He offered very little advise in helping me make the proper fuse selection for my vehicle and had to google it myself. Long and short, Autozone is literally across the street and they'll come out to the car and offer as much help as possible. Not sure what made me change my mind on giving Napa a try this time, but certainly never again!

Long story short, Christina the manager, pointed to the sign on the door which read, no public restrooms. Learning opportunity for Christina: Show some compassion when a customer says they need to use the restroom in an emergency. It would have resulted in a sale. I hope that she never has to endure the embarrassment that she caused me today. Based on today's experience, I will NEVER patronize another NAPA store!

I asked why the NAPA website said the order would be ready in 30-minutes from the time I placed the order. He said the NAPA website has a default setting of 30-minutes but it is not always accurate. They are doing an inspection today on an old car with transmission and electrical issues. I have already had 2 oil changes (one for my girlfriend all my brakes, and two rear wheel bearings.
