There aren't a lot of places that serve a turmeric latte, but you can find one here called a golden milk. The ones that I have had in the past are made with coconut milk just like this one. And I'm not really sure of the difference between them other than the name. Some have more "grit" at the bottom and some are more "spicy." The Golden Milk version is excellent. I did take it home and pour it into a mug. It was quite yellow, but it tasted great down to every last drop! The place is always busy but the line moves quickly and they are always friendly.
Thanks to fellow helper, Michelle D who told me right away that Cafecito is located inside Otro cafe. This coffee shop is so cute, colorful, and fun. The coffee is very good. It's not cheap ($8 20oz Horchata Iced Coffee) but if you're going to pay that at national franchise, why not support local and love it!? I'll for sure be back and try out Otro cafe.
I was confused walking in because I was looking for this coffee shop and it took me into a different restaurant. When you walk in go left. They do close at 9:00PM which makes them stand out. Tried the strawberry matcha, service was good. They have a lot of bake goods I didn't try as well as ice cream. The ambiance was a typical coffee shop vibe. I would go back.
This is what I think of when I think of my morning coffee. The place is so welcoming and the decor reminds me of Mexico. The coffee was delicious! I also got a cookie which sadly I did not take a picture of but it was bomb, it was pistachio with chocolate. I wish I could stop at this place more often in my mornings. I will enjoy the times I can lol
On the other side of a restaurant, this coffee shop is super chill. Loved the seating and ambience. The barista provided great service. Our coffees were pretty good too and not too sweet. I was a fan of the chill oldies music. I'll have to come back to try the yummy gelato flavors at the ice cream bar. Since they're an add on to the restaurant, I hope they work on the A/C because it got pretty warm in there with no air circulation.
Over the weekend, I visited a few friends in Glendale. On my way back, I wanted to grab a quick cup of coffee and a pastry for my drive. This place is BUSY. They are located inside Otro Cafe, and man, weekend brunch does not play here. There is parking in front of the restaurant and in the back. The vibes were honestly cute and hip so I understand why it was so busy. I decided to get the most popular coffee they had (cafe de olla) and the guava and cheese Danish. Bro - this was such a good combo! This drive was a bit much for me (35 mins) but I would absolutely love to come back for their brunc of more pastries!
I love the Latino inspired menu at Cafécito. The names of the drinks and the vibe inside feels so warm and cozy and welcoming. There were a ton of items in the pastry case and they all looked amazing. There was one gluten-free option which I decided to try and it was a delicious chocolate cookie with masa. My only suggestion for improvement would be to include descriptions of the specialty drinks on the menu board or offer small menus because I definitely felt like I was holding up the line asking the very patient woman behind the counter to explain every single one to me.
Okay this place is so frickin cute! It's inside Otro Cafe, so know that's the sign you're looking for in the parking lot. To the right is the restaurant and to the left is the coffee shop but you can also order food there. There's pastries baked locally and they had a few gluten free cookies, yum!! The best part... you can make your own ice cream sandwich. I will most definitely be returning for this, how fun! The coffee shop part has three or four tables and seats at the bar top. It's busier in the morning but gets slower closer to lunch. I got the cinnamon mocha latte with oat milk and loved it. Got the medium since it was maybe 50 cents more. Very smooth. Great flavors. I will also be back for another coffee, I want to try all the flavors. Great vibes, it's bright and colorful and I had a nice few hours working out of the coffee shop.
I tried to come here in the past but I think they were doing a renovation at the time. They were open today though, so I came by for some coffee. The place is super cute! It is inside Otro cafe on the left and has some cool artwork and plants scattered about. There are lotsnof Mexican-inspired pastries inside the front display case. I ordered a cinnamon concha to go with my cappuccino. They paired really well together. The concha was fresh, soft, and fluffy. Service was good.
Such a cute place, the coffee was so good, and priced well! My sister in law and I went, it was $10 ish for both coffees! We had to pay in cash as well. We didn't try the ice cream, but we will definitely be back for it. It was confusing to find because it's not advertised on the outside, but it's in the cafe to the left.
I love Cafecito. For having a line out the door, the service is so fast. You can order Togo food at the cafe from the restaurant and the breakfast burritos are SO GOOD. All the pastries are unique and flavorful. 10/10 the espresso "crumble" cake (not crumbley, perfect texture and not messy) or the orange oil cake. *chefs kiss* ridiculously good.

