This is hands down my favorite car wash. Even on their busiest days, you can get in and out within 10-15 minutes, if not sooner. The machines do a great job at cleaning and the employees towel dry at the end. The free vacuums are also a plus. read more

Memorial Day and decided to get the car washed prior to a eventful day. I was at Matts at 950 am and two guys working the front of the car wash. One guy with the hose and another with the brush. Hose guy did good the guy with the brush is a waste of money for the owner of the wash. I don't understand how this guy isn't ashamed of his lack of effort and I promise everyone who goes through the wash with him pre washing cars won't come back. I won't. Went to get my car washed here today, I've been here a handful of times never had a problem, well today one of the black guys with dreads that guide you into the track and wash your car with a brush slammed the brush onto my roof and marked it. Just went to Matt's Carwash expecting to vacuum my car after the wash. When I pulled into the vacuum area, I discovered that ALL the vacuums have been disconnected. Really??? Just because of Covid? They could have connected one vacuum every third spot allowing customers to maintain their appropriate social distance while vacuuming their car. I would give this place a zero if I could. First of all, I've gone to this place a handful of times. I believe my credit card info was stolen from the machine so after that happened I used cash. The top of my trunk and hood has been scratched each time I have gone thru the wash. The first two times, I just dismissed the scratches as a fluke, but the third time not so much. I don't know if anyone else has had this problem but I have been very observant. Today, as its lightly sprinkling I didn't want to wash my car but needed to vacuum it out. I started to vacuum and a few seconds later all of the vacuum's turned off. I asked the worker why they turned off and he said that I have to get my car washed first and they will go back on, he said they need the customers to pay. I tend to use it because it is fast and takes a layer of dirt off. Don't expect spots taken off unless the machine gets them. The pre-wash is a joke, they mostly push in the mirrors. It is basically an automated machine car wash with 2 guys who "dry" the car with towels in about 22 seconds. Cheap and easy way to get a layer off. read more

Horrible Experience. First off I pull up too pay. There were no instructions on how to use credit card all it said was to insert. Okay. I did and it wouldn't work. So one of the employees rolls up a shorter Hispanic Kid and proceeds to grab my credit card from my hand yell at me that I'm doing it wrong and throws my card at me. Then I pull up to the wash and he proceeds to yell at me that I'm not pulling in right. So finally the wash is done and I'm vacuuming and he proceeds to Look at me until I have to ask him what his problem is and he turns his head away. Long story short I ended up giving him the finger and leaving. Wash wasn't bad but customer service from employees who don't car is. If I could give it a 0 Stars I would. read more

Love this car wash, it is my favorite. They dry your car at the end. The only thing is that their vacuums are not as strong as those that you find at the do it yourself coin washes. But it still does the job. read more

I've been here many times service is never been an issue I always pay the $14 for the ultimate wash I've always asked the gentleman at the end to borrow a towel to wipe down the inside of my car never an issue. Not too much better than a gas station car wash. Yes they hand dry it at the end but it's rushed and they don't get all the water. I found myself having to dry it after they had dried it. Also, the wheels were still dirty. So I found myself cleaning my wheels. So yeah... a put in a lot of work myself after paying for someone else to wash it. read more

OK in a pinch, but not a great car wash. Here is why. First, the top wash is $14, but it is not complete....you still need to dry and vacuum hour car yourself. Matt's does not even supply rags to dry your car, you need to bring your own! The top wash is supposed to include tire dressing, but the shine only gets about half the outside sidewall on my vehicle....hmmmm....is someone trying to save zome bucks? Second, at certain times of day they try to push too many cars through the wash and when you get to the end, the slots for drying and vacuuming your car are full and you must sit and wait in the sun which then dries the car leaving water spots. Third, the rinse is lousy....you will find all sorts of blue stuff in door jambs, etc, and with no provided rags, it streaks your car unless you bring rags and dry it yourself. Fourth, the vacuums plug up during the day and if you get a bad one, you have to attempt to move your car and may not find an open spot. How hard would it be to service the vacuums seberal times per day? So in a pinch, this place is just Ok. But if you want full service for about the same price, look elsewhere. read more

BEWARE!! This car wash uses beater bars that slap the soap on to your car thus causing scratches if your car is dirty. Regardless that it says soft touch, the beater bars that are slapping the soap on to your car will cause damage. If you truly do care about your vehicle, use a hand wash or do it yourself. read more

Not happy with Matt's Car Wash off of Tennessee St. The car wash ripped off my mirror and they don't want to compromise to help me replace it. I guess cheap isn't always better. I would have been better off going to a full wash facility. This wash just cost me $250. read more

Really like this Car wash. The washing system is quite state of the art. The basic price is a mere 6.99. The bonus this has over others is having attendants at the front coming in and pre scrubbing your car. Then at the end they have 2 guys drying off. The vacuums are an added bonus. I do wish they would offer towels to wipe down the inside when you enter, then be able to return them at the end. But, I suppose they would lose a lot of towels that way. I also like the fact you can purchase a pre loaded card for washes and they give you like an additional 20.00 more on the card. I paid 40.00 and I got 60.00. read more

It looks like a few folks have had issues here, but so far I've had great experiences. I've gone a few times now and have gotten the regular ($6) wash. For six bucks and a free vacuum you can't beat it. For the money, they do a MUCH better job than most bargain carwashes. Obviously, you're not going to get a spotlessly detailed car for $6, but if you want a fast but decent car wash that is somewhere in between a do-it-yourself job and full service, this is the place! read more

Went to get my car washed and as the car was about to finish both weather strips on the top of car were completely torn off and hanging from the car. Yes they were worn out from over time but nowhere close to falling off. I told the manager Tim and he was rude said they didn't cover that but also acknowledged that they were completely in tact before I had my wash. Will never be back here and will make sure to not let anyone I know use this place!! read more

I went through this car wash today because it's always busy so I thought I would give it a shot! I love the prices! The most expensive option was $14! Not bad! The car wash is very quick! It is a little tricky trying to navigate your left tire onto the track though. & the guys that towel dry your car when you come out of the wash are very quick, when I went to vacuum my car after the wash there were still some wet spots. My fav convenient car wash! Easy to use, FREE vacuums! They even scrubbed my wheel rims really well which most places don't ever even care to look twice because they think the wash will clean it themselves but they don't. First time using this Carwash and I am very glad I did. I selected the $10 car wash and got a coupon for 50% next Carwash ( must be used within 14 days) The lines were long, but it went by super quick. It's a drive up type of Carwash, where you pay at a kiosk. Before entering the actual Carwash, you can see, through a huge mirror on top, how to line up your wheels (I found that super helpful) then a gentleman scrubs the back portion and then advices to leave the car in neutral no breaks. There are huge brushes that do the job and before leaving there are two other gentlemen that dry your car (mirrors, windshield wipers and front window) quickly. I def recommend and will be back again! read more

Great customer service upon arriving here. 3 very helpfull employees. I have an antenna on my truck I cant reach as I am handicapped. The guy in the entrance gladdly grabbed it for me and when I was thru the other end the two guys put it back for me. This was the end of great service. Pulled around to the vacuums and parked 8n the handi cap spot where my son and I began to clean out the inside when along came another employee who just got lunch and parked in the blue striped no parking zone. So close my son could hardly open the door. When told he was parked in a handicap spot his answer was. "OK" then he walked away. Why must there always be one? read more
