My dad is a very quiet guy, and English is his second language. He was in extreme pain during his visit, to the point where he was actually in tears and begging for some kind of relief or medication. This doctor was totally unprofessional--he was rude, dismissed the pain entirely, and showed absolutely zero empathy. When my dad went back for a follow-up, my mom went with him to try and advocate for him. Again, Dr. Greenberger was awful. He didn't even bother to ask how my dad was doing. He was instantly defensive and rude, and wouldn't let my mom get a single word in to explain his concerns. This doctor is dismissive, uncaring, and his bedside manner is just unacceptable. If you or a loved one needs compassionate care, especially if there's a language barrier or serious pain, look elsewhere. Do not recommend. read more

I saw Dr. Greenberger for 7 years for my prostate. The day I found out my cancer had reached the point I needed to seek treatment his office staff told me I would no longer be seeing him. I had to force them to finally tell me that it was because he no longer took my insurance. I felt totally disrespected the way it was handled. He should have taken the time to let me know what was happening. I should not have been treated like a piece of meat. read more

I have had excellent care from Dr. G and his staff, I have no complaints. My appt. time is always what I need & with a minimal wait. I found him to be an excellent communicator/educator & gave me all the info for me to make an informed decision. When we first discussed a Urolift he said let's wait a little until more data comes in. When the time was right he performed it & I am doing great. It's nice to sleep the whole night! Unfortunately I moved out of the area & will miss him but I haven't been to see a Urologist since I left. Thank you Dr. G for taking care of me. read more

Dr. Greenberger was my urologist for one year and ten months (between Oct. 2018 and Jul. 2020)... He had me take multiple PSA tests (PSA and PSA % Free) over a 20+ month period... he had told me "let's keep an eye on the PSA pattern and if there is an upward trend in the wrong direction, let's do a biopsy..." "we'll work on this together..." Then in July 2020, out of nowhere, he sent me a letter informing me that he would no longer see me... the reason he gave: "you will not take my advice..." However, that claim is ABSOLUTELY FALSE!!! The strange thing about it is that in our last office visit (on Zoom), in July, he recommended a biopsy, to which I agreed... When his staff called to make a biopsy appointment, I told her I had prostatitis and asked if that would cause a biopsy scheduling problem... she asked if I wanted another PSA test... I said sure... but, I still wanted the biopsy... she then said he would get back to me... but, instead, I received the letter informing me he was dropping me as his patient. I wondered if his staff had misinformed him about my biopsy appointment call... so, I called his office to clarify... the desk help told me she would leave him a message... but, I'm not sure if he ever got the message... he never returned my call... so, I called again... this time the office manager told me "once he sends out his cancellation letter, he never talks to that person again." What? Over 20 months, he was friendly, and I thought he was directing my steps towards a right decision... and never once did he lead me to believe that I was rejecting his advice... until it was too late----with no opportunity for clarification... what kind of long-term care doctor does that to anyone? HE WAS NOT UPFRONT WITH ME, thus, lacking sincerity and integrity--You have to be able to trust your doctor! Watch out for smiling faces, sometimes they don't tell the truth! read more

I'm in Orange County and the list of Mohels that answered me in advance of my son's birth was very short and only a couple even considered traveling. I picked Dr. Greenberger because he was very calm and explained his process well while we were shopping around. He also held a spot on his calendar for us during that time. When we called to confirm with him, he sent a very detailed list of things we needed to prepare in advance and was quick to respond to emails. The day of the bris, he was punctual, polite, and did a great job with the circumcision and ceremony. We got many compliments from attendees on our mohel selection. This review is a reflection of the office staff and not Dr. Greenberger. I called to set up a new appointment for my elderly Father who will need a catheter removal. On my first call someone answered but there was just silence for about a minute as I kept saying "hello, hello, I'm here, anyone there". I hung up and called back. On my next call I got through to appointments and explained my dads issue. The person began to to take all the information for my dad including the primary phone number. When she asked for my dads insurance info I told her I need a minute to look it up. After about 30 seconds the phone hung up. At this point I decided that maybe I should be calling another urologist. Since I provided a callback number I expected a call back but never got it. Reflecting back on the entire call, the demeanor of the appointment taker was not friendly. I want a better place for my father so I called a different provider. Dr. Greenberger has excellent reviews for his knowledge but this should also be reflected from his office staff. read more

