I've been a customer of Cellini for several years and have had several watch purchase transactions, warranty work and accessory purchases. Most of my dealings have been with Artice. He has taken care of me for each transaction and always provided good communication. All purchases shipped to me have been shipped FedEX overnight and packaged outstandingly. In mid February 2020 (just before the pandemic), I was visiting NY and was told by people in the know that is had to go to Cellini, so I did. One of the best shopping experiences ever! Artice was super knowledgeable and helpful. He allowed me to look at and try on watches that I had only seen in pictures. Cellini has a great selection of Urwerk (including limited editions), JLC, Ressence and the list goes on and on. It would be criminal if I did not mention the amazing limited edition pieces that A. Lange & Sohne makes specifically for Cellini. If you find yourself in NY and you're a watch geek, you absolutely have to pay them a visit and say hello to Artice. I had such an amazing experience at Cellini! From amazing customer service to excellent follow up. Rosanna was easy to work with and made it possible for me to get my first JLC. The Reverso has been on my wishlist for a long time and I'm glad I finally picked it up. It is a beauty! I've only ever dealt with their watch folks, but Danny and Leon are both excellent partners for those of us interested in the indie watch game. I grew up in NYC, and honestly, I was intimidated when I was younger - I was scared that if I went in I would be treated like I was at the other watch shops...which is to say disrespectfully and with disdain. Boy howdy, I wish I had started buying from them and not the others. Not only does Cellini have a collection that will make your face melt (ever seen an entire box of Mosers, HYT and Urban Jurgensens? No? How about a Gronefeld? Then you need to visit NOW) they also know everything about them. There's no expectation that you're gonna walk out with one of these beauties - they just want to introduce you to them. Then when I called I was treated as though I was one of many, that they were waiting on a dozen from the vendor. First off, their selection of watches is incredible, it's an oasis of diversity amidst all the single-brand boutiques and hard-sell watch stores in midtown. They also have quite a lot of variations on a watch to choose from, not just a single unit or it's a four month wait for the color you really want...they have it or can get it in a flash. I purchased a watch that had a quality control issue and they had a replacement shipped from Switzerland in three days. If you know anything about watches this is unheard of, a Guinness world record for customer service. Very knowledgeable and also very buyer friendly, they want to sell you the watch you want and will work to get you a deal that will make you feel good about doing business here. i recently purchased a watch for my boyfriend for our anniversary and the staff were super friendly helpful and patient. i don't know much about watches but the salesman, Sotero, really took the time to explain what i was looking at and which watch to purchase that best suited my needs. i ended up with a audemars piguet and my boyfriend was absolutely in love with it.
