Excellent experience dealing with Material Good and Yoni Ben-Yehuda. He is an authority in anything Richard Mille and AP. From beginning to end, the process was flawless. They treat you as an old friend, with the upmost respect, and willing to answer any questions you might have. I purchased from Yoni my first Richard Mille, and I sure will be coming back to them for my future AP acquisition. Living in FL, I have AP and RM boutiques within a short drive; however my personal experience dealing with their staff made me look somewhere else. Material Good was mentioned on a watch forum I visit regularly, and decided to contact them. Since the first email I exchanged with Yoni, I knew these people have earned my business.

Material Good is a hidden gem. Their selection of watches is truly exceptional as they carry brands such as Richard Mille, Patek Philippe and everything in between. They also sell Hermes bags and jewelry. The space itself is what truly stood out to me. The combination of the Andy Warhols and the high-end watches come together to create what is essentially a mini-museum, albeit with a very homely feeling to it. The cherry on top is the co-owner, Rob Ronen, who is amiable and charismatic; he makes you feel at home and is extremely entertaining to talk to. Material Good is worth a visit even if you're not planning on buying anything simply because of the fascinating pieces they showcase, not just in jewelry and horology, but in art and fashion as well.

Very unique and enjoyable shopping experience. The curated selection is a treat to see and shop. Highly recommend while in NYC.

Poor service, asked about a specific Patek model and instead of checking or walking through she said if you didn't see it we don't have it

I live overseas, and so my first communications with Material Good (Yoni) were via email and then text message.

I am confident, however, I will find something that appeals to my frugality. I do not know if Muji invented the concept of a brand that is not a brand, in the sense of not advertising itself, which ironically achieves its own iconic minimalist status. They have perfected it though. Last time, I got their 90 degree socks. I actually have concluded it is not a gimmick. I have some socks that slip off, at the heel, in particular if I wear them with runnig shoes. These do not. Everything I have acquired from Muji has gone into my regular rotation. The design is good, the quality is there, and the prices are not outrageous. So I commend Muji to you if you have a similar sense of not wanting to want, but being willing to browse. I'm confident you will find something on every visit.

I feel like it's free aromatherapy because they have tons of diffusers going on but never overwhelming. I also appreciate this location is wheelchair accessible. The employees are helpful and never pushy. It has the usual stock of home goods and clothing for men and women, but I don't think this location is particularly large if you're looking for the full array of what Muji offers.
