Josh not only is maintaining the property beautifully but was so helpful helping us find a safe ride when we were struggling finding a way to get there. Our cabin exceeded our expectations in every way, there's sooo many incredible amenities and things to do and Samantha told us everything about the new Bio Spa and if I wasn't already excited to run back here as soon as possible I definitely am now. They would not show me the camera footage and there was a camera right outside my door and then lied to corporate and said nobody entered the room. Because they gave us a new room that night ( the least they could do at midnight) we don't get our refund. Again, they did not keep us safe and we deserve our refund. Stay away from this hotel.

The only reason I didn't give five stars is because my wife and I both use CPAP machines and there weren't enough electrical outlets near the bed so we had to borrow an extension cord from Aaron. The breakfast was well done; they had scrambled eggs, potatoes, bacon and sausage in addition to waffles, cereal and rolls. They had coffee, tea and different kinds of juice as well as fresh fruit (bananas and oranges). Definitely a good place to stay.

Our friends stayed in a cabin so we were able to check that out too. While it wasn't the Ritz it was clean, spacious and comfortable. The resort is close to activities, food and sites. The day before left the grill opened and we had excellent burgers for lunch. What a great week!

Visitors still smoke weeds at camp sites after hours, but afterhours there're probably different rules. No quiet time at all, loud music till 1 am and then at 6 am visitors leaving camp sites and disassembling trailer with hammer loud explosions. This time it was the hot tub that was not working for the whole stay. The MOST FRUSTRATING was NO HAMMOCK policies. This stay was ruined, this vacation had bitter aftertaste. Time to look for something else.
