Came out with Steve Munozs from Celco to give me an estimate. Paul never followed through with the estimate, nor answered my emails. I think this is a fake company that works with Celco cooking up fake estimates to submit to your insurance company. Beware before letting Paul into your home. In response from the owner's comment: I reached out to you several times, and asked you for the quote myself. I was completely ignored the first 4 times. Neither you nor Celco would follow through or even give a reason why I could not receive the estimate. I have never heard of anything so ridiculous that one company can block business with a customer, when that company doesn't want to give you the estimate provided by the third party company. Something is very fishy here. That is a copout. If this was the case, someone should have explained that when I reached out the first time. All is well, because Celco is a bunch of crooks, and any business recommended by them is evil by association. Therefore, I wouldn't do business with them based on principal. I can't say enough how pleased I am with my new Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring. We knew this was the company we were going with after talking with Juan Cisneros who told us everything we need to know about the flooring. They have an awesome team of four guys who do all the installation, Joey, DJ, Jay and Lorenzo. When they came into our home they were very respectful and professional. All four of them work great together and the lead guy, DJ kept telling the team you are doing a great job, which is so important for their moral. Very expensive and not headache free. The workers left a mess in the hallways each day and the craftsmanship of the install was quite lacking. I ended up paying another company to clean up the disaster that was this experience. There are a bunch of grayed out reviews on here, and yelp says not to trust them, but I wish that I had trusted them and gone with Aeroscopic or Pacific or pretty much anyone else. I also wish I had researched it much harder instead of listening to all the name dropping that Paul did. As it turns out his greed is starting to catch up with him and he's not so number one recommended guy after all. read more

Do not recommend at all! Avoid at all costs. If you want improperly installed hardwood floors, with multiple gaps between the planks, then go ahead and give them a try. They ended up using my balcony to cut the wood. However, while they did that, they ripped through my love seat cushions in my balcony. On top of that, they then denied responsibility or full reimbursement for damaging it. Very unprofessional work, and while I don't mind the workers using my bathroom while they are at my place, I prefer not stepping on their urine on the floor, just because they decided to not clean up after themselves. Masterpiece Floors installed hardwood in our two bedrooms and then left us hanging for two weeks without finishing them, providing no communication. I had to call several times to demand they finish by the end of the second week. At this point the owner became very petulant, destroying any goodwill. They did a poor job on the install which I had to insist they correct. Also, even though I told him we wanted to match the existing hardwood in the rest of the house he said nothing about the grades of hardwood available and allowed me to select the wrong grade. That lower grade did not even look like the same kind of wood. He left me with the impression he had no experience. When he showed up unannounced with the stain selection, we declined that selection and again he acted very put-out, as though it was we who were being difficult simply because we did not like the color he chose. At this point we decided to not throw good money after bad and told him his services were no longer desired. read more

The owner/Salesperson was almost as rude as he was unhelpful. He came off as s know it all using jargon that was designed to dupe unsuspecting people. As well ass poor hygiene and a bad attitude he was very rude and pushy. Employees drank alcohol onsite and used drugs. Items were missing, presumed stolen. The floor was installed with mimimal effort and when I brought this to the owner he asked me to prove it. I refused to pay for a job poorly done where I was stolen from and disrespected. read more

I purchased new flooring and contracted the demo of my existing tile and hardwood and installation of my new floors through a company that subcontracted the work out to Masterpiece Floors. My experience with this company was so horrific that I'm not sure where to begin. The employees were unprofessional, showed up late, left early, played music loudly in front of my children and goofed around in my house instead of working...and this is when I was home so God only knows what happened inside when I left for work. They went through my kitchen cabinets and stole a portable Bluetooth speaker I kept in one of my cabinets and went through my husband's tools in the garage and stole tools as well. I'm sure they stole more items I just haven't noticed yet. They didn't properly plastic off my home so left the entire house covered in demo dust. I have security cameras outside my home and could see that after I left for work they spent more time outside smoking and sitting in their cars than working inside my home. One employee had his girlfriend...or maybe tinder date who knows...come to my home and she pulled her car into my driveway and he made out with her in the front seat of her car in front of my neighbors and cars driving by. One afternoon I picked up about 15 cigarette butts off my driveway. I specifically asked them not to leave my house unlocked and unattended while they went to lunch and they did anyway...oh and their lunch breaks were 1 1/2 - 2 hours long. Even though they knew they were doing demo they arranged no pick up of demoed material and had it stacked up in my front yard and the side of my house for several days and I had to insist they call someone to have it hauled away. The person who showed up to haul away the material was their foreman and couldn't have cared less about their behavior and poor quality work. He had a hard time loading the demoed material into his truck and my husband had to help him. They took 4 days to demo only 1200 square feet. They caused damage to my kitchen cabinets, oven and dishwasher with the demo machine. Every singe room they demoed tile or hardwood in they also damaged the walls with the demo machine. One employee decided to wash up in my brand new $400 vessel sink in my downstairs bathroom and made a complete mess out of the sink and the granite countertop and then used my decorative hand towns to wipe down and then left the towels in a pile in the sink for me. I was absolutely losing my mind with these people in my home and let the company I bought the floors and contracted the work through know that I was not ok with these scumbag morons installing my expensive, new floors so they were pulled off the job after demo and a different company came in to finish the job. The owner of Masterpiece Floors clearly doesn't care about his jobs as his "foreman" was hardly out to check on the job and obviously had very low standards for employee behavior and quality of work. Paul, the owner of Masterpiece, is paying his employees to sleep in late, leave early, take long lunch breaks, have dance parties in other people's houses and destroy everything they come into contact with. Thank goodness the company I hired stepped up and is replacing and repairing everything damaged but I am still in shock at the poor quality work and horrific employee behavior from Masterpiece! Don't EVER use this company!! read more
