I have just had five fillings done by Dr Doyle of Matthew Horne and Associates in Circle C, which were done over two days. Dr Doyle and her team did a marvellous job of making me feel welcome and at ease, answering every question I had. Went in as a first time patient today and was treated poorly and hurried throughout the visit.  I do not have insurance and was quoted a very specific amount for x-rays, exam and cleaning. After the x-rays (the technician, Peter, was great) was shuffled to the hygienist. She kept calling me "honey" in a condescending tone and said she was "surprised" my x-rays looked so good after waiting so long to visit a dentist. Was asked multiple times about Invisalign, braces and other cosmetics that I had already said I wasn't interested in. I was really getting the hard sell at this point. She checked my gums and said they were in need of some TLC but nothing severe. She said it would be best to break up the cleaning into a 2-part visit. I asked what that would cost and she said she'd have the billing specialist work out the plan. The dentist came in, looked at my teeth for maybe 2 minutes then said i would need a cleaning (the whole reason for my visit) and agreed it would require 2 more visits. She then said I needed to watch some video about gum disease from the 1990's and left. The billing specialist then walked me through a multi-visit plan costing upwards of 600-1000 a visit! Then gave me a bill for 300 for that visit where i received no cleaning at all and only had x-rays taken.   It was a complete scam, zero patient care, total hard-sell on cosmetics and dr. doyle clearly only cares about making money and not the health of the patients. I left sobbing and feeling less then human. I wouldn't recommend this office to anyone. read more

I begin to use this dental office at recommendation of my friend and was very glad to be the patient of their team. From the first step inside their office you will be greeting by Stephanie and Renee and will feel very comfortable. I have a good experience being the patient of Megan and Tori who make your teeth look very clean. And was very impressed by dental job made by Dr. Valerie Santiago-Doyle and her assistant Angie. 'm very happy I chose the dental practice of Dr Doyle. I enjoyed my initial visit with friendly, expert, and superbly competent staff. Check in was a breeze. Dental hygienist was excellently thorough, very personable, made me feel at ease, was certainly an expert with state of the equipment. Dr Doyle also was professional, personable, did a thorough exam of my mouth and lymph nodes. I was given a printout of my future panned visits showing what insurance will likely pay and what I pay. They don't stand behind their work. I had a crown replaced in 2014, less than 23 months later it broke off. I had to have the root extracted and a new tooth made...but Dr. Horne only offered a 10% discount. The crown was suppose to have a 3 year warranty. Additionally, Dr. Horne repaired a small chip on my front tooth in 2016. It now has a dark spot under the filling...ON MY FRONT TOOTH. They offered nothing.. No repair, no replacement and no discount. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DENTIST!! read more

Good dentists are hard to find. We've been happy with our visits to this office and love that we get free teeth whitening for life. The lobby is well stocked with drinks, including Frappucinos, not that I even had a moment to wait last time, and each chair has its own TV so you can zone out and catch up on your favorite show, if you want. As far as the actual dental experience, it's been fantastic. Nothing unnecessary, just gently cleaned teeth and their best recommendations for healthy teeth and gums. read more

This was my first visit here so I was not sure what to expect. But from the moment I walked into the Circle C location I was greeted with friendly smiles from the staff. Renee in the front office is wonderful she is so helpful and very sweet. Sara the dental assistant was very sweet as well. She made the x-raprocess very easy and quick. If I dare say I actually enjoyed being at the dentist Dr. Doyle was extremely thorough in explaining the work I was going to need and why. She put me completely at ease as well. Everyone in the office just gives you a feel good vibe and it immediately makes you feel at ease. I highly recommend their office. I already recommended Dr.Doyle and her staff to my parents as well. I cannot speak any ill words about my experience! The girls were all excellent and the doctor was so friendly and knowledgeable! Rather than take my money and run I felt like I had a personalized experience with each and every staff member to discuss my treatment and my options. The front desk even took the time to look up my insurance coverage and explain it to me in detail!!!! I highly recommend this practice for a truly amazing experience. I have been going to this practice for over 4 years, and have only wonderfully positive things to say. Dr. Doyle and the hygienists are gentle and thorough, and I have never felt pressured to do unnecessary treatments. I'm a long-time "dental-phobic" after past negative experiences at different dentists, but Dr. Doyle and her staff have always made me feel comfortable and at ease. the fact that this place only has 4 and a half stars is mind blowing. if I could hang out at this dental office for fun I would! they have a mini fridge and a coffee machine in the waiting room, and I'm not really sure what else I could ask for. Let me explain to you my journey here at Matthew Horne and Associates. I had not visited a dentist for many years because I believed it was only necessary when I had a painful cavity. I researched many dentist and came upon Dr. Horne's dentistry about 3 years ago. I am writing this review after being a long time patient of his and I am very happy to say that I have been treated with so much care and attention. My first step in this journey was to have a deep cleaning because I really needed it. My gums started being healthy like they were breathing again. I couldn't be happier with how much better I felt. After that I had many cavities taken care of with Dr. Horne. After this point I was enjoying it too much like spa day. Not only do they make you feel very welcomed the place is so relaxing and modern. You feel like a VIP. Okay back to the procedures. What was my most life changing experience at Dr. Horne's was the crown lengthening he performed on my front top teeth. I had always been embarrassed to smile because I had an extreme gummy smile. But he made me have the best smile I could ever ask for by removing gum tissue and exposing some amazing teeth that were hiding under. He really knows what he is doing. I could not believe how he changed my life so much and till this day I feel like a different person more confident and outgoing. I can laugh without covering my mouth. I have even perfected that smile with Invisalign. They helped me so much in this journey and going to see them makes me smile. I just have so much to thank them. Dr. Horne has not stood behind his promise. I purchased a "lifetime" teeth whitening program for a substantial lump sum fee. After several years of service, I was told the program would no longer be available unless I used Dr. Horne's office for regular exams (which are more expensive than my regular dentist's). This requirement was not part of the original agreement. Dr. Horne has been obstinate and now refuses to honor the original promise of "lifetime". A great business will always put the customer first, honor its promises, and make every effort to fix a problem or mistake. At this office, the Dr. is always right, not the customer and Dr. satisfaction ranks well ahead of customer satisfaction. Dr. Horne has not stood behind his promise. There are many great dental practices to choose from. I'd just encourage you to really think about it before joining this one. read more

My dental hygienist, Megan, was very cognizant of the fact that my teeth would be especially sensitive to cold as well as pressure.
