I had paid megabucks for this mattress but the company failed to deliver it time-and-time-again. It was to be delivered in July and by mid-September, with all the promises of delivery, I still didn't have it. I was extremely frustrated and, I must say, very angry. I happened to stop by The Mattress Store and met the owner, Kurtis Myers. I explained the special kind of mattress that I wanted. He showed me a fabulous mattress that was better than the one I had ordered from the other company and it was $400.00 cheaper! Because of their failure to deliver, I canceled my first mattress order and then immediately drove to The Mattress Store to order the one Mr. Myers had shown me. He personally delivered it to my home at an odd time because of my work schedule and could not have been nicer. He worked very, very hard to please me, and of course, I was overjoyed that I could actually have a mattress in 24-hours. If I need another mattress, the Mattress Store is the only place I will go! They never stood behind the products sold and I was extremely dissatisfied with my last overly expensive purchase. My purple mattress didn't last 2 years. That is when I found Johnny at Bed Drs and I am so happy I did. Johnny has been in the business for years and is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about sleep. He knows his products. Plus, he is super patient and a real pleasure to work with. He is a good human being. He went above and beyond for me after I came in 5 times to test out and finally purchase a new mattress. He never tried to upsell or force me into making a rushed decision. He told me he would stand behind the sale and he did. I initially purchased a mattress that was a bit too firm for me. So, he was able to switch that out for a new fabulous Aireloom mattress. I also added an adjustable base, pillow, sheets and a topper (for another previously purchased mattress that was too firm).
