Long overdue review but I highly recommend this place! We were in search of the perfect mattress but also had a specific budget. We had no idea what kind of mattress we wanted but thanks to Chris he helped us find an awesome one! Chris was incredible, he was extremely patient with us and helped us stay within our budget. He wasn't just trying to close a sale, he was trying to make sure we actually got what we wanted and was very personable. He even stayed past close to help us. He helped us find such a comfortable mattress and with an adjustable base that can move the head or feet up and down, back support, has usb plug ins, a light underneath, AND vibrates. My husband threw out his back and I had to go to the Mattress store by myself to get our new mattress. My plan was to go in, look around, take a couple pics, and then go home tell my husband delivery was 6-8 weeks out so we could just order one online. But to my surprise Chris was super helpful and knowledgeable. He was patient and answered not only all my questions, but those of my husband who was FaceTiming me during the process. We were able to select an amazing mattress within our budget AND was able to pick it up and bring it home same day. I would not recommend. When we went in, we had an excellent experience. We started with Chris but Andrea helped us get everything set up. We were considering the low profile box spring so the dogs could jump up on the bed. They ensured us the adjustable base could change elevation so we went with the adjustable base. We were considering setting up the base ourselves but they informed us that if we set up the base, we were liable if it did not work. If they set up the base (for additional cost) than they were liable. We went with their setup service. When they delivered, they did not show me how to change the elevation or ask if it was at an appropriate height. Because it is during a pandemic, we stayed 6 feet apart during the entire visit so there was hardly any contact. I called back and talked to Chris about exchanging the base out for the low profile box spring and was told that "all sales are final." I explained the situation and he said that if he was to send someone out to adjust the base, it would be an additional charge. I am EXTREMELY disappointed. Once we paid, we were of no concern for them. Their customer service is unfortunate. This would have been a completely different review (one of utmost positivity) if it wasn't for this experience. Do not purchase a mattress from this location. Go to a different mattress firm. read more

Absolutely the BEST customer service anywhere. I am always a little leary about purchasing mattresses. There seems to be so many to choose from and its so hard for me to tell if the mattress will be right for me. Vance made the process of choosing, and purchasing my new mattress extremely simple and very informative. He took the time to really understand what type of sleeper I am, what I wanted in mattress, work within my cost constraints, and explain to me the technology within every mattress that I tried. He helped me narrow down my choices by explaining in depth the features and benefits of every mattress that I was interested in. I never felt rushed or pressured in any way. I can honestly say that I probably now know more about mattresses than I every thought that I would and I feel very confident that I made the right purchase for me. I was in dire need of a new mattress. I just adopted 2 stray cats within weeks of each other. Got them fixed and into my newly purchased home. With the new home, I bought a new mattress. Couple months and couple cats later, my mattress (and cheap mattress cover) was soaked in cat urine. If anyones ever had cat pee on their bed, it's nothing you can remove. I took that new mattress to the landfill and was in search of a new/affordable mattress. I met Vance at Mattress Firm. What a guy! He's knowledgeable, nice, and gives great customer service. It was a busy morning and he was working with multiple customers. He was attentive to everyone and gave frequent updates to me when he'd be available. He let me peruse the multiple mattresses available and helped me decide what it was I was looking for. After I figured out the kind of mattress, I wanted to check one more store - Walkers Furniture, the discount section, before making my final decision. Vance was amazing. He called the other stores and warehouses and looked thru the inventory to help me find what I was looking for in my budget. I found a comparable mattress at Walkers and when I came back to talk to Vance, he helped me compare them side by side to make the best decision for me. He wasn't trying to make a sale. He was genuinely helping me. I ended up buying the clearance mattress at Walkers, but I did purchase a mattress cover and allergy cover for it here. Vance was pretty convinced his mattress cover could withstand large amounts of liquid, even drenched in cat pee, to protect my new mattress. Well... a few weeks with the new mattress, cats did it again. But the difference this time, I only had to wash the sheet and the mattress cover. It kept the mattress dry! I am amazed and happy to report. When it comes time for me to buy another nice-new mattress... I'll def come see Vance. The customer service here was 5+ stars. Thank you again! read more

Bought 4 mattresses there in past 10 months, the last 2 purchased were a hassle. Waited 52 days for mattress and frame to get in stock. The previously purchased mattress "had" to be picked up by their company for a $107 charge which was not disclosed at time of purchase, the outfit that picked up the mattress was in a rental truck with no designation as representing Mattress Firm the guys didn't even have on shirts for the company ( they wouldn't even put 2nd mattress in the truck when they brought replacement mattress to our house) . Took off work to go pick up bedframe from warehouse but it wasn't there. No explanation! Someone should have contacted me on the order not being complete. Wasted my time and cost me lost pay. Went store to address the issues and get bedframe refund...pretty much an oh well as their customer service. Don't spend your money there. read more

We were out and about and went in to this Mattress Firm on a whim, after seeing a few ads over President's Day weekend. We had been considering purchasing a king size bed for months, and after the experience we had at the store, we made the jump! The sales associates were fun, and informative. They started out by having us try 3 different firmness levels to narrow down what we were looking for. From there, we moved around the store trying different mattresses while the design features and materials were explained to us. Our associate, I believe his name was Rick, was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He made us a great deal on a mattress, and we even got free delivery to outside of town. The 120 trial period was also helpful for us making our decision as it reduces the pressure of picking a mattress after only a few moments of laying on it, hopefully we won't need to use it! We are looking forward to receiving our mattress. read more

This place was terrible the servicee was good initially mostly because they are trying to make a sale. First their product completely sucks the mattress didn't even last 6 mo it sagged in the middle and when I went to them with the problem they were not helpful at all and trying to even take advantage of the warranty is a joke, a revolving door that I personally think should be handled by the company providing the product. The company itself is bullshit and they aren't in business to take care of their customers. I will never buy anything from them again and make sure none of my friends ever do. Also my friend bought a mattress there right around the same time and she hates hers too. She put up with it for about a year and again trying to get any reimbursement from the warranty is an absolute nightmare are designed so no one will ever see it through- well played mattress firm- you won and we just ate the cost of that garbage mattress.
