There wasn't even any considering that it's a feature that I have had used numerous times without issue. So now I spent 20 minutes trying to figure out where to park. MasterPark is great. I had some trepidation about leaving my car for the first time at an airport lot. After reading the reviews on Yelp, I decided on MasterPark. It is a couple of bucks more than the other places, but I like that they have several lots and seem to make the whole process a lot smoother. As I drove in at 4:30 am, I realized that the web reservation I made was the valet garage down the street and not Lot B. The valet garage was covered and it appeared to have more capacity. After speaking with the attendant, I felt convinced enough to just park with Lot B. I jumped on the shuttle to the airport, hoping that my car would be okay when I got back. Once I landed back in Seattle, I went to a courtesy phone and shortly picked up by one of the shuttles. Interestingly I saw two Lot B shuttles and none for the other lots. I scored as I was the only one headed back to the lot. When I got back to the lot, all I did was pay and I got my keys back. My car was even parked right in front of the exit for quick entry back onto the road. Overall, I was very pleased with MasterPark. It costs a little bit more, but I would recommend them because they have friendly service and make the process of parking near the airport smooth. read more

This lot is super convenient and service is smooth. I made a pre-paid reservation online but forgot, so also paid in person when picking up my car. When I realized this, I called and was given the number to MasterPark accounting office. Totally thought it would be a hassle, but it took about 30 seconds for a very friendly person to look up my two payments and credit me in full for the second one. Update. They must of cut back on Drivers as now you have to wait 15+ minutes for the driver to fill up the van to leave. Driver just sits in the van waiting for random customers to park and drop off cars while people are waiting in van forever. Get more Drivers people. Two big declines in quality with Master Park. 1. Pickup service at airport is much slower than it used to be. Long waits. Not enough vans running. Not enough checkout staff during busy times. 2. They no longer give Alaska Airlines awards. For the couple bucks more it costs, might as well park at the airport. Waiting 45 minutes isn't worth the extra couple bucks saved. read more

Uh.. it's a parking lot.. That being said they have: clean bathrooms, Alaskaairlines baggage check in, a quick pay rewards program that discounts and earns free parking, the most vehicles and the closest proximity to seatac of the masterparks. I don't like self parking because i tend to loose my car a lot at Costcos Bellevue Square etc.. so I just drop my car and wander off. it takes about 5 minutes from the lot to check in. when you come back your car is ready to go. Free electric car charging. I've heard of theft issues with the valet services. I leave dollars strewn about my car and I don't think I've had anything taken. My only issue is that they publish and charge for the $15.00 dollar per hour labor law at seatac. kind of a dick move by management.. I'd have more respect for them if they just absorbed the cost and moved on. read more

I love all of the Masterpark locations. They are very efficient and you can cut your parking cost in half by taking the 5-minute shuttle ride to the airport. I've never had any issue with my vehicle or waiting for a shuttle. Sometimes you can find a coupon in the Alaska inflight magazine too. read more

Here's the letter I wrote to their customer service after being verbally assaulted by one of their drivers. No response at all!! The driver was nuts and shouldn't be behind the wheel!! I contacted your office on Thursday, March 22, at 8:40pm regarding one of your drivers. He was holding his horn down and screaming obscenities at me for signaling and changing into his lanes with a safe distance. Traffic was terrible we were at a dead stop next to the cell phone lot. He was so close to the back of my car I thought he was going to hit me. He continued to blast his horn for two or more minutes. I can't imagine that the woman from your office on the phone with me couldn't hear him. Although now, I wish I would have called the police instead of your office. Clearly the person on duty who took my call did not take this serious as no on called me back today. That driver (male), driving van B-7 Thursday, March 22 at 8:40pm, should not be behind the wheel of any vehicle much less a passenger van. If you are looking for branding, he would not be your best choice. Your driver scared me badly. I don't know why he was so hostile but it was an over the top reaction considering the amount of traffic and the inability for any of us to get anywhere quickly. He verbally assaulted me and I hold your company responsible for his behavior. He has some real anger management issues. As for the "manager" on duty, who I spoke to at length, he should really take these incidents much more serious! I'm appalled by this whole interaction with your company. Fast, professional, efficient, and affordable. Did I mention affordable? We didn't have reservations and found them while driving around prior to our flight. We drove up, gave them the info they wanted (after they answered us about how much it cost--which was totally affordable), handed them the keys and hopped on their shuttle. When we got back, the ticket they gave us had easy and specific directions that made our return to our car effortlessly. Our car was waiting for us when we got to the parking lot. Parking at the airport in the deck runs $28 per day. Parking at MasterPark in Lot B is $14.95 per day, and outdoors. I believe Lot C is indoor and $16.95 per day. The system is pretty slick: you pull in to the valet, hand over your keys and you are shuttled to departures at the airport. When you return, simply call ahead, provide your ticket number, and you car is ready when you are dropped off. I was gone 4 days and my bill was $71, instead of $168. Staff expects tips, and there is a surcharge for parking beyond the $14.95 advertised price...hence the 3 stars. read more

