Daniel is the best!!!!! I went in a few weeks before Thanksgiving looking for a new mattress, I ended up only purchasing box springs from there and purchasing the mattress from a different company (only because Mattress Firm did not sell it). Yesterday, I went in in a panic because the box springs I purchased were causing my new mattress to feel way too soft. Daniel was so helpful with helping me exchange the box springs. I had also caused a glitch in my account to process the exchange by panic buying bunkie boards at 4 am hoping to remedy the situation. He helped me get those canceled, spoke to IT to remedy the confusion that was completely my fault and even called the warehouse to make sure that my new box springs would be exchanged and delivered today! Went by to check out their mattresses and ended up buying a queen set. The salesguy was really helpful but not overcrowding me. He ended up giving me a "deal" on a Sealy Posturepedic --sweet. The delivery charge is $69 and they do deliver same day. The only downer is the delivery was between 6 -9 pm...meaning they got there at 8:21 pm...lol They set it up and have you check it out before they leave and give you mints with a thank you card...very nice.. The first store we went into off of Taylor was awful. The sales person greeted us and say right back down without walking us through the different types of beds. My husband and I decided to give MF another try and went to the one on 11th, where a kind lady greeted us and helped us through the entire process. I wanted to give a 5 star rating because of this, but then came the delivery. They were suppose to call the day before, which they did not. The day of delivery I called the store asking what the deal was and it was relayed that their systems were down but it'll get delivered by 6? My frustration was already starting then 6.15 came around...I called the store yet again and was told the same and they have no way of knowing where our bed is. They also informed me that deliveries are until 10pm! Wth?!?! My entire day was wasted on their failed attempt to meet their customers needs and gave us the run around. The first time was good, and the mattress was great. This time, we worked with a salesperson who made it very clear that our satisfaction was - and still is - her goal. After making a soft decision to buy a new bed, my spouse and I stopped into the store to "take a look". Our sales woman, Kenyja, was so on her game, that within 30 minutes, we walked out having purchased a new mattress and adjustable frame. Within 24 hours, we were sleeping on our new mattress. The gents who delivered our mattress and frame showed us the same level of customer care that we received from Kenyja. Long story short, WE LOVE OUR NEW MATTRESS. We came in last night with a bed already in mind from another place but after talking to Kenyja she was introduced to a great mattress that was even better than the other one we had in mind. Purchased a Sterns & Foster mattress. The sales guy convinced me to buy the more expensive model after expressing interest in the brand. The sales team advised the mattress had a 10 or 15 year warranty. After 6 months the mattress had significantly sunk in on both sides. Neither my wife or I weigh over 175 pounds. When we tried to return the mattress or at least swap it out for a new one we were informed that Mattress Firm outsources their warranties to a company that has no problem telling you to piss off. Just reading the fine print before you are able to process the warranty makes you see that there really is no legitimate way to get your money back unless the mattress spontaneously explodes. They will actualy send a tech to your house to measure the demensions and disprove your assertions that the padding has sunk in amd write your claim off to "normal wear". Their products and warranty are a joke. It is even worse that they hire another company to administer their warranties so that they do not look like the bad guy. Good joke! Try one of the large warehouse locations. read more
