    The setup was messy, disorganized, poor quality; no response from Aaron when there is an issue relating to the system he set up

    Go with somebody else. SERIOUSLY! Like, a fake security camera would do more for you at this…read morepoint... You'll probably spend HOURS on the phone, on hold as they bounce you from one department to the next because nobody is capable of handling finishing your install, that the technicians cannot do, because the customer service reps on your hour/two-hour long phone call didn't set up the account properly... It's now been 8 days and they still haven't finished it and are still talking about charging me more money for labor/parts for things I already own and are already installed (2 years ago) but they have to replace, because someone else at ADT screwed up... So ADT messes up and the customer has to pay. In the meantime, they refuse to active the service because they aren't done installing everything, so the house sits un-monitored.... Trying to talk to customer service and after 5 hours, 11 minutes being bounced around between departments. Ask for a supervisor to help: disconnected. Start over from the very begining every single time. Transferred again, no help, transferred back, hold for another hour, etc etc etc 100% incompetent. Their hold system: "We care about your time" That's a flat our lie. They care about stealing your money and providing you ZERO service.
