I was charged $4 a shirt at this place. How is it rated one dollar sign! They did an average job charging premium prices. Most places average $1.75 - $2.25 tops. A complete waste of time and money!!!! I seldomly travel for work, but when I had to recently I bought a few new items and took them straight here to be pressed (wrinkles to be taken out) no cleaning involved. After I tried on and bought my clothes, I cut off the tags and brought them straight here, due to the glowing reviews. When I received my clothes back, I put on one of the dresses I had asked to be pressed to see which heels I was going to pack with it and that's when I discovered that all of my clothes had shrunk!!! Every blouse and dress I brought to this place for pressing had shrunk, and no longer fit! I just bought these clothes and was flying out the next day!! So you can imagine my anger after spending over $180 on new clothing and then more on pressing, just to have all my money thrown down the drain??!!! On top of all that, the owner is so cheap he asks you to pay cash because he doesn't want to pay a credit card surcharge. I told him he most likely would be charged that fee if the sale was under a certain amount. He said he didn't want to deal with it and I paid $50 cash!! What a RIP OFF!! NEVER EVER would I come here again, as they clearly do not know what they are doing. Before moving here I went to the cleaners every single month...I thought I would rely on Yelp to find a good local cleaners and man was I wrong. BEWARE!! Your clothes will not return to you in their original condition!! This entire experience has been nothing but aggravating and a complete waste of my time and most of all, my money!!! If you're ever looking for a dry cleaning place in the Summerlin area I recommend Master Cleaners. The owners are super sweet and they are so welcoming. TMI but my sister had too much fun on NYE and she barfed all over my wool coat but they got the yak right off and now my coat is brand new. I even warned the guy about it and he was sweet enough to say that it was fine as long as we all had fun. The customer service here is seriously the best and also there price is just right! The only downside is that the payments are cash only so make sure you take cash with you when you go to pick up your clothes! read more

It's tough trying to find a favorite barber, restaurant, car wash and yes a dry cleaner. I live out of state but spend a great deal of time in Las Vegas at my job. This couple should open a coffee shop so that I can chat with them more often! I picked up my dresses today, and I was greeted by both husband and wife. They are the tops! They oversee the entire operation to make sure every garment is handled with the correct care. All of the work is done on premises. My dresses are perfect, but more importantly, I just loved stopping in and talking with them. They celebrated their 40th anniversary this year, real sweethearts. He used to design shoes! I came to pick up a friends suit... And my friend did not tell me that they only accept cash... I was prepared to call my wife to bring me cash... But then he told me i can take it..free of charge... Excellent service and the owners are the nicest people you'll ever meet. They will make all your clothes look brand new or close to it. I had a pair of white ripped jeans that I spilled whiskey on them had makeup stains (had a crazy night) and I brought them over to them. Do not go to this cleaner if you expect the service they promise you on the phone! They almost ruined my wedding due to their incompetence! For our wedding my husband and I flew to Las Vegas. I needed to get my wedding dress pressed (not cleaned, just pressed) and I called Master Cleaners the week before we were to leave. I explained that we would be flying into Vegas on a Friday and I needed the dress pressed no later than 10am the next morning. I gave them the dates we would need their services, which happened to be good Friday and that Sat., and they said no problem. They promised they would be able to get the dressed pressed and ready by 5pm that same day. We flew in and headed straight to Master Cleaners. Once there we were told that their pressers were not available due to the holiday and would not be back til Monday. Obviously Monday was not going to work for me since our wedding was the next day. They absolutely refused to help us even though they had promised to do so just a week early. Well after running around to two other cleaners that were also not accepting business for the holiday and running up a very high taxi meter we decided to go back to the hotel and try to press the dress ourselves. Thankfully my husband to-be knew how to use an iron (I thought they were decorative doorstops). We managed to press the dress fairly well. Moral of the story: watch out for any promises Master Cleaners' gives you! read more

As other Yelpers noted, the business is owned and operated by a very warm and friendly couple. I came from out of town for a fancy destination wedding and needed two of my dresses to be steam ironed. One dress had a very delicate and intricate lace detail. The other had crazy @$$ ruffles that ran down the front and back of the dress. The wife greeted me with a big smile and gave me a heads up that I would have to pay for the dresses in cash. $12 in cash? No problem. I picked up my dresses 1.5 days after I dropped them off and the husband warmly greeted me. Do you know those short conversations you have with complete strangers that just completely make your day and you'll always remember them for the rest of your life? Yeah, I had one of those with him. He truly loves running his business and he loves talking with his customers even more...even if he knows they'll most likely only use his services once. We shook hands before I left and he wished me all the best. I wore the dresses that weekend and received nothing but compliments. The lace dress had naught a snag and the ruffles behaved. I use to take my dry cleaning to a high-end cleaner because I was tired of having my shirts and suits returned in an unacceptable condition (broken buttons, scorched material, misaligned seams and lapels). Unfortunately they closed, and I went through several cleaners who I was unsatisfied with. I finally tried Master Cleaners and we've been using them weekly for the past five years and I've never had one issue. Their prices a very reasonable, but the quality of service is the only reason I use them. Recently my wife took an old suede jacket with fringe and Indian bone beads and they did such a good job, we took three other leather jackets. All of them came out beautifully. I found this business from fellow Yelpers' reviews, and I must say that you all are spot on!! I love this place! Yes it is kind of a hole in wall, but it's a dry cleaning place! The owners are what sold me after my first time there ( and quality was on point of course!). I had just moved to new area of town and needed a GREAT quality dry cleaner, and I have certainly found it! They are very reasonable and have many many years of experience and it shows! They also do tailoring, which I have not done yet but am planning on it when I have a little time. I will update review once I get some things tailored as to that aspect of the business...;) The owner and his wife are wonderful! I love them and I now get hugs when I come in and they feel almost like family!! They are sincere and just lovely people! Take care of me every time! I will not go anywhere else now (even in an emergency!) haha... They do everything on site and with extreme care. I was rolling the dice, but Yelp saved me!! Bring cash ( yes it's a pain, but worth it!) my first time I didn't have cash and owner didn't even know me but trusted me to leave with my stuff and to come back later with cash! Who does that these days, especially in Vegas?!?! This place does, and to me that said a lot also... If you need an honest and awesome cleaner, this is the place! I will update on the tailoring part once I have completed that service with them, but feeling pretty confident that it will be awesome too! Wonderful family-owned cleaners who saved my clinic jackets for school! I panicked after cleaning my jackets and there were stains ALL OVER them that looked like water or oil streaks. I couldn't figure out where the stains came from and they wouldn't come out. They were able to get rid of all of it and saved me from spending a couple hundred $ on new jackets!
