We found this store by accident while looking for another furniture dealer in the area. Great service by a knowledgeable salesman who was willing to discount their already discounted prices a bit to help with our budget. Selection was great, almost too many, but our salesman helped steer us in the direction we needed for our various health concerns. He promised delivery right away and we were pleasantly surprised when we got a call from the scheduler and had our new mattress within two days. Delivery crew was clean, efficient and fast and had us up and running with our mattress plus our new adjustable, massaging base. Great people to work with and fantastic value for the money. First off expect a high pressure sales experience. The prices they claim are 50% off are actual prices just doubled then cut almost in half. We got talked into or tricked into buying an adjustable bed. Caution to anyone buying a bed from there read the paper you sign before you sign it. I didn't have my reading glasses so I didn't read it. I assumed it was the same as others I've signed, it's not. Read it. You probably won't sign it if you read it I wouldn't have. Somehow I got distracted. Also there most expensive mattress is not desirable at all. Yes we got talked into that as well. It's ok but the person sleeping on the other side will bounce around if their partner moves and it didn't on the bed you try out in the store. We had serious buyers remorse after the whole deal. On top of it all the delivery people who came and installed the adjustable bed left a twist tie on the floor under the night stand and when I moved the nightstand to adjust its position not knowing about the twist tie it scratched the wood floor. After waiting months for delivery (which is understandable due to covid) my furniture was delivered damaged. I tried to work with the store so they could fix the damage product by instead they have decided to ghost me. This was my husbands' and I second time to this store. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted like family! They remembered our situation and what we had bought as it was yesterday we had gone there the first time which was months ago, when my husband was just my fiancé. Definitely catered to our needs and gave us the best deals. They also have this promise once you buy a mattress or furniture you can upgrade it to another furniture or mattress and 90% of the store credit can be used towards the new purchase! My husband is 6'6 so upgrading to a post marital bed was definitely necessary and done in an economic way. No other store would be even remotely ice enough or close enough to do that for their customers. We were able to upgrade our mattress from a queen to hybrid king and we purchased a new bedroom set that includes dresser with mirror, tall chest and best frame for a smoking deal. They will come to our home and take away the old mattress and bed stand and install all of the new furniture. They also, have a deal with charities to donate the used mattress to homeless people. For people like us, that goes along way. They were very helping when it came to helping out other small businesses gain some customers since the plaza or location is right near big businesses such as Ikea or Ashley's furniture. I was searching all over the valley for a reasonably priced mattress but still with great quality. This was the spot, I tried multiple beds and was not pressured the first time I came in. I came back a second time and got a mattress, since the one I bought was not in stock, they let me use a new loaner as long as I bought the mattress protector. Seriously, though, Mark H. and I had a blast. We tried out half the beds in the store, learned about the anatomy of a sleep cycle, and found out why Vietnam-era dentists are probably the best dentists out there. Kurly worked with us to find a mattress that works well for our lifestyles and then cut us a great deal. Mark H. also talked me into splurging a little and buying some sort of absurd mechanical apparatus that raises and lowers the head of the bed so we can study/read/drink tea in lazy style. I thought I was opening a credit line not a lease. The lease practically is a loan at a 200% interest rate over one year. During the sale, it was never mentioned the purchase of $899 totaling $1248 if not paid within 90 days was going to turn into option b: locked 24 payments over one year. That would of raised a lot of questions. A purchase of $1248 is coming out to $2911.36. It is unethical to leave out option b would be a lease of 24 payments. Vague communications lead to a sale that ultimately created a negative experience in the long run. read more

This was our first time here. We were not referred, we saw a sign and decided to stop. We worked with Dekota the whole time. We are a challenging sale because we dont like to rush and we like to be more in control. Dekota was great. He took his time with us, explained the stores policy and all the products. We tried out 8 beds and was able to narrow it down to 2 beds. Dekota gave us the time we needed to talk it out. After some time we decided on a mattress. Dekota new we loved our current adjustable bed frame so he worked to get a great discount on a new one that will fit the larger bed. Delivery was cheap considering they ate up the bed for you. All mattresses are new and you have the option to trade in if you dont like the mattress after 30 days. All used mattresses are donated. This was our shopping experiance. They basically start yelling at you right as you come into the parking lot and park in front of BB. I went in here with my mother looking for a bed set for myself for my new apartment. Not only this Cesar go back & forth between the computer and us lookin through a catalog giving us prices, he then without hesitation let us look at beds & explained each one to me, he even walked me to beds that catered to what I'd complain/compliment based on each bed. He was so knowledgeable and I didn't feel forced into buying. Wish I could give them more stars!!! They were awesome to deal with. Dakota helped my mom & I find me a good bed and price matched the f out of everything for us. We had never heard of this place before but were looking around in this area with all the large mattress chains nearby. He wasn't showing us mattresses out of our price range (like every other place did... our limit was probably $700ish MAX for a mattress and other places were showing us mattresses upwards of $1,000) and was very dedicated to helping us find the right one for our needs. My boyfriend has a bad back so he showed us ones that would help with that as well. We found one that we liked that was retail $1500, he quoted us $500 for it. Found another one we also liked, he went and talked to his manager and quoted us $500 for the $2500 mattress. We spent probably an hour looking around and discussing and he also showed us bed-frames that they offered. We showed him a picture of a gorgeous sleigh bed from Ashley Furniture that was on sale for $230. He price matched their $400 cherry sleigh bed at the same price for us. They gave us the box spring for free too. Spent just under $1000 for about $2500 on an awesome mattress and a beautiful bed frame. The delivery guys were very nice and set everything up for us. When we're looking again in 10ish years we'll definitely go to Mattress Magic again! read more

