They seemed very nice on the phone and recommend a wrecker serive that they work with. They gave me the number to the wrecker service and they were quick in going to get my husband and the car. They towed the car to Rusty's. And since it was after hours by that time. Rusty's has a drop box that you can leave your keys in for afterhour drop offs. Since they were so backed up, they let us know that it was going to take them a few days until they could get to the car. They kept their word. As soon as they looked at what had happened, they were very honest and informed my husband that it would cost more to fix the car than it was worth. That kind of honesty is hard to find nowadays. I highly recommend this Repair shop if you want an honest opinion on what is wrong with your car and how much it's going to take a fix it.

You'll be a little skeptical in the area where you'll find them but once you see them at work you know that it's the heart of the work ethics that count. I came for a quote after my local stealership wanted to charge me $2,200 to change out my catalytic converters and o2 sensors and got a quote for less than half of that price. Very informative and helpful in guiding to where and how you might want your car. Parking is a nightmare, but you'll be guided on where to park. You can find them the next street over South of Little York on the East side of Airline. They are right on that corner, you'll see the muffler statues.

If you ask they will show you the cost of the parts they are ordering so you know your not getting cheated and if there is a problem they will do there best to get it done quick. Don't let the area of the fact that it's little scare you off it really is reliable and by far some of the best work I've gotten. I have another family mechanic who I went to for years before this and switched after a few visits because they don't do anything half way here.
