This store continues to tell us conflicting information, does not call us back when they said they would, and has belittled us saying it is our fault and points the finger back at us. We are a young couple trying to start out in our first house and this store refuses to let us return or exchange our box springs without having to pay an additional $150. They have lied and taken advantage of us and we will never shop at a mattress warehouse again.
