This place is good and the staff is very friendly. However, the prices are high, the wait is long (it was 1 week for me) and they take cash only. Good I asked at drop off if they take cards because I had to make sure I had $65 on me at pick up. I usually don't carry a lot of cash. I brought in also a pillow to have make up stains removed and I noticed that they were not completely gone. It seems this place is stuck in time which gives a lot of charm, but it is not practical in modern times.

This was the dress I had cleaned - they did a fabulous job!

I came here to get my wedding dress cleaned after my wedding. It was so important to me to go somewhere reliable and to someone that was going to take care of my dress! I saw the great reviews and decided this was my place. The reviews weren't wrong! The girl who I interacted with was so sweet and went over what they were going to do to freshen up my dress. My dress has a ton of delicate details and she ensured me that those details would not be ruined. The price was very reasonable and my dress looks good as new!

They do a really good job here with clothes. I brought in a dress shirt that had a stain on the pocket that got about 98% of it out, which was a lot better than the last dry cleaner that had that shirt. This is my second visit, the first visit I had a few items (sweater, dress shirts, pants for $22) so I thought the price was reasonable but this last time I brought in 2 dress shirts and 1 pair of pants which came out to $12. I thought that was bit steep but I didn't make it a big deal since they do good work here. The only issue I had picking them up is this place has a smell like an old basement that your grandmother never freshens up so it got on my clothes. I tried to spray febreeze but that does not work. For that, I gave it 4/5 stars which is being nice. The owner and staff are really nice.

I called for a quote on a 2 piece suit; the man said $11. I dropped off the items half an hour later; he charged me $12. He asked me to pay cash since he gets charged a cc fee. I would have preferred to pay with credit as I get card points. My items were ready for pick up the next day without any issues. Downgrading one star for the price discrepancy and not being able to use credit card.

I forgot to add a comment for these guys from a couple weeks back. Great service!!! They took me in for cleaning on the same day. Very thorough and family owned which is important to me. Im not saying you will get your stuff cleaned the same day all the time but I got lucky. They have high volume if business but do everything on site. Not like other cleaners that have to send out. Very reasonable on pricing. I can tell they're care about people and their image not to damage clothes and offer great prices. read more

I was in town from Phoenix for my wedding, and realized the shirts got wrinkled on the trip to Las Vegas. I found this cleaner due to the numerous excellent reviews which they have received on Yelp. I will say that I personally think they are better than even 5 stars! The business is family owned and operated which provides a higher level of service than you will ever receive at a corporate store. They love their business, and it shows in their workmanship. If you are in the Las Vegas area looking for a dry cleaner for quick service, there is only 1 choice, and that choice is Masters Cleaners. It is about 10 minutes off the strip, but easily worth it for the low prices and high quality work! read more

It was great to chat with the owner Haig and he shared some wisdom about the dry cleaning business and about Las Vegas in general. The best in Vegas!!! I travel for work so have cleaning every week. This is a family owned business and I hope that stays in the family. Haig and his wife are the nicest couple and have great memories for names and faces. My wife and I both really enjoy the drop offs and pick ups, always leaving with a smile. Oh, and the cleaning and pressing are solid. and are the best value in town. Cash is king here - no problem. They take care of us and our clothes so I am happy to help them out too. read more

The owner recognises my car as I pull up and has my clothes ready for me. He remembers my name and is always so cheerful and positive. My girlfriend and I take turns picking up my clothing because the owner is such a joy to interact with. This was the 3rd dry cleaner I tried because the other 2 ruined clothes of mine. I went in on Monday to have 3 pieces dry cleaned. I thought this would be a good place to go because of the ratings I saw for this particular cleaners. I was charged 19.00 which I thought a little expensive for 2 slacks and 1 shirt, but it was close by me and I said what the heck. I wanted by Wednesday at 5 pm which I didn't pick up because I was busy and I really needed by Thursday close of business. I went in Thursday around 10:30 and my garment wasn't ready. I was quite disappointed. He said that the machine was broke or something. I didn't believe it because they were looking for my garments which I felt something was wrong. If he had said I forgot to take care of them I'm sorry, or here's 5.00 off I would've understood for the customer service point of view. But he had to lie to cover up. That's ok, I found cleaners much cheaper and I won't have to smell alcohol on their breath like I did when I dropped my clothes off at Masters. read more

I go to Las Vegas several times a year for business and am often in need of dry cleaning. I have taken my business to Master Cleaners for years. They are amazing. This is the real deal old school dry cleaners. They actually look at every piece and make sure when it is done it is perfect. I know of no other cleaners, at any price, that does this kind of quality. I don't know how they can do it at this price. you can't go wrong at this place. I wish I could give them six stars! read more

