He gave us the information we needed and let us try a few mattresses. He was pleasant. We chose a mattress and he said it could be delivered within a few days ( we got it within 2 days) . The communication with the delivery people was excellent, they called the day before and gave us a window of 2 hours and then sent an automated call saying they would be there in 10 minutes, which they were. The two men who delivered the bed were very professional and friendly. The mattress was the same price as we would have spent for a "bed in a box" online, but we were able to try it before we bought it. We were very pleased with the whole process beginning to end!

Once he gets it he delivers something you DID not ask for and they DO NOT call you back at corporate. I have heard over 10 times I will call you back with NO call back. GO ANYWHERE but here!! I called the end of September to check status, I was told I would get a call in the next 2 weeks with a status either way! It's now October 18th and I have not heard from anyone! I am sick of the run around! We called again today, 10/19/20 and again given the run around! I understand things are running late because of Covid, however communication would be great. We ended getting our money back and will purchase a mattress else where.

Purchased a furniture item (tv stand) and discovered after delivery left that the shelf for holding…read moreequipment was missing. Immediately contacted customer service and was told they have a policy that a missing part has to go through parts reorder which might take months (plural). In the meantime time they have the item in stock but refuse to pull the part or exchange the furniture. I would be vey embarrassed to have to work in their customer service or sales department. In the meantime, we have to stack our electronic equipment risking overheating or damage. Insane that I have to escalate this issue over a $400 purchase. It's been a week and 4 calls. So now I wait to see if I hear back from the "manager." This isn't a complicated problem to solve. The employees and customers deserve better.
