Wow!! I've waited too long. My clean, sparkly windows make all the difference! Geo and Martin showed up right on time yesterday (after sending me a text to let me know they were on their way). They were both so friendly and worked really hard for many hours to tame our built up gunk. They washed the entire exterior and then cleaned all windows (plus tracks) inside and out. What a great company! From my initial contact, requesting a quote through the job completion, their responses were quick and complete in their information. My home is a 2 story in Elk Grove, and they are a Sacramento based company and there was never an issue with coming to Elk Grove. Kevin was my technician, he called 30 minutes before arrival and was a little early for the appointment. He was friendly, courteous and professional. I had an issue which would have been a challenge for most and he handled it with aplomb. I got a referral from my neighbor to have my gutters cleaned and went here to look at all the reviews. I was happy to see all the 5 stars so with that I called and booked an appointment. Afterwards is when the problems started. Email confirmation on appointments were confusing they sent two at the same time telling me my appointment was changed to the next day but then sent another one with the arranged day so I just figured it was for the correct day. I was wrong not only had they change my appointment day they didn't show up at the time they set which was 9:30-11 the tech called me at noon. It was a very confusing day with back and forth calls to the company and to the tech. The job was done. Overall they did seemed shocked this was happening, gave a sincere apology and gave me $25.00 off my quote. I'm glad everyone else had a good experience I just wish I could say the same. read more

The quick, dirty and dry of it: Back in December I was woken in the middle of the night by water dripping into my home. The culprit, some seriously clogged gutters. After some quick 3 am gutter cleaning (in the rain!) of the offending downspout and gutter section and a night of no sleep, I threw out a project/bid request on yelp. I had my gutters cleaned and they did a fantastic job. I have a monster tree in the front yard and there was a lot of leaves in the gutter plus a pile on the roof. They cleaned the gutters, the roof, and even helped clean up some existing leaves on the ground. They also have great packages for cleaning windows, gutters and pressure washing your house on a regular basis which I am considering. I hired Master's Window & Gutter Cleaning to do some gutter cleaning. Since we had such bad rain this February, seems that my gutters had piled up with pigeon droppings, and parts of their little apartment complex they apparently created on my roof. Since I have a two story home, it is too much of a job for me to climb on a ladder and complete. Scheduling was a breeze, price was very competitive and reasonable. I believe it was Kelly who had come out and cleaned the gutters at my home in Natomas Park, and he did an excellent job. Was prompt, and straight to the job. Bagged all of the debris and properly disposed in the garbage. No debris or anything dropped anywhere along the ground for my dogs to wreak havoc in. We live in a lovely old home built in 1927 on a tree-lined street. A major part of its charm is the original leaded glass windows towards the front of the street including a 14-foot cathedral window looking out of the living room. Tyler came and he conquered!! First of all, he tackled the gutters and the leaves on the roof. Next, he took on the windows outside and then moved inside where he took special care with the fragile old screens. As a bonus, he washed two fifteen-pane French glass doors leading off the kitchen and dining room. He did a fantastic job and I will recommend the company to my neighbors.
