Wow, Matt Larson is so knowledgeable and helpful! I highly recommend this company. I was worried when I saw roaches outside my home and Matt clearly explained the different types of roaches, how these were outside-only roaches, and what my options were in dealing with them. He also checked my vents to make sure they were rodent-proof along with the seal to the door to my crawl space. He explained about some of the other bugs I had seen as well - and all for no charge because I opted not to get any treatments. I've been a client of Matt's through his former employer, NatureScience, for about a year and a half, and am pleased to hear he's purchased many of his former routes here in south Marin, and to continue as a client of his here. We moved to Marin almost two years ago, and discovered that due to our proximity to the mountain, various trees, plants, and other greenery, we tend to get *quite* a few spiders! Personally, I don't mind them(they eat bugs, but I get annoyed by stray leftover cobwebs), but my significant other is no fan, so off I went to find someone to abate them(and some occasional ants). We hunted high and low for a company that was down to earth and reasonably priced(that was one culture shock about moving to Marin: cost of services can be *quite* high here). We found the previous company he worked for, and while I was skeptical of a company based in Sonoma County; they reassured us it would be no problem - they have a guy who lives locally: Matt! The first time that Matt visited our residence, he went over various options that suited us and our family(we have two pugs), and we settled on an option that is both eco-friendly, pet-friendly, while still being very effective. During the time that Matt has serviced our residence, he's set the model that all of our other service providers could only hope to meet. He sends us a text message ten minutes before he arrives, brings my (sometime numerous...) Amazon packages to the door, asks if I have any concerns, and then goes to work! After his service, he'll let me know if there's any issues he observed, make suggestions, or if none, he'll leave us alone and leave the invoice in the mail slot. To boot, he super personable, plain ol' nice guy on top of that.