Wow, absolute wow! One of my favorite spots now and glad I found it. From the moment you walk in, you feel at home. It is not an ordinary cafe. Everything is handmade, and I wish I could order every sweet treat they offer. Such a good spot to converse at the bar, or take some seats to study with friends. They have outlets too, so you can spend the day studying. The pistachio chocolate cookie is soooo good I want to order a dozen of them just for me. And the matcha? Perfect for my taste buds. Not too rich, and not overly sweet. read more
Cafecito. Located inside the Otro Cafe restaurant, it was a pleasant find after getting breakfast from the restaurant. I really liked their atmosphere and environment, with real plants arranged throughout the cafe. It was a calm vibe with a few seatings available and the employees were friendly and welcoming. The drinks came out quickly and timely. I appreciated the clean presentation and the taste was okay. Yes I would recommend this place to others and will definitely come back myself next time we are in Arizona. The restaurant and the cafe both offer plenty of parking spaces. If you can't find parking in the front of Otro Restaurant, there are plenty more in the back! read more

Everything is just so good! The baked goods were a 10/10. I got an iced cajeta latte, and it came out the perfect color (iykyk). Definitely recommend! read more

Vegan reviewer here! I came here on a Sunday because I saw they had cafe de olla and decided to grab some coffee for myself and a friend who was craving it. I arrived at about 5 PM and noticed the cafe on the left hand side and restaurant on the right. The decor was cute with lots of plants. They severed coffee with milk alternatives, baked goods and ice cream (some vegan options too!). I ordered a cinnamon mocha latte with oat milk (which the staff confirmed was made with vegan chocolate sauce) and cafe de olla for my friend. The cafe was pretty busy and I took a seat at the bar to wait. Unfortunately the coffee took way longer than expected and my coffee order was skipped. When my drinks came up they weren't announced unlike all the other customers drinks and almost taken by another customer which is when I intervened and got my drinks. The entire wait for 2 coffees was 30 minutes which was really disappointing. The coffee I got was delicious (thankfully) because my patience was thin by how long I had to wait. I'm not sure if I'd come back because of the wait times and inconsistency but their coffee was really good. read more
My gf and I love coming here! It is located inside Orto Cafe. Orto normally has a line on the weekends so we come to the cafecito and sit at the bar and order food and amazing coffee! My gf drinks decaf and everything can be made with decaf here! That's not the norm at all lot of places. Most places don't even offer decaf. I have gotta hit and iced drinks and both sooo yummy! I love the cinnamon mocha latte! You can also order food from Orto and we loved the chilaquiles with chicken and the berry pancakes! The guacamole and chips also extremely tasty! On the weekends they have someone playing live music which is nice but can get loud. The service is always fast and they give great suggestions! Definitely try this place out! read more
Cute but small place for Mexican inspired coffees and homemade pastry. Had to sit outside as the indoor seat list was too long. The line to order was very long but it sure moved quickly. My cinnamon mocha was delish! Smooth and so tasty. My friend's pastry looked good too. Would def go back ! read more
What a lovely coffee shop with pastries and food! Finish a conference and had some time before a flight. Head there to work. Great ambience, bright and friendly. Make me happy. Pastries and latte is amazing. Make sure to get the flapjack! Simple yet awesome pancake! read more
I'll admit to being slightly biased as I've been a fan of Otro Cafe for years, but this place is adorable. Not surprising, mind you! You enter through Otro Cafe and take a left instead of a right. They have delicious pastry offerings and ice cream. The coffee was solid and the staff were beyond friendly. I had the cinnamon mocha latte and it was really good. Not too sweet, which I prefer. And the cinnamon ginger morning roll?? Forget about it!! Lots of seating and natural light. Just a great overall vibe. read more

Great little atmosphere with a restaurant next door . They make their horchata mix in house , the syrups are not made in house . Horchata iced latte was really nice . A bit sweet for me but still balanced . Very cute decor and friendly staff . Great spot to stop for a cafecito ;) read more
I want to compliment this cafe for being open on a Sunday evening while most cafes are closed. It's clean and well maintained and In a desirable location off of 7th Ave. The case of pastries at the late hour we arrived looked appetizing. They also have ice cream here. With that being said the bad side is that maybe if the pastries had the ability to be warmed up a bit they would have been better. No microwave or oven? They tasked good and fulfilled the need but this would have added to our enjoyment. The coffees....well.... Those could have been much better too. They were out of mocha?? Really, a coffee shop? Mine was substituted with a hot chocolate mix she suggested and was let's just say awful. I later asked for a cup of ice to pour it in and maybe some whip cream? I was told they didn't have whip cream. It's In the fridge now but not sure I want it. Hubbies coffee was "so so". 2 coffees and 2 pastries around $25.00 ouch! I want this place to succeed and hope it improves with these suggestions, and add light music in the background adding to the ambience would be a nice addition. read more

