On August 31 around 8 PM, my husband and I had a very disappointing experience at the drive-through. After he accidentally spilled a water and paused to clean it up, no one was at the window when he was ready for our other drink. He honked once to get attention, and a young woman with red hair rushed over and immediately yelled at him in an aggressive tone, asking, "Why did you honk at us?" and so on- the exchange was shocking, negative, and her body language and tone came across as hostile. Maybe she wanted to stand up for her team, approaching customers with hostility has the opposite effect--it can escalate a situation and even put staff at risk if directed toward the wrong person. In customer service, respect and de-escalation are essential. As a resident of Ontario who takes pride in our community, I believe customers should always feel both respected and safe at the establishments they support. This was a concerning experience, and frankly, enough is enough. I truly hope management steps in to address this behavior. Based on other reviews, it seems this is not an isolated issue, and I encourage Starbucks to do its part in providing the community with a safe, professional, and respectful environment. read more

I went to this racist Starbucks that I always patronize I've been living in the area for 6 years supporting them and I went in their today and asked for a cup of water to take my medication and before I can even make an attempt to place a order the employee was so rude to me telling me if you don't make a purchase you can't get water that it's company policy so I asked to speak to a manager which also was very rude to me when I told her I needed water to take my medicine she told me to go outside and read the policy on the door which I thought was extremely rude because Starbucks is known for giving water so why would I automatically think or look for that on the door anyway that manager Kassidi is extremely unprofessional and rude how did she even get that position as a manager they want you to purchase before you even use the rest room I swear these employees are making this establishment go down now I see why they only have two stars they need customer service training immediately I wish I could give them zero stars read more

Looks like this store's Mngt took notice of all the Yelpers' feedback and turned it around. Even noticed a chalk board informing patrons to talk to the manager for anything that comes up and need attention. I've found my goto place for when my clients meetings take me out there! Spacious and lots of tables spread around to get some work done while enjoying coffee and a bite. With there were more outlets though. Drive through seems to be pretty busy. Service was nice, had my chicken and bacon panini heated promptly as well as a nice large iced cuppa water. All I can say is keep up the good work! read more

I went to this Starbucks before work, I got a iced pumpkin spice latte and a pumpkin loaf. When I got to work I started feeling a bump in my lip. It felt hot and itchy. I quickly had to leave work afraid that it was an allergic reaction (keep in mind I've always gotten PSL's and pumpkin loafs, and I'm not allergic to anything I've ever consumed). I get to urgent care, and the doctor said it was a bacterial reaction. Luckily I had some Benadryl on hand which helped control the swelling. PLEASE be clean people. I used to work as a barista in DCA, and we had to break everything down to deep clean every night. This kind of stuff should not be taken lightly. I'm lucky and fortunate enough that it didn't get worse, but believe me, I will never come to this location again. read more

Wanted to leave a lil quick review because I think these guys/gals went above and beyond today on our order. Daughter (14yrs old) made an online order while we were driving to go back home. She didn't noticed she messed the order up til we got to the store. It was a lil confusing but we explained to the gentleman at the register what our problem was and I wasn't understanding what my daughter was saying to correct. He did. He fixed the order before it came out and understands the language of confusing stressed teen who don't know how to order. I was impressed. Then, my nephew (11) did not like his drink. It was a new drink to him, pink drink, made in a special way he wanted.. He did not like it at all. Trying not to complain he was trying to put it down. I saw his reactions to every sip and suggested we get a new one even if I had to buy another drink. Went back to the counter where a lady received us. We told her the drink was made correct but just didn't sit well with my nephew. She went ahead and made him a totally different drink for no charge. Now my nephew is happy again. They made my confusion easier, straightened out our mobile order, made a new drink after it was already all done and delivered to us. All at no extra charge for our shenanigans. As a frequent customer of this location I have always ordered the same drink and had the same refill for years. As of late when asking for a "free" refill the barista act as if that is not a thing anymore and have to call for management and today it's "your drink is technically an expresso so we can't refill it." No explanation as to why things have all of a sudden changed when expressing the fact that I come in every week, order the same thing and "you guys seems to be making changes on me every week." This location and ambiance is great, however it is changes like this that can have an effect towards wanting to visit this location. It's has been observed that this trend of changing refill policies is becoming a thing in many Starbucks locations, it is already bad enough that a cup of regular coffee is overpriced but now I can't even get a "free refill" as advertised. read more

I go to this location because it's the closest to home, however, I have had to bring my drink back and have it remade a few times. When you've had the same drink for years, you know when it's made right and when it's not. I have left multiple times with a bad drink, not wanting to pull back around and have it re-made, sometimes the baristas look at you funny for asking for it to be re-made, so I just take it and go. It's on my way to work and 24/7 business hour. Its cozy and laid back decor and furniture making it a great place to do some work or just to relax. I come here early in the morning before 6am and it is busy with people coming in to pick up mobile orders just like me. I wish I can sit back, relax and enjoy its Wonderful features. Went over my drink and made sure it was correct since the Salted Mocha is in season. Unfortunately my order was wrong but the lady was kind and re-did it for me (and let me keep the cold version). My visit lasted no more than 15 mins and area looked decent with counter space available for sitting. Place was packed and that was a good sign! read more

Like every morning I stop by to get my coffee and like the public I wear my face cover as mandated by the governor and per the request of the café. Signs stating face cover is required are place at the entrance, drive through order station, and window for pick up. However the staff at this location fails its customers by slowing officers to walk freely into the cafe without a face covering. The officers aren't even asked to put in on. If it had been me or anyone not in law enforcement Starbucks employees would have refused service. Governor Brown's statewide mandate for use of face coverings in indoor public spaces so why is it that law enforcement officers aren't being asked to wear a face cover. Businesses are largely responsible for enforcing the requirement, under penalty from OSHA. read more