Please don't. Arrogant and uncaring. He's more concerned about his image than the well-being of his patients. What should have been a one-day, in and out procedure to remove a 9 mm kidney stone from my left ureter, turned into five days of absolute agony of biblical proportions, (wailing and gnashing of teeth). Dr G's first attempt at removing the stone left a 6 mm remnant behind, stuck in the same place, but now with a stent added to the pain level! PAIN!!! OH MY GOD, the pain!!! Took four days for him to figure out why my pain was at the 'suicidal' level. Going into the operating room on day 5, (after a doctor at Placentia Linda ER located the remaining piece of stone), he was acting like this was all an inconvenience to HIM! With the surgical team all gathered around me as I lay groaning in my bed, he wouldn't listen to me as I tried to express my concerns, until I finally shouted, "Would you shut up and LISTEN to me?" That finally got his attention. I believe I embarrassed him in front of his colleagues, as he just grinned and looked around at the others instead of making eye contact with me. Follow-ups at the office revealed that the staff is just as bad. I just had a second go with a kidney stone, and saw a different specialist this time, and let me tell you, Dr G does not know what he's doing. read more

Three cheers for Dr. Greenberger for a nearly painless prostate biopsy. He took great care to avoid the things that I think have made biopsies horrific for some men. First, I got a healthy (though not excessive) regimen of valium to take before I got to the office. Next, he used ultrasound guidance instead of guesswork to place the lidocain shots; these shots hurt me much less than a mandibular block at the dentist's, even when given under nitrous and numbing gel. The twelve needle samples sounded like snapping rubber bands, but felt only like finger taps against the forearm. For a prostate biopsy I recommend Dr. Greenberger to any man who shares my dread of medical procedures, and who has read real-life horror stories on the internet. read more

My 2nd visit, he did cystoscopy it was painless I almost postponed it coz I was scared but he explained to me it will last only 30 secs & no one among his clients complaint during the procedure so I was convinced I put my trust in him (first is God) he was correct it was fast & easy & no pain. Thank God for good result . His encouraging words added to my strength & lessened my fear. I told the Nurse "He's the best doctor I've ever met"...God bless you Dr. Greenberger. read more

My mother saw and was treated by all 3 doctors in this group. The last one, Dr Greenberger, did her last cystoscopy. I contacted his office MULTIPLE times stating my mother was bleeding each time she urinated (for a total of 63 days!)with no response. When I finally got an appointment with him, he refused to see her, no explanation, just office manager repeatedly saying, "he can't see your mother because he referred her to UCLA, and we're waiting for authorization." After losing my cool, crying and saying I just want him to stop her bleeding, "Christian", continued to repeat the same thing, "Dr Greenberger Can't see your mother." My Mama bled to death 22 days later. Cancer didn't kill her, Dr Greenberger and his office staff did. read more

One of the best urologist in Orange County!! So glad I switched to him from another urologist. He is so kind and knowledgeable. Dr. Greenberger was honest about what procedures and medicines would help me. I spent months seeing the other guy and nothing was ever figured out. Dr. Greenberger isn't one of those doctors. He knows what he is doing! He has helped friends of mine with kidney stones as well as done several of our friends vasectomies because of my recommendation. Everyone loves him! Dr. Greenberger had been my Urologist for the past few years. Yesterday, i had gone for my scheduled appointment- which was confirmed a few days prior. The staff did not allow me to see the doctor! They had said that Dr. Greenberger had discharged me without any reason! They didn't even care to call or send a letter stating that i was discharged. I tried to understand from the staff for the reason why, and they stated that Dr. Greenberger said "I don't have to give you any reason, i just don't want to see you." I found it extremely rude that they treated me this way. I had done nothing wrong! I was always on great terms with the doctor and facility. I found it so surprising that they did this. I would not recommend anybody to go to this doctor. You will never know when he will discharge you. They have zero concern for patient care. Absolutely disappointed with their facility and Dr. Greenbergers service. read more