We were warmly greeted by Dakota, who got to know us and our story a bit before taking us around. We tried a few mattresses out and found one we liked. But we were looking for the best deal possible. We were very open about this and told him we would continue shopping around. He confidently said, "Okay, I'll see you soon." Sure enough, we were back in about 2 weeks. It appears that this is just a renamed store. Check out the other store that pops up when you search for "Mattress Magic." My fiancé and I were out mattress shopping and decided to pop in after we were at another Mattress store nearby. I was not impressed at all ... The salesman that greeted us at the door did not want to let us leave. He showed us four mattresses, all from brands I didn't recognize and none of which I found suitable. I explained that each mattress didn't meet our needs. After showing us the last mattress, he said I've got one more thing ... I assumed he had one last mattress, but I was wrong. He took us over to a table and told us to read some news article or write up that was highlighted on a page. We walked out.... And I need a shower. One other important point to note was that when we he was showing us the mattresses he said, "if you buy our mattress cover for $30 and you don't like the mattress you buy you can exchange the mattress up to 3x, but every time you traded out you would have to trade up and spend more money to ensure you were getting closer to what you want." Go to R&S Mattress next door. They are not pushy, friendly and will do everything they can to find you a mattress. We bought our first bed from them two years ago and are upgrading to a King. I'll be heading back to R&S. In my opinion, they are the best around. "Marcy O," a fellow yelper just informed me that I was a "fool" to say that R&S is the best around. Go in and see for yourself. DO NOT GO HERE! "Kurly" and Edward are the quintessential slimy salesman... Treat you perfectly before the sale and tell you everything you want to hear to get you purchase something, then once it's over you're nothing to them and they treat you like it my wife and I went to buy a mattress and bed frame... After pushy sales tactics, we made a deal for both but the frame wasn't in stock so they had to order it. They told us it would be at the store in two weeks. Two weeks later, it wasn't there. Kurly then tried to charge me extra because it was back ordered and needed to be paid for. I said no and he proceeded to tell me it would be available in one week. One week goes by, I call and neither salesman will get on the phone with me, they never called me back. They said the bed frame wasn't available. Weeks go by and I call almost every other day and they don't get back to me. Finally I go in to the store again and again they tried to charge me more for it and tell me it's back ordered and won't be available until the end of December (it's beginning of November at this point and it's already been weeks) When the frame finally comes in, Kurly and Edward refuse to do the deal for the original price we agreed on. They call it a "miscommunication", which to me is a nice way of saying "eff you, we got your money now". I call it poor business and dirty sales tactics. I'm just very sorry that we did not check all of the reviews before doing business here. The salesman is great and "helpful" while you're shopping. When there is an issue, they get dirty. NO STARS is what I would not give if I could. DO NOT SHOP HERE! I will advise absolutely everyone that I know to steer clear of this establishment. The salesman, Derek said--we have a 30 day guarantee on the mattress. Derek pulled the "we are a ma & pop business who supports our veterans", simply feeding off of the fact that my husband is an Army veteran. You lied to us and you just screwed us over big time. We fell for your "caring" attitude. We called them before the delivery was even made to get a refund. They are keeping our money, which is over $1000. This has been going on for about 2 months now. "Customer Service" - do not leave me a reply/comment so that people will think your business practice is good and to make it seem as if you're looking out for your customers--you're not. Besides, I see how instead of trying to correct the situation you are belittling your customers in your replies and clearly just giving us the finger. You are NOT clear on your policies. Mattress Magic has horrible customer service and do not back up the product they sell!! Cesar sold me a bed frame which broke 8 months after purchase. I brought the frame and receipt back, and his first argument was that my warranty was expired. After I had proven to him that it was only 8 months ago, he still refused to help me out. His only response was that he would reach out to the manufacturer and get back with me. I proposed the idea of maybe swapping the defective unit for a good one, and he told me that he has to save those for possible sales this weekend. That answer shows me all they value is new business, and return customers are not a priority. Their products are cheap and they do not stand by them!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT. Only gave one star because I had to. We paid for our bed in cash and the bed has yet to be delivered. We came and asked for a refund where we were greeted in the parking lot and were told that the money would not be refunded because the whole store is "close out " and in the contract it says no return on close out. While it does say that in the contract there is nothing stating that the item was close out. The owner Bill was very unprofessional, they decided to call the cops , who also agreed they wouldn't by from this place I WILL LET EVERYONE KNOW NOT TO DO BUSSINES WITH MATTRESS MAGIC aka MATTRESS RX Still have yet to get my mattress.
