When I returned to pick up the outfit, none of the modifications were done -- the pants were still untapered and dragging. I asked the tailor to correct it, and was told it would cost another $35, with no refund or partial refund offered. I was then told I had "approved" the work, which is not accurate. I clearly explained what I wanted, and it wasn't delivered. To make matters worse, I was told they couldn't have the corrections done in time for my event. I was left with an unwearable item, no accountability, and no solution. I will never go back to this business, and I absolutely would not recommend it to anyone.

I used to really like this cleaners, they used to do a great job. Then the owners sold out to…read moresomeone else (these new owners claim they are relatives of the old owners) and after the latest incident, I will be taking my business elsewhere. I brought in a clean blouse to be pressed only. The item was returned to me with a grease stain clearly visible on the front. I called and they told me to bring it back and they would take care of it. Great. When I brought it in, the staff insisted that the blouse was brought in with the stain. That wasn't the case, but even if it was....as a courtesy, wouldn't you call the customer and say hey, before we press it, this has a stain, would you like us to dry clean it for you? Instead they pressed it and delivered it to me with the stain. Since the change in ownership, we have had too many items come back with that pesky tag that says "Special Attention we tried to remove the stain but they just couldn't get it out-just letting you know it wasn't overlooked". Any by the way, they got the grease stain out, but oddly enough the blouse came back with a brand new stain. Maybe they used my blouse for a tablecloth on their lunch break... Well, sorry...too many items now sent to the trash heap means it's time for a new cleaners....

So the prices are higher. It is half glass, so it's beautifully lit. They have the doors open when it's warm enough so fresh air circulates across the room, and it's fresh! The only problem, hence the 4 stars is the new owner removed the snack and drink machines so you have to bring it with you or buy it from the local business--expensive by comparison. I have heard that this owner plans to bring these machines back. It would be nice.
