The price ended up being significantly less than competing stores and I felt the service was more attentive and worked to get us the best deal for us. The delivery went very smooth too. Just left the store and I am SOOO happy with the customer service! Ken was absolutely amazing. He was honest and didn't try to pressure us into purchasing anything we didn't want or that was out of our price range. He was so informative and explained a lot about how to really take care of a mattress and get the most life out of it. He truly listened to what I wanted, what price I was looking for, and explained to me what happens to different mattresses based off what types of springs are inside of them. Overall was 100% a great experience! The salesperson Donald was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. He kept us informed about the status of our order. The delivery people were efficient, friendly and punctual. We made a list of mattresses that we liked while staying at motels. We showed the list to Donald. He had us "try out" a couple of similar mattresses. We were more concerned about getting a quality bed than getting a deal. We are very happy with our purchase. My wife's hips used to ache at night. Since we got our new bed her hips no longer ache. We can raise our heads and/or feet using a remote. We each have a remote and can control our own side. We like this feature. read more

My wife and I wanted to buy a king sized mattress on black Friday. We first stopped at mattress firm nearby and had a horrible experience. Mattress depot totally redeemed the experience! Richard was great. He was patient, not pushy, and knowledgeable on all of the questions we had. The delivery went as smoothly as we could have hoped. The guys were clean, efficient, and friendly. Just finished buying a new mattress from Matt and have to say it was a really good experience. Matt listened to our requirements and addressed them directly without trying to sell anything. Matt's approach was customer centric - listening to our requirements and addressing them without going into things we didn't ask about. In our situation, we weren't concerned out the price but we're focused on finding a mattress to suit our specific sleeping needs. Matt listened and provided recommendation for us to try, never rushed us and was very patient when pulled the carpet out from under the deal when we were ready to close it. I wanted to make sure we were making the right decision: I asked for the warranty card and for the warranty code for the mattress we had selected, I went the manufacturer website and when I couldn't find the specific model Matt helped me understand the difference between their "stick" models and the slightly different "vendor" models they sell. We then went back to the beds and tried a bunch more that we hadn't looked at previously. In the end, we bought the bed we first decided on and are very excited to have it delivered. I strongly recommend Matt at the Issaquah Mattress Depot store for your next mattress. I would also suggest you pick a day/time/weather situation that leaves the store empty so there isn't anyone else demanding attention. read more

KEN CARES ABOUT THE CUSTOMER! We recently bought a twin mattress at Mattress Depot USA in Issaquah. Great mattress, super comfortable...great price, but once we got it home and in my daughter's room... she decided that she would rather have a "full" than a "twin". (16 Yr old girl brain). I spoke with Ken. He was extremely professional, kind, AND compassionate regarding the upgrade and price! There is NO feel of a "sale" here. Ken really made us feel like he wanted to help us find what was right for my daughter, and we did! within two days we had a new double/full mattress in my daughter's room, no hassle! Although I am writing about Ken, because he was who we worked with, I have a strong feeling he represents the "culture" of the Issaquah Mattress Depot. Need a mattress~ go visit these guys. I liked the rep there. Kenn. However 30 day return policy just isn't enough time to figure out if a mattress is any good. My $1000 mattress broke down after 6-8 months. Restonic ( the manufacturer)wouldnt stand behind their warranty. Bummer. read more

Bought a mattress here a few months ago for my daughter. It's a good mattress, no complaints there. The gentlemen who helped us in store was wonderful and very knowledgeable. I think his name was Jon, but I'm not 100% sure. Maybe it was Don... either way he was great. My qualm comes in about delivery. The delivery was pretty late. They had a 3 hour window and missed it by an hour and I had to cancel my plans. It wouldn't be too big of a deal except that they charge $60 for delivery! Not even set-up either... that's JUST delivery. Most places include delivery. So when I asked for that back they pretty much ignored me and I'm just disappointed still months later. I will not be purchasing another mattress from here again, unfortunately. I feel if they had remedied this and had better customer service it might be different, but they didn't try. Everything else was great, though. read more

I was extremely pleased with my wife and my buying experience and purchase of a king sized dual adjustable frame and 2 XL twin mattresses at the Issaquah Mattress Depot. Kenn, the very friendly, low pressure, patient salesperson, was very knowledge of all aspects of the business. The store has a wide range of products including frames, mattresses, sheets, pillows and mattress covers, etc. If they don't have the mattress size or brand you're looking for they will make it at their Portland, Oregon factory. From the time I ordered the mattress to when it was set up at my house was less than a week. I highly recommend Issaquah's Mattress Depot. read more

This is by far the BEST customer service experience I have had in years. I shopped around after my first visit to this store and decided to get back because the great customer service Kenn provided me and my family. Other clerks at other stores did not acknowledge our presence and/or were not informative at all. Kenn was very polite, informative and patient. He is the only person running the floor and processing paperwork and somehow managed to take care of multiple customers at the same time w/o being rude and disruptive. I was and still impressed. We were thinking about purchasing mattresses online, but decided to spend a little extra after learning that the mattresses were locally made, the 10 year warranty and the exceptional customer service.
