The pinwheel dough was raw through and through even after I threw it in the covectional oven!!! Never again!!! I have to agree with all the other reviews about how this place took a turn. I don't know if there is a new chef but the pizza I usually order is great and the slices I got recently were barely cooked and so oily. Ordering a snack from here - first time. Delivery was extremely fast and friendly. Everything arrived hot or warm. The ten inch shrimp scampi pizza and the ten inch clams oreganata pizza were enjoyed. Good aroma upon opening the boxes. A bit less bread crumbs on the clams and a bit more shrimp with the scampi pizza might have been a nice surprise, but it might be, and often is, the size of the pizzas that dictate the topping proportion (maybe try a twelve inch medium or large sixteen inch for better proportion of topping?). Both the shrimp scampi pizza and clams oreganata pizza were a good choice (if you have a liking for the main ingredients). Consider crust preference as well. Chicken fingers were well seasoned and tender. Good curly fries and lots of them. read more

I order chicken parm and what I asked for was baked ziti And a meatball with meat sauce dinner Man I have never more been disappointed with Italian food Not only did the food show up about an hour and 20 mins later (I live about 6 blocks away) I couldve gone to get the food but was settling in tending to the kids and dog The food gets here cold The chicken parm was two smalllll tiny pieces with no cheese on it Almost rubber like either old or over cooked and tenderized too much I go to open the ziti which was like maybe a a cup full no cheese again just sauce and cold semi hard noodles Meatball with meat sauce was as dry as can be! They put spaghetti and a meatball with sauce cold nonetheless and no meat sauce! Seriously With the amount spent I expected so much more! We didn't even want it after all was said and done! Not sure if they were rushing due to being near closing time, but they forgot to send the soda along with some spices on the side as requested. For me, pizza without a refreshing can of coke is a sin. Pizza was quite small for a medium pie considering the price, wasn't hot, and just didn't taste good overall. So this review is like a 4.5/5 Star review for me. This place has the absolute BEST sandwiches that I think I have ever gotten from a pizza place. I reminds me of the sandwiches you would get from the corner deli back in the day. They spread their lettuce and onions and you can tell all the ingredients are super fresh. You also get an option of chips or fries for an additional cost. But I'm all for it. On my cheat days I love going here for sandwiches. So last night my wife and I decided to switch it up and not get sandwiches but order something different from the menu. She got the penne and vodka and I got the eggplant parm. I am very particular with my eggplant Parm, it is very rare that a pizza place make it according to my standards. But wow holy shit it was good. The ONLY this that they could have done better was add some ricotta cheese in the middle and I would have probably be the best I ever had. They cut the eggplant super thin and I believe take the skin off as well but it was perfectly cooked. Hopefully they keep up the standards and don't slack off. The penne and vodka was cooked well but wasn't the best or worst vodka sauce I ever tasted. But deff no where near the worst. Other then that this place has been everything I have expected and more. I ordered takeout from here the other day. I live a couple minutes away. I opened the box as soon as I got in, and the pizza was cold. It was also incredibly tiny for a medium pie. I enjoyed it, but was very disappointed right away. Especially because I paid $15 for it. I also ordered the Italian Combo Stromboli. It was good, not great. The marinara sauce that came on the side was the best out of all three. For the prices, I'd expect better. read more

It's rare that a new pizza joint hits the nail on the head as soon as they open. Master Pizza succeeded on all fronts. The pizza was delicious, with high quality, tasty ingredients, and cooked just right. They know the value of using great cheese, and didn't skimp on any of the ingredients. The design and decor are fresh, welcoming and different, with large windows and outdoor seating. Very clean restaurant and friendly staff! This place will be added to my regular pizza rotation. Ok cool ... 50 min go by , i calll and asked where my pizza was they said the driver was on the way . Pizza gets there an hour & 10 minutes after & mind you i wasn't even far from the pizzeria ,, i was maybe 6 minutes away . Anyways my food gets there & it's all cold & not appetizing at all . I also ordered zeppoles and those were so chewy i threw both of my orders out . I called back for a refund because of how disappointed i was & the lady on the phone was rude about it , claiming i gave her the wrong address . If i did she could've said that when i called asking where my food was . The driver also called me when they were outside my place so he could've called me to ask for the right address . I'll start by saying the renovated place looks really nice. I give this place 3 stars just because I am not a fan of their salads. I have ordered both the chef salad and the antipasto salad and was left disappointed... don't waste your money! Now if this was a review just on the pizza I would give them 5/5 stars. I would've left this alone, had the arrogant man who ended up on the phone with me handled this better. Earlier today, I ordered a sandwich, 2 soups, and the mesclun salad, dressing on the side, no capers, no sun-dried tomatoes. As soon as my food got here at @2:30pm, I put the salad STRAIGHT into the fridge, knowing I was having that for dinner. I take it out @8pm to eat, first thing I see os sun-dried tomatoes. Fine, I can pick em out. Then I see the lettuce, disgusting and slimy. I figure, it happens, you get a few bad pieces so I start to pick the bad ones out only to see it continued all the way through. I'd be eating less than half the salad if I kept going. So O call, girl answers, puts the guy on. First thing he says to me when I say the lettuce was bad was how they only have the freshest produce. So I offer to take pics and send them, he says no. I explained it's all the way through, not just a few pieces. He starts with excuse#2, something about sitting in liquid or something and then (#3) says "oh, you modified it". I said yes, I had the dressing put on the side, no capers, no sun-dried tomatoes even though the tomatoes are in there. He says it's not tomatoes it's roasted peppers. Um. I'm not an idiot. BOTH tomatoes and peppers were in it. I said I'm looking at the tomatoes right now, if you want I can send a picture (now we're gonna debate about this?) His next question (excuse #4), he asked me how I stored it. WHAT????? Unless I stored it in a heated oven, that should NOT have happened to lettuce in 5 hours, HOWEVER, I told him I put it directly into the fridge. So, he goes back to how fresh their produce is, how he looks at what comes in, etc.. W. T. H. ??!! He offers a refund. I said fine, but I was actually looking to eat, which is why I took the salad out, I'm hungry. He then says, he can send me another salad, but it'll be a while because there's a couple deliveries ahead of me. Thanks for the empty offer! It's almost 8:30 already and you want me to eat when??? ABSOLUTELY ridiculous! I've ordered from here a few times, never had this issue. And if he had handled it better and not tried to find a way to pin the blame on me, and maybe was a little less arrogantly proud of his slimy produce I was given, I would've never posted this. Ordered delivery from the hotel and was told 40 minute...I called an hour later to inquire about the status. I was told there was another delivery in the area so they just waited. The presentation of the baked ziti was very messy and the taste wasn't all that great. The meatballs I didn't like very much either.
