I had a video project on Windows Movie Maker that just would not save correctly in mp4 and the video would look horrible while playing. I know it's an old program that no really uses anymore so I didn't know if anyone could figure out what was wrong or how to fix it. But the video was sentimental to me so i wanted to save it if at all possible. One obstacle was that the video could only be fixed on my laptop because the project cannot be transferred to another computer without losing the individual photos and video clips associated. But my laptop was also on the verge of dying. It was so old, trying to do anything on it took forever and was such a pain. I was desperate so I brought it in. Fernando worked painstakingly on my computer for hours and hours and after 2 days, he was able to do everything I needed! I was so surprised. Since my laptop was dying, he replaced the hard drive, upgraded my computer, and transferred all my files over. With the new hard drive it was much faster to work with, so he then reinstalled Windows Movie Maker and was able to fix my video project!!!! I am beyond the moon. I finally have a beautiful version of my video and I don't have to worry about losing it if my laptop dies since it can now we saved elsewhere Also, he was very fair with pricing. He gave me several options of choosing what I wanted, such as keeping the new hard drive and the video, or just the video, or even declining everything and keeping everything exactly how it was before. I really liked the work Fernando did so I chose to keep the new hard drive and my video. Now, in addition to my video i also have a better laptop!
