As a lead sales associate, Randy should be setting the standard for customer service, not demonstrating how to disregard customers who are waiting. A simple greeting or acknowledgment would have gone a long way, but we received neither. Customer service is about treating people with respect and fairness. Although the other pool designers/builders did reply and some actually showed up to take photos, measurements and do a mock up design, Jason Jolfs of Xterior Creations took the cake on this one. Jason was very thorough and listened to everything I showed and explained to him about my backyard ideas. When I received the renderings back from Jason we had a winner. Out of all the designers I had met with, Jason nailed every single little detail I had shown and mentioned to him. He even included where our little chihuahua would be relaxing on the artificial turf in his rendering. Not to take anything away from the other designers since they all added their own design ideas/suggestions in the renderings but Jason just had every single thing we wanted in the design he created 1000%. The build process was swift and smooth thanks to our amazing project manager Marco. He was there with us every step of the way and walked us through everything we were to expect and encounter. The steps and time frame was quite accurate as well barring any weather delays. From the dig team to the truss to the concrete and plaster it was a very fun and interesting process to see happening. Marco always stopped by to check on the project and went above and beyond fixing/sorting a few things out himself when needed. For the cost of this pool project which was below the others bids, we definitely got our moneys worth and have been recommending Xterior Creations to friends and neighbors. Hound Dog Leak Detection guys showed up and began checking the pool equipment, water flow, filter and everything else with there special expense equipment they came with. Once the leaks were found Todd recommended two companies: Refresh Pool Tile and 1 Awesome Pool Solution. I decided to go with both company, one for the pool tile repair and the other company for check valves rebuild. Once the work was completed by both company there was still a leak problem. Todd came back to my home and found more leaks inside the spa and sealed the problem area. My experience with Todd from Hound Dog Leak Detection was excellent. I feel they did a through assessment of my pool leak problems. Todd provided guidance and referrals.
