He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions with ease. After we finished shopping he told us to be sure to stop by the cafe to get sone snacks for the kids. The store had been open for about 20 minutes and empty. The salesman helping us was an extreme deterrent. His answers were short and abrasive and he seemed annoyed to be answering anything we asked. He walked away from us, for no apparent reason, several times and we literally had to search the store to find him. What a major disappointment. In addition, as I was looking for my salesman, I passed another salesman and I nodded and said hello. This guy walked by me and turned his head. We were going to place an order but decided that we needed to go to a different Bob's because this isn't the way you treat customers. I hope the management reads this and retrains the staff here.

The shaking was strong enough that my dryer which is stacked on top came off the hose and the washer shifted from its original position. This was definitely not what I expected from a brand new appliance and felt like it was going to explode as the shaking was aggressive. The delivery experience wasn't pleasant either. The two delivery guys asked me for an additional $130 to install the machine which felt wrong since they were separately asking me for it and it wasn't part of any official fee. It left a bad impression and made the whole process stressful. The reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of one is because of Ali the sales associate who helped me. He was professional, polite and genuinely kind throughout the entire purchase. He made the buying process smooth and answered all my questions. I highly recommend working with him if you need assistance at this location. Overall disappointed with the delivery and the washer performance but Ali deserves recognition for his excellent customer service.

I was wrong. My dishwasher came dented and the top rack is unusable. It was installed before I moved into my home and I didn't notice the indent (you couldn't see it, only realized because I couldn't pull the top rack out) and I called immediately when I saw it. They said they can't do anything and it will be $400 to fix!!! I spoke to several people in customer service and has been 0 help. The guy that came to check the claim was also nasty and rude in my home. On top of this I bought a 5 year warranty that doesn't cover it and it's unusable unless I pay to fix this. There is nothing being done for me. I will never shop at pc Richard's again and will not give them another dime to fix it. Now I have to buy a dishwasher (100% not at pc Richard's) and I still am trying to fight to get refunded for the warranty I paid for. I will be discouraging everyone I know from ever using pc Richard's and I will never be their customer again. They need to make this right. They also have parking right out front for loading your purchase if you need it. Most of the store is upstairs though the first level has the checkout counters, and the food section as well as a cafe where you can get drinks and hot dogs I believe. And Ice cream as well. Once you get upstairs you just have to follow the arrows on the floor and they have signs for what sections you're entering. For example, living room, bedroom, office, etc. I think the best part of IKEA is the layouts they have. They have bedrooms, kitchens, living rooms, kitchens etc all set up different ways. It's great way to get ideas on how to set up your space. Of course there's also the full service restaurant on this level as well.

He listened to our needs and wants and made several recommendations. We selected the one we preferred and scheduled convenient delivery (which went flawlessly). Second Mattress and adjustable base, same story. As an aside, we needed a bracket after delivery and stopped in at the store. Ed was off and Sudhir went above and beyond to ensure that we were able to pick up the bracket at no charge in the nearby warehouse. I would definitely recommend to anyone shopping for a mattress, go to the Levittown location and look for Ed or Sudhir. Sadly, two of us in the house had covid over the Christmas holiday. Mattress firm, where we take advantage of poor people through our axis of evil partner , Progressive leasing. Go back to being a block buster. I can assure you in 2021, if you did, you'd be better liked and appreciated. Still smells the same which, hey, now that's an achievement.
