whole front end and put back the old fog lights that didn't work after the accident. One of his headlight covers which was fine before the accident and aftermarket smoke colored, was replaced for no reason with a regular cover so the headlights no longer match. Don't even get me started on Geico insurance that is in their front office. I'm scared to bring it back because it will probably take them forever to fix these problems. I have no choice in the matter. If you have the choice, keep looking for another shop!!! I can say the shop gm is very nice, and I did not have a problem with the office staff. I just think they have too much work coming in from the fact that everyone gets sent there by Geico and their work is in effect sloppy and rushed. Update- The tool was in my sunroof, an 18" socket that has no use in my car. So that means someone used my car as a counter top with the sunroof open. The squeaking noise is from my front fender that is an aftermarket plastic part. The opposite fender, that is original, is made of metal. Insurance claims are supposed to be replaced with actual parts, not aftermarket parts. The garage pockets the money saved by giving the customer shotty parts. NO STARS! Ap won't let you give no starsWhat an absolute disgusting experience. DO NOT go in if you are a woman by yourself (with out a man). They treat you like you are an idiot. We took our car in after a head on collision. 6 weeks later it comes back "finished", with mismatched bolts, "new" parts that are dented and scratched, and areas not fixed. They argue with you that this was not from the accident and it was there. A week after calling and calling to get info and answers, with no response. We show up and are confronted with more excuse. I have to get my insurance agent on the phone to clear the new work. They argue with you and the receptionist accuses you of not liking anyone in the shop and hangs up on you. I don't know anyone well enough to dislike them, that isn't the issue. I DO NOT LIKE THE WAY WE ARE BEING TREATED. So, they call and say the car is "finished ", 2/3 rds of the list was untouched and now there is more damage to the car then there was a week and a half ago when it was finished the first time. More excuses and confrontational language accusing my daughter she does not know what she is talking about. ( it was recorded). They now have the car for the third time and "promise" us it will be perfect. We get the call, your car is "finished ". OMG, still stuff not done, car looks worse than last time and more scratches that were not there a week and a half ago. My daughter brought her fiancé to look at it with her due to past experience. They tried to fix it in 40 minutes, to no avail. Now it is after hours and the GM peels out of the parking lot while they are still going over the car. Three chances are enough read more

My recent experience at Master Auto Body couldn't have gone smoother. I haven't needed a body shop in decades and did not really know where to get my wife's Tucson repaired. A friend in the business recommended Master Auto Body and dealing with them was a breath of fresh air. A little over a month ago a woman backed up into my car as I was pulling out of the parking lot at my son's school. Just a scrape to the paint and some small damage to the plastic bumper. After going through her insurance, Geico, they sent me here for the estimate. They quoted $662 and 2 days to repair it, rental car also provided. Not bad, or so it seemed. I didn't know of any body shops myself so I agreed to let them do the repair. They told me to drop my car off the day after Christmas. I was there at 8am dropped it off and Enterprise picked me up right away and got my rental for me. Well days go by with no update so I call and they tell me because of New Years they didn't receive my bumper yet. By the end of that week it should be done. Still nothing so another phone call and I'm told Monday or Tuesday of the week after. So it's now been two weeks and I get a call from the insurance adjuster (working out of their shop) saying my car will be ready this afternoon and he will update the file. I get a call from Enterprise saying the car will no longer be covered after today since my car is ready. I call the shop to ask the status and the guy who answers seems clueless, has never heard of the kind of car I have and then says it's being painted now. What?!? I call the adjuster back and he says the mechanic is out to lunch but he'll check with him when he gets back and call me. An hour and a half later no call and I'm worried because it's almost closing time for the shop. I call him back and he says it's being assembled and might be done by closing time. I was getting pretty furious by then. I explain that I'm off today and I would like to pick it up ASAP because I have to work tomorrow and won't be available between 8-5. He promises to rush them on it. I call the shop back to confirm since there seems to be a massive lack of communication between these people. A different guy now tells me that it won't be ready until tomorrow because they just got the "lower part" in. What?!? I explain again that I work tomorrow during shop hours and I work in healthcare with patients to care for. He promises he will call me before noon saying it's ready and will wait for me to get there after I'm done at work. He says it's important for them to fix it correctly. Yeah we'll see about that but what I already know is that you don't seem to care about wasting people's time or telling them the truth! read more

This is the worst car body shop experience I have ever experienced. Not only did the job take twice the estimated time, the office staff was rude and the car was finished incorrectly. Thankfully I checked it before paying however, I was forced to stay one hour and half for them to fix it. I came in for, what should have been a quick bumper fix. The car came back unaligned and the tire fixture was never properly placed to the original look. The manager came out a second time and simply said "We can't always get it right, we can always replace it if it falls off again." I finally caved because after two weeks and seeing that they were not working on a resolution rather a bandaid over their mistakes, chose to take my car home. The only reason I came to this auto body shop was because my insurance company sent it to the nearest location. To my unfortunate experience. When I went inside to pay the front desk associate (older woman) threw my keys on the paper I was reading, my receipt and warranty. She also interrupted me in the middle of a question directed to her to answer a question regarding someone on hold on the phone, in the rudest way a human could ever ask to be excused. As I sat back and listened I heard her give another poor customer the exact same run around they had given me for two weeks straight. Overall the most unprofessional experience as far as customer service, including the insurance agent who is located inside of their office. In my opinion, DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. I do not wish this experience on any of my friends and family let alone a stranger walking in to fix their car. read more
