You spend a third of your life (if you're lucky) sleeping, and the one thing we don't spend much time researching is our bed. Of course, it doesn't make sense. But when you walk into a store where the owner is there to answer your questions, make sure you are comfortable, and isn't trying to ram a mattress down your throat, you feel good about the process. Anthony came over to us right away and made sure he was available to answer all of my questions but did't hover over me. I explained that my back was in bad shape and he led me in the right direction and showed me a "good - better - best" set of choices and explained the differences of each bed. After trying several and settling on three different choices, I found a base and a mattress that I feel confident will suit me fine. We really didn't have to haggle, and a quick search let us know that we got a good deal here. I wish him and his family all the success in the world at their new location and will do my part to refer friends and family here to do business. I'll sleep a little better tonight knowing that my new bed will be here in a few days and the transaction didn't break the bank. Awesome job, Anthony - we have more than a few bedrooms in our house, so I'm sure we will be seeing you soon.

The store had been open for about 20 minutes and empty. The salesman helping us was an extreme deterrent. His answers were short and abrasive and he seemed annoyed to be answering anything we asked. He walked away from us, for no apparent reason, several times and we literally had to search the store to find him. What a major disappointment. In addition, as I was looking for my salesman, I passed another salesman and I nodded and said hello. This guy walked by me and turned his head. We were going to place an order but decided that we needed to go to a different Bob's because this isn't the way you treat customers. I hope the management reads this and retrains the staff here.

Over the years, we have bought a computer, and furniture, and our newest purchase is the magnificent massage chair because Hubby and I are getting old and we need some massages by the machine lol. We tried to get the massage chair years ago, but it was too expensive when it first came out, so we waited. It was worth the wait, and Dan gave us the best price. Craig spent a lot of time with us and gave us the opportunity to try out different beds. We found a bed we liked and told him that we were going to go comparison shopping before making a decision. He advised us to go to Macy's which has the best selection. He never pressured us to buy. We did go to Macy's plus one other store but ultimately decided that Craig had the best bed for the best price. We appreciated the time he took and the no-pressure approach. We now have our new bed and are totally thrilled with it. I highly recommend Craig as he knows his stuff and gives you the time and space to comfortably come to a decision.
