Tom walked up to me and I explained what I needed. Beds and mattresses aren't something you purchase all the time, but I was very happy that bases were available to purchase at the same location. The sale was very simple and to the point I purchased the mattress covers as an upsell, but I decided against the pillows since they were non-returnable. I will being the kids and have them try 'em out to make sure they like them. Total cost was less than $2,000.00, and for two bases, two mattresses, delivery and setup, I think the value was there.

He also took my comments and thoughts into consideration and really and truly listened to me. I was rather high maintenance and he seemed really smooth and reassuring. I had gone to other mattress stores before going here and am sorry I wasted my time. Not one of them followed up with me. My purchase of the Eastman House Jefferson extra firm and adjustable base was not an inexpensive one. However, it was worth it many times over. Thank you, Mark!!

UPDATE: PLEASE READ…read more I originally posted a 1-star review. After working with Nate at the Lake Oswego Mattress Firm, my review is split: Nate and his team get 5 stars. Mattress Firm as a company though (separate from this location), I'm still wary of. The 1-star review was prompted by my experience with the Mattress Firm warranty service. I had purchased a Purple mattress at LO Mattress Firm 5 years ago, and it recently failed due to a known manufacturing issue. I went through the MF warranty claim process, and it was a nightmare. It seems like, even in the face of a known issue, they are "stain hunting"; essentially looking for things they can use to avoid honoring the warranty. My claim was rejected because of a noted stain on the mattress cover. Didn't matter that the stain didn't even make it through the cover to the mattress itself where the defect was, just instant and automatic rejection with no way to question or dispute the result. They basically just said "Happy to help!" (did they help though?) and attached a coupon to buy a new mattress at Mattress Firm. What??? It was startling and infuriating. That brings me to the 5-star update, which applies to store manager Nate and his team, NOT to the corporate entity that is Mattress Firm. Nate replied to my review and asked me to contact him. I went in and spoke with him, and he talked with me about the situation. He instantly started brainstorming ways to help, and eventually among other things provided us with stain remover to remove the stain. He let me know you can resubmit if you think you've resolved the denying issue, which MF the company did not state in their rejection. We treated the mattress, took new pictures, and resubmitted. Denied again. I showed Nate the picture of the mattress and he was flummoxed as to why we were getting rejected. I tried one more submission, changing the lighting because I wasn't sure if they were marking a shadow on the other pics as a stain. FINALLY the claim got approved. Had Nate not encouraged us and let us know we could resubmit, this all would have ended in a poor outcome. We were able to leverage the warranty credit to get a new mattress through Nate, and we're very happy with how things turned out. 5 stars for Nate and team at LO Mattress Firm, 1 star for Mattress Firm the company. Just be aware that, should you need to file a warranty claim, you will go through a miserable process with a company hunting for reasons to void their warranty, with no clear escalation or guidance once they've successfully rejected you. If you buy a Mattress there, just be sure you have people like Nate and his team on your side.

I'm posting this as a long-time Parklane customer (I've owned 3 Parklane mattresses before BedMart…read morebought them out) who is extremely disappointed in both the quality of the products and the service I received. For reference, I'm 140 lbs, so mattress sagging should not be an issue. The first bed I purchased from BedMart (a $4,000 Kingsdown) developed a massive 1-inch indent within 3 months. I exchanged it, under warranty, for another mattress (the Parklane brand I used to trust) and within 2 months, that one also developed a permanent indent you could see and feel. Now I'm stuck with an indented mattress and over $1,000 in BedMart credit I can't even get rid of since they won't refund any money. At first, the Bangy Road Bedmart rep told me the district manager had approved the exchange under warranty. But when I went to select a new mattress, they sent me to the Bonita location to try two firm mattress options. While I was there, the Bonita rep called the Bangy store--only for them to suddenly change the story. Now they claimed the exchange had to be done via the "comfort exchange", meaning I'd have to pay $300 and the next mattress would be final and no further exchanges allowed. To make it worse, they told me the indent on my second mattress didn't qualify for warranty because a 0.5-inch indent after 2 months is "normal." That alone is shocking for any mattress, especially a $2K-$4K one, that's supposed to be high quality. The shady part? Even after I twice said I wanted a traditional mattress, the Bonita rep kept trying to push me toward a Tempur-Pedic. When I told him I wasn't comfortable with that, especially since they were now forcing me to keep the next mattress permanently, he told me I could "plead my case" with BedMart later if I didn't like it. I asked him to put that guarantee in writing, and he refused. Exactly my point!! Why should I risk being out $3,200 for a mattress I never wanted? Initially, I visited the Clackamas location to talk about the issue and because it was on Thanksgiving weekend, the rep there told me to "wait until Monday" because they were busy helping customers. I guess I wasn't a "real" customer too since they got their money and all I have are credits. Every single rep told me the Parklane mattresses "aren't the same anymore" since BedMart bought them out. They're right asthe quality is absolutely not the same, but neither was their other bed. A mattress shouldn't develop body impressions in 2 months, especially with a 140# sleeper!! And the service? Just as disappointing as the new product quality, and shady at Bonita and from the district manager/ Bangy Rd rep. At this point, I will never buy from BedMart again. I would rather purchase online for a fraction of the price and likely receive better service and better quality. This is not how you treat a repeat customer--or any customer. I can't wait to finally use up my remaining store credit just so I can be done with this company for good. Save yourself the headache and body aches with an indented bed and buy elsewhere. UPDATE: I met with a corporate rep who was amazing, knowledgeable, & helpful in ways the original reps were not. HER support deserves 5 stars, but my initial experience still falls short. She has restored some confidence and makes me willing to give BedMart one more chance if she is my sales rep.

