I was apprehensive, since I've never been to a "stylist". I knew I found my place when Terri told me she's a barber first. She gave me exactly what I wanted, and made my long(er) haornlook great. And it only took 15 minutes! No long painful drawn out small talk for the better part of an hour! I sat in the waiting area for 20 or so minutes before another person walked in. I observed a very lackadaisical pace about things. No sense of urgency to get through the process. When the teenager walked in the female barber asked him if he had an appointment and he said yes with the male barber. It took a few more minutes for him to ask if I had an appointment. When I replied no he said that he had an opening about and hour plus later. The female barber who looked over at me several times while I was waiting never said a word. I got up said no thanks and rolled out. I mean WTF, it's a barbershop not a beauty salon. I have a short normal hair cut. A clip sides and back with a quick clean up on the top takes 10 minutes tops. He to cut my hair in any way that in no way resembled the numerous pictures I showed him, left a huge cut on my ear that bled for the entire appointment, and broke my earrings. I couldn't recommend her enough, she was cheerful, but most of all great is your job. It took her a while to repair the damage I have done during the pandemic. She did a great job with color, highlighting and cuts. I have very curly hair and she blew dry it out so I could wear it straight for a few days. The shop needs a little bit of cosmetic updating. But Anna, you get five stars!!!!