Lot B is convenient to the airport, it is open but fenced parking lot, and they have always taken good care of my car or truck. Like all lots they are high priced, but still cheaper than staying in the airport lots. They have a shuttle to take you back and forth, friendly driver...and how they manage to know where your car is and get it there to be waiting for you when the shuttle arrives is a wonder...great job. read more

Great if you aren't going to departures. They drop you at arrivals. They will not drop disabled folks at the place where wheelchair assistance is available. So NOT HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE. it's for their convenience. Passenger needs are not their concern. Service runs hot and cold. Sometimes nice, sometimes stunningly rude. Bathroom in the office is a public health hazard. Filthy. So, use the airport restroom, prepare to walk halfway across the airport to find check in. I highly recommend this service to anyone that is flying out of SEA. The system in place is super efficient and simple to follow. You simply drive in, put your car in park, get a ticket from one of the employees, and then hop on the shuttle. When you get back, follow the directions on tour ticket to get back to the same area and call Masterpark from the phone provided on the curb. A shuttle will scoop you up in minutes while the staff at the lot moves your car to the same place where you dropped it off. I was particularly impressed with how the staff handled an influx of people that all came at the same time. From the shuttle pick up to check out to getting the cars for what seemed like a lot of cranky, tired travelers...they kept the whole thing running smoothly with radios. read more

My wife had reserved a space on line for 13.99 per day for 4 days. Unfortunately her flight was cancelled and she decided to cancel her trip. Returning to MasterPark to retrieve her car she was charged over $23 for what turned out to be about 1.5 hours. Having her flight cancelled was bad enough but this excessive charge for just a short time left a very bad taste in her mouth. Granted MasterPark did offer her a coupon for a free day in the future but you can be sure we will stay at a different lot in the future. They would have created a much better customer relationship if they had applied that free day to her very short stay at that time. read more

I am a new flight attendant for Delta and so before I got my parking pass I had to park at Master Park for the first part of my flights. It was super early when I got on the shuttle to the airport, and the driver has kindly put my bags in the rack. Somehow my J-hook (a very important part of the luggage set that makes it incredibly lighter and less strain on my shoulders) was lost. I called they kept an eye out for it, but to no luck. I came back the next day to try one more time to find it and the manager Nathan took extra effort and checked everywhere for it finally finding it behind a seat. I am so grateful, not because it's impossible to replace (that is easy). But for saving my shoulders over the next 4 days of flying!!!!!! As a somewhat frequent business traveler I definitely have to endorse MasterPark Lot B as they've firmly entrenched themselves in my travel routine. Having used other airport parking alternatives i can honestly tell you these guys aren't the cheapest, but they are well worth the extra money. They have a covered drop off area, have frequent shuttle services, offer corporates discounts & online coupons, and come to pick me up whenever I call them regardless of how late my frickin flight got in. That said, they do offer one unique perk - Alaska Airlines frequent flier points and being the avid traveler that I am I definitely love my mileage points. As a side note, I have actually reported a claim there as one of their little shifty handed valets snaked the half of my key fob that i left with them. The claim was processed quickly and a check was sent to me within a week to reimburse me for the loss. that said, I can only hope that the culprit was found and beaten senseless with a wet noodle or something else that was convenient. read more

Man, I hate doing business with these guys. Pros: They're very close to the airport, it's valet parking, and I get a corporate discount. Cons: They're rude. The shuttles are S-L-O-W to pick you up at the airport. They're raised their rates and are now expensive even with my discount. Just to give you an idea of how rude they are, we went to the airport today for a flight that was cancelled while we were in the shuttle. We spent about 20 minutes at the airport, then went back to pick our car up. The lady who processed our checkout said we didn't have to pay. Then it took 10 minutes and no car came around, so I asked where it was and some guy realized we hadn't pay and just started saying "Charge them" over and over. When I asked to speak to the manager he came in and said they would charge me a full day. Period. Finally he agreed to giving me a free day later in the week when we came back if I paid for today. Then he started yelling at his staff in front of me "no comps! no comps!". Sheesh. read more