I won't be back, but glad they finally listened. Buyer beware, please! I am sorry to have to detail a customer service nightmare unfolding. This store appears to be a great place, with helpful associates and a decent selection. My experience has proven that after you've made your purchase, if there are problems, you won't be treated fairly or with respect as a customer. I have many years' experience in the past as a co-owner of a respected upholstery cleaning company and I am familiar with upholstery construction and how various fabrics hold up over time. I bought a Flexsteel recliner in August 2025 after many hours of consideration for the brand choice and especially the fabric. My sales rep seemed helpful and kind as I asked about the most durable fabric I could choose. I settled on my choice after that discussion and was told I'd made a good choice for my concern of durability. He had also mentioned in passing that some fabrics in the past from Flexsteel hadn't been durable enough and had been pulled from the lineup. I was told these recliners will last 30 years. The recliner arrived in October. Shortly after, I started seeing significant issues. 1) The chair squeaks and groans loudly when returning to a seated position; 2) the fabric started pilling heavily after only a few weeks in my home; 3) the batting is insufficient--this was confirmed by their 3rd-party repair service man who inspected the recliner in my home; 4) the interior of the piece reveals very shoddy workmanship, with stuffing coming out of unfinished seams, missing staples and lining fabric not attached where it should have been; 5) the right armrest fabric is noticeably crooked and their customer service rep insisted I try to work the fabric into place myself, which is impossible to do--I've tried. The repair man did not have tools when he entered my home and I thought he was there to assess, not actually do the repairs. He agreed there was insufficient batting in the recliner. I told him that if they are going to insist that I use a pill shaver to remove the pills every couple of weeks for the duration of owning this piece, and if I would have to accept the extra piece of 3rd-party batting he said he could stuff into the back rest (with nothing to be done, apparently, for the seat and footrest) I was not interested in keeping it and would ask for a refund of my purchase price. This recliner has failed the most basic of standards for a piece of any quality. I could have spent at least 6 times less on a disposable piece of furniture from Costco instead. Worst, I was now told by Barbara in customer service at Key Home that I have refused the rep's help and that therefore my warranty case is closed. I am now looking at taking this issue and my many photos (with metadata) and documentation to small claims court. I recommend, of course, that you shop elsewhere.

The "feather down" is not down, we are pulling out 4-6 feathers per day, many of them the length of a finger or longer. They are difficult to remove without damaging the upholstery, which easily comes off when you grasp a quill with your fingertips. Very stabby, I cannot recommend their "down" options at all. (The Stanton website calls it a "feather blend" so I'm not sure why KEY calls it "feather down filled" on their own website, and "down" in store. I feel misled.) Also, the difference in firmness between the hard footstool & the springs in the couch means the short part of the L is higher - so your legs are elevated while your rear sinks down. We tried moving the stuffing around but it's just not enough to fix it. Still, there is always a little buyer beware when ordering custom, and we will still keep KEY in mind for our next purchase.

We also discussed the adjustable frame. Even though I own one, I am looking to upgrade since mine is 25 years old and the mattress that covers the mechanics is 8 inches thick. Add on my 15 inch mattress and I literally need a stool to get in and out of bed! Chris followed up after my initial visit and offered suggestions on how to remove inches from my current set up by removing the legs. and to see if I had additional questions. He was professional and helpful, never aggressive or pushy. With the Sleep Number mattresses, they have tubes underneath adjusted by air volume to change the firmness of the bed to your needs. Their main target are couples who each have specific and unmatching preferences. With their system, each side of the mattress can be set to unique numbers, corresponding to degrees of firmness. Since I don't need a variety of firmness - give me firm all the time - it made no sense for me to buy one of their mattresses and risk something going wrong with the valves during my years of ownership. But if I was buying a Sleep Number Mattress, I would definitely buy it from Chris since he was a pleasure to work with he demonstrated exceptional customer support during the entire process.

We wanted to take advantage of the Labor Day Weekend sale to save some money (Sleep Number beds are mighty pricey). We were met at the door by Deborah M. who proceeded to tell us about the current sale and queried us about what we looking for. The store was actually quite busy with about four other couples shopping and testing the beds but Deborah didn't rush and spent a lot of time with us. Once our questions were answered, she invited us to investigate all the beds ourselves and we tried every one in the store!!! So many choices! After about 2 hours we had decided on the "Climate360 Smart Bed." The Split King with the adjustable base had all the features we wanted and more. We also purchased mattress covers and a very nice quality set of sheets. By the time we left, Deborah helped us set up our Sleep Number account and paired our mobile devices. We also had a delivery date and her phone number for if we had any questions. Our bed was delivered less than a week later. The two technicians were very professional and inspected our purchases and the sleep area where the bed was to be set up before beginning work. They also paired our two bed remote controls with our Wi-Fi Network and made sure all was working as it should before they left. It took a little over an hour to set up and they removed our old Sleep Number mattress too. I highly recommend the Sleep Number store at Bridgeport Village. The store is clean and organized and has everything you need if you purchase a bed and and accompanying furniture. Testing the beds is a comfortable experience if you have a hard time with that. It is a little embarrassing to lay there, in the middle of the store for everyone to see, but you get over it quickly. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase and Deborah was very helpful since we had a lot of questions. We left the store knowing we made the right purchase for us.
