A co-worker recommended Dylan and his business. Called him, turned out to be his day off, but he said he'd make it over anyways! One hour later, he was here. Explained everything going on and how he would fix it. Pool turned out perfect and he saved my kids party! That was over a month ago, and he's been my regular pool guy ever since! This company seems professional upon first messages... But I've been waiting around in my backyard for an hour, and Dylan never showed up. And the person texting is claiming that he did, although I've been standing outside beside the pool, with the gate propped open, for an hour. *Update* apparently Dylan went to where the pool equipment is (not close to the pool and backyard) took a picture and left. He never came into the backyard to see the pool, test the water, or have a conversation with me (I moved my entire day around for this appointment that they changed the time on). Lazy and unprofessional. If they can't do a thorough job at step one, I wouldn't want to spend $250 a month for them to continuously be lazy. read more

Vegas Pool Care DOES NOT adhere to their Core principals - 1 They did NOT do what they said they would do. 2 They were NOT available to help me. 3 They did NOT provide value or unbelievable service. Vegas pool care randomly missed weeks of service. After servicing pools, their normal routine requires them to send out a photo of the cleanliness of the pool post cleaning. This photo shows AFTER they claim to have serviced our pool. I immediately requested their input to this issue and never got a response from them. They threw in chemicals without actually brushing or vacuuming. I immediately cancelled services, since they weren't willing to face the issue and make things right. I was forced to hire another company to immediately service the pool. Our home was actively on the MLS during this time, and we had open houses and people going through looking at this dirty pool. How embarrassing! This is my experience with their company, and why I would not recommend them. read more

I used a different company for about 1 year and their service was terrible. They came every Thursday, and I'd spend an hour or so every Saturday brushing and/or vacuuming my pool. When it comes to pool maintenance service, I'm super picky. Since moving to Vegas in 2016, I have gone through at least 30 companies. Some were recommended on Next Door app and some even on Home Advisor. All I was looking for was a professional company to come in weekly to provide a full service. This is what my expectations were; water test, add chemicals, skim pool, brush tiles, and vacuum (since I do not have a automatic pool vacuuming system). All of this I thought was pretty basic, however I was wrong. Some companies don't brush the tiles, some don't vacuum, some never check the water, and some don't clean filters. This one company kept leaving my pump on maintenance mode and I was having to change it every week. Then another company who I kept for over a year, never cleaned my filters and actually ruined them. After going through every single company all my neighbors and Next Door app had suggested, I moved onto Home Advisor. I was starting to think that maybe my expectations were just too high. After using a few on that app I decided to try Yelp since this is how I find all my favorite restaurants etc. I contacted approximately 5 companies and Vegas Pool Care was the only one that actually showed up in person for an estimate. All the other companies just asked for a picture of my pool and equipment and sent me a quote over a text message. I decided to give Vegas Pool Care a chance after meeting Dylan in person. I have been with Vegas Pool Care now since the beginning of June, and I have to say that I am completely satisfied with their exceptional service! Dylan shows up every Tuesday and provides a complete analysis, which I receive through my emails. Sometimes I'm home and I've actually seen him testing my chemical levels and adding what's needed. He cleaned my filters a few weeks ago (without me having to ask) and sent pictures. On this one weekend few months ago, I had seen bubbles and contacted Dylan on his days off. He still responded within a few minutes with an explanation as to why this was happening. If you're having issues with your pool maintenance company, you should give this one a chance. I'm so relieved to have found them. I mentioned that I've been with them since June, I waited over 6 months to leave a rating to make sure that my opinion stayed the same.