This lot is super convenient to SeaTac Airport. It's cheaper than the airport, but more expensive than a lot of the other lots nearby. To me, the extra few bucks are worth it because it's valet service. You can just drop off your car and hop on the shuttle. You barely even get wet if it's raining. The valet and shuttle staff is great - they are always hustling to get you where you need to go. I always try to tip if I have the cash. According to a sign in their lobby, you get 100 Alaska Airline miles each time you park here. You just provide your AA # when you pay, but in my experience, the miles are never credited to my account. When I ask about it they say "we have your frequent flier number in our system" but then I never get the miles. Frustrated about this, I e-mailed Masterpark and the manager said he would credit the miles to my account (they owe me about 1000). But nothing ever happened. I think the staff working the counter just gets lazy and doesn't want to enter it into the system each time like they are supposed to. I wish Masterpark would stop promoting this partnership if they aren't going to follow through on it. read more

It's super easy to get to, right there after you make the "long term parking" exit from the airport road. i love the valet aspect of it - i just drive up, get out, and someone takes me to the terminal. plus my car is always waiting for me when i get back. the shuttles come pretty frequently and quickly too. downside is price. i've always found it worth it, especially when work is paying for it, but it is expensive. read more

They will not honor their coupons promise than $84 for 7 days. However, if you are parked less than exactly 7x24 hour periods, they will charge you at an hourly rate of $3 per hour. Parked in MasterPark Lot B for the first time last weekend, for 3 nights. I have to admit the experience from beginning to end was so easy and efficient! The valet service is a big plus, and on both legs, the shuttle was waiting right there for me so I had no wait time. On my return, the driver called in my ticket and when I arrived back at the lot, my car was right there waiting and the checkout was quick and easy. I will never park at the terminal again, as this is way more efficient and also half the price! Writing a 5* review for a first visit somewhere may be a little premature...so we'll have to see if my future experiences can keep this rating alive! read more

When I fly out of Seatac, which happens often, I often try to park off-site and save the company some money. I used to park at Wally Park, but didn't realize it could be much better! I like the Masterpark lot, because they are very fast and give you a quick ride to the airport. The price is reasonable and the staff is always eager to help. The vans are good. That meant I had to get to the lot really early because I wasn't sure if I would be able to park there or not and there was no working number to call and confirm. Just picked our car up after traveling for over twenty four hours to be told unapologetically that they had to jump start our battery because the lights were left on. The counter gal actually acted as though, because they jump-started it, they did us a favor. When we questioned why the lights were even on when we both dropped it off and picked it up during the day, we were answered with a shrug and a that's what I was told. After letting it run 90 plus minutes, the battery is once again dead, and we are stranded an hour from home. But the rates are getting to be too high, even with a AAA discount. The manager or maybe he is an asst manager is rude and it makes me not want to return. They need to shop around for the other lots and lower their prices and have some training on customer service for some of the management and a couple of the drivers. read more

I enjoy parking at MasterPark. It's nice and convenient across from the airport. I'm often able to pull in without a reservation (in fact I don't think I've ever been turned away). Once you arrive you park and they give you a tag for your return then board the shuttle. They generally take you to the airport within a few minutes and the ride is pretty quick. When you get to the parking section in the airport you'll need to call and let you know your number from the tag. They will have your car pulled around by the time you arrive and pay. Be sure to check if your company has a discount, it can really save you money! read more

This place is awesome! We found this place online when searching where to park overnight for our trip, we had never parked at SeaTac before. The staff is extremely courteous (even at 4am), and they are quick and efficient. I didn't have any hesitations about leaving my car with them. Getting picked back up at the airport was really easy. The card they give you when you drop off your car has very easy to understand and clear instructions on how to get them to pick you up. It didn't take more than a quick phone call, one ring, and they were pulling up my reservation and confirming my car was the one I had dropped off. After a quick ride from the airport, my car was waiting for me with the trunk open and ready for me to put my luggage away. The paying process was quick and easy, but the taxes and fees they charge suck (I know, I know, not their fault). Look online or in a flyer for a coupon! They're pretty easy to find! With a 25% off coupon, 3 days of parking ended up being $57. read more
