Turned out to be a tripped breaker that wasn't obvious because of the safety bracket on the breaker. Wanted to convert an outdoor CFL fixture to LED. Instead of selling me a much bigger job, they explained I could simply use LED bulbs that plug into the existing CFL sockets. What could've easily turned into a several hundred dollar bill ended up being around $100.
