They did a great job on the pumping but the first "inspectors" came out and failed my leach lines immediately because they didn't pass the flow test. I asked what my options were and the kid just kept saying "I don't know. my boss will call you. You're going to need a whole new leach field". I called their boss to get more clarification and she, Tracy, didn't have any answers either. First she said the inspectors didn't do a flow test so my husband said "well then they lied to me because they said they did" and her response was "first of all, they don't lie. I'm going to schedule the pump for tomorrow and the pump guy is going to inspect it again because he used to do that." The pump guy came out the next day, put the hose into the leach line and came right out. He failed it too because the water shot right back at him. Again, we asked him what our options were and this guy's response was, "I don't know. My boss will call you". We asked if there's a clog, he said "I don't know, maybe". We asked about doing the water jetter, he said "that isn't really effective". We asked what our options are and he said "you'll need a new leach field". We asked how he knew the lines were failed, what if it's a clog and he said "when the leach lines fail the flow test, it means you need a whole new leach field". This is what the follow up email from Tracy said. "This inspection has been completed and the system did fail the flow test, which means that the leaching system need to be replaced. The septic tank itself passed inspection. When a leaching system fails, it has to be replaced with exactly what is there now, just in a new place." We had another company come out that put a camera in and determined the lines were clogged with roots. Other company was able to clear the roots and we got it certified.

Cant say enough about these guys. Not only were they prompt with the repairs (which kept the escrow…read moreprocess on track!) but they were thorough and detail oriented, and once done, you couldn't even tell they'd had the lid off, the landscape was so well done. Additionally, they were willing to defer payment until escrow closed, which was going to be more than 60 days out. So nice to do business with an outfit that is willing to be flexible and understanding and willing to work with us. Bob's rocks!

Over the years I have been here to pick up some piping, connectors and master valves. My son had some damage to his irrigation system, where the previous owner put in some weird shit I had never seen before. A connector was broken off and my son could not find a replacement at his local hardware stores. He bought what he was hoping was a replacement online, but it was not correct. I brought the broken item home and went to Temecula Valley Pipe & Supply with it. I found the matching connector in their warehouse and picked up x2 for him. It should work and I will find out in the near future. If it doesn't I will cough it up to the crap system previously installed. If it does I will update this 5 star review with the good news. It was a Saturday morning (of course!) just before Mother's Day and my septic backed up…read more I could not get anyone to come out, and most never even responded even though their websites claimed 7 day a week emergency service. Not only did John at North County respond, but he also spent a bunch of time on the phone with me trying to troubleshoot my problem and sharing his expert knowledge. After coming out, he quickly dug in, found the problem (a root lifted the outlet line as seen in the photo), fixed it, and charged a fair price. While he was here, I had him put in some manhole covers and an observation port to make servicing easier in the future. All that in about 1/2 a day. Very happy with my experience with John saving the day!

Not only that they were honest where as another Septic Company gave us a Bid for 32k for a supposed collapsed septic system and a hefty $650 fee for supposed camera that detected all of that. What a Line of B.S. that was. Thankfully, we were taking bids and these folks, Low and Behold found after further review, it wasn't a collapsed septic system just a 10' damaged pipe. Wow !!! Our management company said 'A' company was coming out but never said what company. So, as we were nearing 2 weeks since being told, I began to get anxious. With no disrespect to other companies, we didn't want anyone else to service our septic. Rick & Corey have been taking care of our septic (property) with such perfection in our book. But on Christmas Eve mind you, in the pouring rain here pulls up Rick. Talk about dancing in the rain. We were so happy to see Rick (& sad at the same time because it was Christmas Eve & raining).