This an excellent business with great people who truly care about providing the best quality services. I needed my wedding dress pressed and cleaned before my wedding day which I brought in only a couple days before my wedding day. The business owner was such a sweet man who immediately made me feel comfortable as he said my dress will be ready and guarantees his work. Came back couple days later and my dress was Beautiful! He did an amazing job of which I now take more clothes that needs dry cleaning. Highly recommend this location with great friendly people. read more

My boyfriend loves this place and thats why i went there and now i love master cleaners as well! i brought my favorite 2 pairs of jeans in to have the legs takin in so they could be straight leg jeans instaed of the bell bottoms they were. I was going on vacation and wanted them done in 2 days, the owner and his wife said they would try their best to have at least 1 pair done by the day I needed them. Not only were both pants done but they were pressed and ready to go. i was so happy. the couple that owns this cleaners is so sweet and genuine to top off my already lovely experience. After having several of the most popular cleaners (two - on west Sahara near Buffalo & Cimarron) lose belts for tops and horribly stain my husband's dress shirts - making black stains on the collars and what looked like oil spots all over them, seeing the reviews here, I took them to Master Cleaners. (Not a short trip - I live in the Northwest now waaaaay up the 95!) They were able to not only clean the clothes beautifully, but got ALL the stains and rings the other cleaners made and wouldn't get out!! The shirts look brand new now! Add to that the wonderful service this old world family brings - so sweet, kind, and so willing to accommodate...a lost art in business today!! I am willing to drive 30 minutes (with good traffic!) one way to have them clean my clothes. I KNOW they won't ruin them, and I'll get them back looking almost as good as the day I bought them. Please people - give this company your business! They need to it stay in business. Competing against a world of corporate comglomomarts, they are struggling. Honestly the only thing wrong is that the app keeps telling you to swipe a card in to enter the location when you don't have to and you have to do some random workaround to be able to do anything else on the app, but certainly that will be fixed any time now. I've been to the dry clean multiple times but will never come back here after today. I brought a…read morejacket in for dry cleaning, and when I picked it up, I immediately found a tear on the inside bottom of the jacket that was not there before. When I confronted the woman about it, she was extremely rude and dismissive. Instead of taking responsibility or offering to fix it, she asked me "What do you want me to do about it?" She claimed she "didn't check" the jacket and said I had no proof, then tried to accuse me of already knowing about the tear -- which is absolutely false. The jacket was returned on a hanger, wrapped in plastic, and the tear was the first thing I saw when I flipped it over. To make it even worse, she tried to charge me $10 for a few stitches on damage that happened while the jacket was in their care. That is completely unacceptable. Damaging a customer's clothing and then trying to make the customer pay to fix it is outrageous. The lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic customer service here is unbelievable. The attitude was arrogant, as if they're the only dry cleaner in Las Vegas. They are not. Save your money, save your clothes, and go anywhere else.

I was referred to A-Z from my bridal boutique, Something Blue. Honestly, I put off alterations for…read morea while, but ended up going in about six weeks prior to my wedding and they made it happen (would DEFINITELY recommend going in earlier though)! I had a total of three fittings - the initial to go over what I wanted, take measurements, etc; the second to try on with the alterations temporarily in place to verify measurements; and the third final one with everything complete! I loved working with them and they made the process so smooth. I wanted to add custom off-the-shoulder sleeves using some of the sparkly tulle cut from the length, and they came out perfect. The bustle was also perfect and they ensured that I knew how to bustle it for the day of, and ensured I took a video so I could show my planner. My husband and his groomsmen got custom suits from Gaetano, but they also use A-Z Alterations! They knew we were both going there so they made sure our fittings weren't on the same day and that I didn't cross paths with my husband or the groomsmen. I know the groomsmen had great experiences as well. A few of them had issues with their pants' length at the second fitting but it was promptly fixed and they looked perfect on the day of. My in-laws and my brother also had their wedding attire altered here and everyone looked amazing! I've been to other alteration places where the customer service definitely lacked, but Stela was great to work with and stayed in constant communication. I've been back since our wedding to get other items altered. I think the prices are definitely fair for the quality and the reliability of their work, and they quote you prior to getting any work done so you know what to expect.

I moved all the way to the very back to fold my laundry to avoid dander getting on my freshly cleaned clothes, and the same woman followed back there. I politely explained my allergy and why I moved. She responded by screaming at me and calling me obscenities. I informed the employee on duty, who clearly did not care at all. To make things worse, a homeless man then came in with a dog and started yelling at the staff because he couldn't access the restroom without money on his card. This place desperately needs better management--and honestly, security. As a paying customer, there's a basic level of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism that should be expected. I won't be back.

I first brought in two pairs of jeans and a pair of cashmere lounge pants -- and they did such an excellent job that I've been back multiple times since. They've added elastic to the sleeves of a very expensive winter coat, hemmed several pairs of slacks and jeans, and taken in both the legs and waistbands of other pants. Every piece has come back fitting beautifully. Lisa is thorough, kind, and incredibly helpful. She takes the time to make sure everything fits just right, and the pricing is very reasonable.