I'm so glad we checked this place out! The store front gives you the wrong impression even questioning whether we were at the right place but the inside makes this a hidden gem. Everything on the menu sounds amazing. We tried the Cafe de Olla (pictured) & Chocolate Abuelita (not pictured) both were wonderful full of aroma & flavor. read more
I love seeing my favorite businesses grow and expand! This cafecito is an addition to Otro Cafe, a spot I used to frequent when I lived in AZ. The place is super cute with lots of plants and a nice seating area. The staff was friendly and attentive. I ordered the café de olla and the conchita, and they were both delicious. The conchita was so soft it melted in my mouth. It definitely hit the spot. read more
What a delightful mexican themed coffee shop. Stopped by for a quick coffee in the morning and was very happily surprised with the amount of pastries and different delicious coffees available. Just know that it is inside the Otro Cafe restaurant, I almost left because I was very confused because I didn't see a the business itself or its own entrance. Staff was nice and attentive and I went with the guava danish, which was so tasty, and the cafe de olla. I was able to enjoy my coffee and pastry in their outside seating area, which is just two small tables. read more

This place was located inside of Otra Cafe and such a beautiful cafe! We went for a sweet treat and some coffee and both did not disappoint! I saw everyone else eating so we will be back to eat a meal next time because the dishes that we saw coming out looked amazing! This was a small but quiet space, but so incredibly cute. The coffee was delicious and the bakery items were uniquely Mexican inspired flavors. The server provided great service and she was helpful in helping us choose a coffee flavor by explaining the level of sweetest of each latte. This will be a coffee staple for us in this area. read more
Love, love, love this place! It's inside Otro Cafe and you can get delicious coffee and food/pastries/ice cream to go. The pastries are all handmade on site and extremely fresh with exciting flavors and variety. When I came they have several types of cookies, a guava danish, a maple pecan twist, two flavors of berliners and much more. I loved every single item I tried and even came back the next day to try more. The coffee was delicious and I'd come back for it. (I think the beans are roasted by Esso?) The service was amazing - super kind and helpful. Answered any questions I had. The location is fantastic and the inside ambiance is casual and beautiful. I will definitely be back! read more

Auto -1 star for the fact that there is a wall separating the coffee shop from the restaurant and yet...we tried to sit at one of the tables in what we assumed was just coffee shop...and immediately got booted as the restaurant sat someone there. Super awkward and there was NO signage anywhere suggesting that those weren't in fact fair game. It made us feel unwelcome and really kinda ruined the experience overall Service at the counter was friendly enough, the staff seems super introverted, but that's totally fine! Please note they do not take tap / Apple Pay My cajeta latte was delicious, but came out lukewarm. With that said, the flavor was ON POINT so hard to complain too much. (Also my partner tried it and said it was just me that thought it was lukewarm. So just know to ask for extra hot if that's hot you like it) My partners espresso had great flavor. Nothing that's like "omg we have to come back!" though. We also split a pistachio dark chocolate cookie which was delicious! Overall, SUPER cute spot, but the table thing totally ruined it and idk if I'll come back because of that read more

I came here because it was a coffee shop open at night that had Golden Milk. My drink was well made and the service was ok. Not bad but nothing special. The reason I give 3/5 is two fold. The signage to find the building is minimal and finding Cafecito was harder than it needed to be. They also do not take Apple Pay so make sure you have an actual card or cash. read more

Lechera latte was great! Nice and strong Hispanic tasting coffee. Service was poor. No place to sit. Sat at the table w my 2 children and the waitress came over stating sit elsewhere which all seats were occupied. It's more of a grab and go coffee place. Ppl seated on the coach area w no drink yet , I had coffee and pastries and was told not to sit at a table. Felt uncomfortable and left. Most likely will not return due to that treatment. I prefer quality service as opposed to a great tasting beverage. I gave 3 stars as overall experience. read more

Came here to do some studying and got a nice big table next to an outlet. The baristas were really nice, and all the pastries looked so delicious!! Had great music in the background! I didn't even need my headphones lol! Best mocha I've had in a while!! The chocolate had an awesome flavor to it and wasn't overpowering at all! Some mochas can taste like chocolate milk (which I'm not a fan of) but this mocha had the perfect ratio on top of the great chocolate flavor. It was a little loud at the time I went, but personally it was never so loud that I was bothered by it, but could be something to be aware of! Even though I say you can totally come here to study like I did, it seemed best as a spot to come chat with friends with some delicious treats, drinks, and great vibes! Will definitely be back! :) read more
The sweetest little coffee shop attached to Otro Cafe!!! I didn't realize it existed until I recently went to Otro for a late lunch! By the time we were done with our meal, however, Cafecito had closed. (The coffee shop keeps different hours from the restaurant. They close at 2pm.) Very cute decor and there are several tables with chairs, at least one couch/coffee table situation and a bar with seating. Not a huge space, but decent! I've had the horchata con cafe which was delicious! Will be coming back for try the rest of the menu! Great selection of baked goods to choose from as well, all made by local pastry chef Amanda Hepler. Her banana bread w/cardamom streusel was insanely good! read more
